Ha avuto dei problemi appena nata. Già alla terza settimana e altra 5 cm era già in fioritura purtroppo si è presa troppa acqua per via della pioggia. Ma si è ripresa subito e mi ha fatto un raccolto piccolo ma buonissimo

Everything is progressing normally. The weather is changing and temps outside are dropping so high temps in tent are no longer an issue. Other than the burnt tips from some sort of burn or defiency I have no complaints. I plan on harvesting BBK next week Wednesday. I fed them regular water right before taking the pics with 3 oz liquid worm castings mixed into 2 gallons. I have been feeding them each until first signs of run noff. The watering before this one (Sun 10/24) I gave them plain water, the one before that (Thur 10/21) I gave them the max dosage of what the general hydroponics 3 in 1 bottles recommend and didnt hold back like I normally do which is to give about half of what they recommend. It didn't appear to affect the plant to much as far as burn, the tips were already fried and the sclerosis didn't progress. I will flush the BBK this Friday and prepare her to harvest next Wed or Friday. I can't wait!!

Week 4 update - had to list it as a flower week as we flipped em half way through. Exotic wasn’t lying - the spicy bitches hit maturity rather quickly and we now have a guaranteed 2 males and 3 females - perfect ratio score👌👍. Balls started showing in a span of 12-36 hours. One of the females entered flower early so she may be a dud, an auto or just stressed for some unusual reason. We’ll probably either separate er or let it grow with the rest and pitch it. Won’t be using that seed knowing that underlying issue. Similarly, one of the males has also demonstrated some fan leaf mutation - I actually like this kind of variation and it makes things interesting so bonus there👍. The rest of em are doing just fine. So god damned nice to have a run that’s on a quick schedule to finish within 3 months. It’s been a long year for the pollen chuck and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming all fem. Run. For now though - conditions look ripe for a bunch of awesome crosses, any one of which could be pure 🔥. Till next week yall🤟. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. Shoutout and cheers to @blendmedmedman. Hoping to have something back to ya in short order. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Harvested. This is the way I'm doing most harvests now.. As you can't rate a pheno on just its apparence I feel. So from now on, smoke review will be all done and rated on the same to make it fair. As after an hour of harvest you can't change the ratings, and how can you tell how strong a strain is until you try it. 112days total under the light. I Added up the cost of this light running. Worked out at 177euro, now the 1st 50days was only ran under a 100w. I've already gotten 150g from 2 plants, and expecting another 250ish so 177euro +/- 5euro for 400ish grams of some of the best bud I've got so far, is more than a deal for me. As in my country it's 150euro for 14grams of good weed, so 400g, well, not so hard to do the math. Even if I got just 150 I'd just be as happy with that. I'm 4 days in. Keeping RH between 58-61%, have the dehumidifier set in the dry room. Temperature ranges from 20-22c. Mostly stays at 21c. Was able to take a HST'ed cola, removing it was no stress as the stress was already done when it HST'ed itself. It's 18g after 4 days of drying. The bud is so so dense, definitely hitting A grade appreance, let's see if we get A grade taste/stone results. This was 1 of the mid range colas, there is much bigger but I won't be removing them, but if this is anything to go by, I should get 100ish grams when its dry of some of the biggest buds I've seen in a while. The smell has got more pungent, but it 100% needs a cure. No hay/grassey smell as of yet, (this comes from been dried wrong, either 2 fast with 2 humid conditions, too hot, or your environment is jumping all over the place. I've been able to get rid of most of it as it goes after a week or 2 from the cure but there's 2 plants that still have a some what hay smell. But it's going. Was given her last heavy watering last week and then was given 1L of Terra Powers finisher and I let the soil get dry under the light, and when I felt it was dry but not hitting the stress factor in the substrate I put into dark rest, (soil will stop drying out, as photosynthesis has stopped), dark rested 48hrs, uprooted, and hung whole. Flower Week 2 Day 14 to 20 - 4/1 to 4/7 Simply watching the stretch from this point. Defoliation is needed by day 20 (4/07) so I removed all but the top 1 or 2 fan leaf sets as well as a few of the lowest branches. The idea here being that I want to mostly lolipop the colas and allow more airflow/light into the center. Feed this week was an auto pot reservoir feed now at 700ppm total before add-ins. I used 175ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and 525ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.8 where Io plan to maintain it until harvest. Video Post defoliation Next week nutes will increase in Bloom mix again but also eliminate Veg mix. Feed will again be 700ppm before add-ins with 5.8ph before feeding.

Week 6: here we go! So been smooth ride so far only had to do an emergency lst to the runtz to prevent her from getting burned by the light hopefully it will not be so stressful for her. The pineapple express is also going for the stretch also. Only the blue cheese are contented with her hight no stretching! But she worries me a bit with her leaves as she seems to grow only 3 fingers, hopefully nothing bad though!

Day 60: flush 💦 Pictures are taken on day 62 📸 --------------------------------------------- She is doing great 😂i got nothing to say🤷‍♂️😂 It seems like the nematodes are killing the fungus gnats larvae. Most get killed by the fly paper and no new ones are coming 😁👍 Happy growing 🍌🌱

Harvest is finally complete, and after a proper dry and cure I’ve had the chance to enjoy the final result 🌿✂️ This grow had its challenges, especially the calcium deficiency during the vegetative stage and the small thrips outbreak in early flower, but fortunately both were dealt with in time and didn’t affect the final result as much as I expected. A good genetic always makes a difference, and this one definitely showed its potential from start to finish. Combined with the mainlining, the scrog, and a stable environment throughout flowering, it produced a canopy full of dense, frosty buds. The aroma is fantastic, the smoke is smooth, and the flavor is exactly what I was hoping for. The effect is powerful, long-lasting, and perfect for my needs. Overall, I’m really happy with how this run turned out. Every grow is a learning experience, but this one has definitely been one of my favorites. Now it’s time to enjoy it and start thinking about the next project 💚🌱

Used earth juice big bloomin compost tea and big leafed this week.

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Dosidos continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall with stacked buds. I am interested to see how big the buds will be. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. First day 3week

This week has gone well most the plants looking healthy my six shooter is looking a little but yellow other than that I carn't complain. Will be trying some calmag see it that helps her out. Seeing and smelling some interesting things this week. The Quick #1 is frosting us nicely and smelling really nice. I grew it outdoors last year and they did alright but this one looks like its going to be a lot nice. The original Russian is fattening up same with the zkittles og 👌 I ended up topping one of the Lemon Ak's and she has turned in to a intresting little Bush. The stardawg is a tiny stinkin Christmas tree! Had the missile 33 outside for the last 2 weeks she is going to be the biggest plant out of the lot of them, she still hasn't started flowering at all yet but is a nice looking bush! Will bring her in when some of the other are finished and I have room in my tiny tent. Hope everyone's gardens are doing well, peace 🍁 Will take pictures of each individual plant again soon. Still not harvested anything
