Hey y'all - this is the exciting one for me, this year - I'm submitting the buds from these plants to the 4Plants Cannabis Cup in November, wish me luck! I'm in the amateur medical category, growing one of my favourite strains, it's exciting! Hope you enjoy the video, I'm just a doofy guy growing some dope, hoping it's, um, dope! Thanks for looking, let me know if you have any questions or comments 🙏

They’ve been over fed and underfed but they look and smell good. Buds are quite small but are rock hard, even the lower ones. Just running loads of rainwater through them to finish them off, has a ph of 5.8 and doesn’t even register on the ec stick so it’s perfect for flushing in hydro. Merry Christmas 💚💚

Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. These changes bring the nutrient mix in line with what’s most beneficial at this stage. All this precise dialing in is easy to manage thanks to the TrolMaster system. From pH to nutrient scheduling, the TrolMaster ecosystem and ThinkGrow LEDs have been the ultimate teammates in this grow journey, giving me real-time data, fine control, and peace of mind. 💯 (Not introducing UV light just yet, but stay tuned as that’s coming soon for an added boost!) Looking Forward 🌟 Next week, we’ll be upping the reds, giving us an even greater chance of activating those flowering signals for a smoother, faster transition through the cycle. I’ll keep tweaking and fine-tuning every parameter to make sure these ladies get exactly what they need to thrive. Big thanks to the TrolMaster system for keeping everything in balance and optimized, along with the supportive Grow Fam following this journey! Your enthusiasm, advice, and support are a huge part of this grow’s success. Keep following for more updates, and stay tuned for what’s next! 🌿✨ P.S. Deep Dive: TrolMaster’s MBS-S8 CO₂ Sensor & Smoke Detector 🚨 The MBS-S8 CO₂ Sensor from TrolMaster is a powerhouse for growers, especially when it comes to optimizing plant growth and efficiency in a controlled environment. This sensor continuously monitors CO₂ levels and integrates directly with the TrolMaster ecosystem, giving you real-time data on CO₂ concentration. Ideal levels of CO₂ can significantly boost growth and yield during certain stages, so understanding and managing CO₂ is key. With the MBS-S8, I can control CO₂ levels precisely, keeping them within the optimal range for photosynthesis. This sensor is a game-changer because it adjusts CO₂ delivery automatically, giving plants exactly what they need without any extra monitoring from me. Meanwhile, TrolMaster’s Smoke Detector is an essential safety device, especially in spaces with electrical equipment, lights, and heat-generating components. This detector can be set up to alert me instantly via the TrolMaster app if any smoke is detected, allowing me to respond immediately to any potential issues. Fires and smoke are rare in controlled grow setups but having this safety measure provides peace of mind and lets me focus on the plants without constant worry. It’s an incredible tool for any grower prioritizing safety and proactive monitoring. Day 66 : The lady seems to be stabilized with the burns , so i started some juices to her water in order to help her with fattening. Hope to wake her a bit and produce some terpenes. Edit Day 70 : I increased again juices to 3ml / L. Also added 1ml / L CalMag. She started to turn purple.

Keeping natural form. Blackberry gum is huge as I heard from others. Did some heavy defoliation.. first time ever so it's an experiment. Flooded my tent with no tray... Needed to redo connections on the tubing... Then flooded with a new tray, needed to secure the AQUAVALVES on one autopot base.... Looking good. Still running 24 hrs... Rock and roll 🤘

Fed both on Day 46. The Caramel cream likes to EAT! R/O is high again. I’ll monitor again during the week to see if this is an issue. Day 50: ph water feed w/ calimagic. Moved into larger tent to prepare for flowering soon. Added additional lighting as well flowering. Grow on.

Disaster struck. Lost a whole main cola on Blueberry. My best forensic investigation of the crime scene has determined that one of the many squirrels in my backyard jumped from an overhang. So upset but the rest of it looks happy KT1 getting very frosty and smelling great. OG tall as ever, into flower but taking her sweet time. Late summer has brought cool temps to Southern Ontario and they seem to like it Thanks for looking - happy growing

21/08/2023 I decided to trim the yellow tips on the large leaves because some rather concerning black spots were starting to appear on those yellow areas. I also trimmed the small yellowed leaves (even though they didn't seem to have these black dots) I am very pleased with the outcome of #3, I will now always use LST for my future grows and not ScrOG as I said last week. I don't expect to end up with huge buds due to the lack of fertilizer, which is why I plan to use Root Juice, BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax, and BioHeaven from BioBizz in my next grow. I will also need an oscillating fan, having to move it around to prevent some burns on the leaves is quite annoying. I would like to find one smaller than 15CM, but I don't think it's possible. The only ones in this case are battery-operated and not oscillating. I don't know why the buds of #2 have such long hairs. 25/08/2023 I received my magnifying glass, it's not meant to be put on a phone, but I still managed to take these photos at x60 magnification (I have a x90 magnifying glass, but it's impossible to take good photos with it). You don't see much in some photos at x60 magnification, but like everything else, I will improve over the weeks.

2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. I took photos today, but forgot to snap a shot of the Soooperrunt. She's as tall as the short one now, just not as bushy. I think she'll make a fair amount of bud despite her sloooow start, smaller stature, and smaller pot. The tall one is keeping pace with the biggest plants in the garden. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights....kinda scary....about 10"-12" from the tops now.. 2/12: I woke up to find the tallest of these bitches stretched another few inches and within 9 inches of the lights!!! I quickly drug everybody out of the closet and undertook the project. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. It will battle with the evaporative cooler while the lights are on to keep it at 45% RH, but after the lights go off, it will lower the RH to 35% unti morning. After another couple of weeks, I'll kill the evap cooler altogether and try to maintain 35% RH 24/7. I'm optimistic that it will be the difference-maker in maintaining lower RH while I'm flushing all the plants during the last couple of weeks. That's usually such a challenge...especially with a bunch of 5 gallon pots. I also sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: Still stretching... about 12" from the lights again. I will wait to raise the lights until tomorrow when I feed them. I'm seeing calcium deficiency on a few plants, including a #9. Will up the dose tomorrow when I feed. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

Sorry for the late update. A lot has been going on lately. This girl needs a defoliation once they get home from work which will be probably tomorrow evening so I won't get to that until the following day at the earliest... i hope everyone is doing well, thank you so much to Kannabia Seeds

Defoliation complete. These ladies got a little spank this morning. But they always respond well after. They are ready to Flower now. First long hours of lights off have commenced...I am counting up to 20 colas per plant on the 3 Cali OG Amnesia Haze X and 10-15 per plant on the Blue Cookies going into this. This will only increase in the coming weeks due to defoliation that was just done. I have been aggressively LST training and defoliating every day because of growth up to this point.
