My Skunk Apple Run plant is still a bit young, but I can see those buds starting to form. It's a bit of a slow starter, with buds popping up all over the place instead of a nice even line. We'll see if adjusting the light cycle or its food might help it along. I'll keep you posted on any changes. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. Welcome back to my humidity hell. I just can't set the humidity down to where I want it. I did some more defoliation this week. Perhaps that will help the humidity a bit. These girls grew a bit bigger than I expected, and this may be contributing to my high humidity numbers. Other that that, these girls are stacking up nicely! They continue to have no problems and look healthy!

Cindy has been flipped to flower! Both plants in my tent have reached their max veg height and width. I did a preflower defoliation and flush and have flipped to a 12/12 light cycle.

11/3: Her new growth looks better, but her old foliage looks pretty rough...hope the leaves last long enough to make the energy she'll need to swell those buds... She's dry already today, but I'll water tomorrow. 11/4: I sprinkled a tablespoon of Cave Culture (bat and seabird guano) over her soil and watered it in with 1/2 gallon including humic acid, myco/tricho/beneficial bacteria, bembe, terpinator, and cal-mag. 11/5: I just ogled her and rotated her a couple times today. I removed the oscillating fan from above my lighting so that I could raise the lights several more inches, and added another oscillating fan above the lights that blows down on the plants. The one I removed is still up there too, but blowing across the LED drivers and a pair of the panels. I could still remove the ratchet hangers and just use carabiners to attach the fixture to the "ceiling" of the closet....that would give me another 5 inches of possible ceiling if I end up needing it. 11/6: I fed her about 1/3 gallon today, and went heavy on phosphorous..a heavy dose of tiger bloom, along with a normal dose of beastie bloomz, bembe, cal-mag, signal, big bloom, and a 1/3 dose of grow big. It's been raining for 24 hours and the humidity is off the charts, so I dialed up the ac infinity to come on any time it exceeds 55% RH and increased the fan speed on the floor of the closet to try and dry her out quicker than usual. 11/7: Did pretty much nothing to her today. 11/8: I collected a bunch of rainwater over the past 48 hours and gave her about 1/3 gallon including cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, and a little bit of tiger bloom..still seeing some signs of phosphorous deficiency. I took a bunch of photos and video while I had her out of the closet. 😍 I did a little training on her today just to get a little more light to all her branches. 11/9: I just rotated her a couple times and added a 35w 3500k light that is hitting her right in the ass..

6 out of 8 plants in pre-flowering, i replaced my humidifier with the dehumidifier, very present smell when I open the tent, a little early like my last crop. ⚠️ Day 26: Green gelato is hermaphrodite, destruction of the Green gelato, burial of a northern light.

Things are going real good with Obi#2 nothing really to complain about other then I'm super excited for the harvest . I will be starting to flush her with just straight PH corrected water for the remainder of her time with me in order to achieve the smoothest smoke and flavour I can . Day 19-26 (May 10th - May 17th) (Day 21) Stretch is almost over and the plants still look like they’re in veg. I’m seeing almost zero trichomes and when compared to my other room it’s laughable. At least the sites are starting to fill in a little. One plant is super leggy and stretchy. I’m guessing it’s Jack Herer but won’t know until late flower or harvest. The plant in the far left corner has great structure and thick pistil clumps. I’m guessing it’s either blueberry or the white og. Blueberry has a pretty distinct smell so differentiating all the strains won’t be that hard actually. (Day 24) I’ve been rearranging the plants once in a while just to get all sides exposed to some decent light. I never realized how much I value my LED until this run. The only way I would ever use another hps for flower is if it was one of those 1000w DE lights that all the commercial grows use. Sites are starting to fill in quite a bit now. Trichomes are still non existent though. Even on the archive genetics which is really surprising. (Day 25) Pots somewhat dried out finally. Tomorrow I’m going to leach everything with another 2 liters each and top dress with 15ml of nature’s pride bloom, 10ml of Destiny launch and 5ml of kelp meal. I’m starting to see minor N tox on some of the plants so I will probably give them a full gallon. This tent is largely experimental so I’m going to fuck with these plants pretty heavy to iron out some theories and try some new techniques. (Day 26) When I was watering today I noticed that slurricane, Puro loco and guava cake all hermed. The archives just got too stressed out in early veg I think. When I dug up both plants they were still being choked out by the sponge aerogarden plugs. Puro Loco was leading by far in the trichome department too. The guava cake was from a hermed bagseed so it’s not surprising at all but that kind of pisses me off about the “elite” Archive genetics, especially if you paid 200$ for a 10 pack. Then again, it was still my error and not their genetics. Luckily I didn’t pay a dime for them. Running those was a complete waste of time and space. With proper environment and no seedling stress I’m sure I could have grown some amazing looking stuff. All the European and Canadian genes look fine though. I’m sure they would have filled out a lot more if they weren’t being choked out by hermies. No signs of bananas anywhere else. Hopefully the 4 slurricanes I have outdoor this year will pull through without herming.

This week I low stress trained plant a bit and removed a few leaves that blocks light for lower nodes so it grows more equally! In the end I am moving to my main flowering tent.

I had the most brilliant moment ever. I ve been setting up the drip system for the first time with the runoff going into the ebb and flood system reservoir. I did not take into the account the syphononing effect of the pumps and that the reservoir water level has to be below the plants. I had two hours to leave for my flight, because I was going on a vacation. So I jumped online and found a way to make pressure regulator from piece of tube and t connector. It did well for the whole 10 days I was away. I'm really proud of my self :))))

4/16: I love her structure as I said before, now she’s doing weird shit. The last few days some fan leaves have been turning yellow and falling off like it’s starving for nutes so I upped the anti hopefully that’ll fix this issue.......also a few buds started to fucking foxtail on me probably due to heat a few days ago it was 97 degrees in my tent good thing I caught it early 4/17: Today I noticed purple spots on some of the leaves mostly just on the ends.....seems like I may have a purple pheno 4/18: Giant fan leaves are still dropping off I don’t know if it’s the strain itself or not enough nutes, I’m not noticing any type of deficiencies even though I’m still new to this (my 7th grow) but the sugar leaves seem to be doing fine while increasing triches day after day 4/20: The colours are getting beautiful on this here sexy girl.
