Comenzamos la floración con estas chicas, estoy muy encantado con ellas la verdad para que les voy a mentira, muy ansioso de empezar a ver sus flores, pretendemos fertilizar solo hasta la semana 5 por ahora. Estamos solo con 1 riego diario estuvimos de 1L ahora lo subimos 2L y lo recibieron muy bien. Algo en particular es que estamos probando cannaboost folear, se lo estamos dando 3 veces por día a la planta hace 10 días y no vamos a parar hasta el día 21 de floración para luego cambiar a dosis radicular, estamos haciendo esto para economizar cannaboost y comparar resultados con su dosis full que ya la eh testeado. A las nenas se les hizo super cropping (en mi instagram pueden ver un tutorial @chocolopeison) hace 7 días a las cuales también le agregamos unos soportes y hoy ya la pasamos a floración recuperadas con una gran defoliación de bajos. Ahora esperaremos día 14 para hacer otra defoliación, super cropping y guiado de malla que pronto estaremos instalando. La iluminación estamos con 540W de qb (2 @heavengrowlight y 1 @meijiu)

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

As of day 14, the Blackberry Kush is still exhibiting it's abnormal leaf growth. I've only ever seen this on another genetically purple strain, so I am curious if there is a connection. If anyone has seen similar issues in their own plants let me know! It's growth hasn't been too bad, and I am sure it's going to continue to take off over the next week! I usually top my plants between day 14 and 21, so i am hoping it is growing vigorously enough to prevent any stunting. I haven't seen any adverse effects from temporarily switching to my plentiful dry cal-mag, so I am happy about that so far! I am still adding a similar EC worth of Cal mag (.5) so it's good to have dialed in a rough equivalent. I hope everyone is staying safe, and happy growing! 👍🌱 Day 15: the leaf growth continues to be very screwy, and even if it's at least partially a genetic issue I continue to triple check all my practices and parameters. The PH drifts up mildly in my reservoirs between cleaning/remixing of nutrients, but it is going from roughly a 5.8 up to a 6.2 (at worst) with no change in the EC/PPM. Between the lack of EC drift and lack of smell, I don't think there are any major bacterial issues. The outflow PH is also acceptable (5.8) and the outflow EC is around .2-.3 above inflow, which is also acceptable. I dug into the coco a little bit, and the medium is not oversaturated with water (it is always a bit "fluffy" with good drainage and never compacted) and the roots are white and healthy. With the healthy vigorous growth of the other Blackberry in the same conditions, it brings me back to this being at least partially a genetic issue. I looked through grow questions of other diaries for similar leaf issues, and it seemed that most were either blueberry or blackberry strains from a range of breeders. This could be purely a coincidence, but it does make me wonder. The grows with similar issues seemed to otherwise have no commonalities in how they were grown. I am going to keep trying my best with this plant regardless, so I hope it pulls through alright! Day 17: being very careful with my PH and keeping it a bit lower, to rule it out as a possible cause of the twisted leaves and less vigorous growth. I am keeping it between 5.5 and 6 for the time being to make sure there is no lock out of micro elements like boron. As per the comments, I am being more accurate be using a pH pen as opposed to drops which I may have misjudges. I topped the plant, which is definitely a risk! But I am hoping for some healthier leaves to come in, and the plant hasn't stunted so far! It has grown the number of nodes it should have for its age, it just not as filled in and lush as I would like it to be. Day 19: I have been monitoring PH especially carefully, taking a few measurements per day and keeping it between 5.6 and 5.8 (a little on the low side). The runoff is consistently under 6 as well. EC and other conditions have stayed where they should be as well. I reduced any PH drift by running the air pump for the res 24/7, instead of just for mixing and before fertigations to rule that out. But I haven't seen any overall improvements for the leaves so I am reverting back to my theory of a genetic issue with this particular plant. It's growing larger and it's stems are thickening, so I'm just going to keep it growing as well as I possibly can and see what it yields!

We harvested one of the Purple OG Punch girls , this is going to be a weird entry because I decided to not make a harvest entry till the other one lady finishes. Unfortunately because of my sticky fingers from all the trimming I did not make many pictures/videos of the grow itsels, to fill this void I decided on including the harvest videos and photographs. Although the final weight will be summed up in the final harvest. Was a bit dissaointed, turned out my PH pen was faulty..... Made errors. Nearly lost crops. Got a new PH pen and EC pen. Back on track. Excited about my greenhouse starting September. My second grow room, and the seedling stations. 👌👌

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. Due to life being life (i lost three friends and my cousin in Dec 23' ) i haven't been on here at all. I have however been taking care of the plants as they have stopped me from wanting to unalive myself. As you can see shes grown into a beauty unlike my marriage which is seemingly falling to pieces as well. And unlike my ungrateful family who just calls me when they want money, this plant only calls me when she wants water and love. So everyone dont be a cheater like some spouses, just take care of your plants cause unlike some undeserving partners your plants wont leave and destroy half your stuff in the process. Good day to
