All good flowering nicely , I needed to remove a lot of fan leaves from the top of the Gelato Sorbet they were yellowish and some kind of deficiency is there.

GC isn't ready for it, but she isn't in charge here. She should have stuck with WG when she extended a helping hand. Since falling behind, WG has thrown up a peace sign to GC as to say "see ya sucker". It's my favorite bud by far on WG. Bitch has got an attitude 🤣. RES sitting at 87ppm @5.9. Yellowing has started.. going to have to check trics more often so I get that sweet spot I'm looking for. ======================================================================================================== Day 78- these girls are starting to stink! Come on WG... ripen up so we can get this over with.. lowered lights power a bit today. RES climbed from 87 to 137. Drained 2gal, added 2gal RO. down to 38ppm. Forgot to mention the ice probe has been unplugged for over a week now. Been putting a 3/4 full 1L frozen bottle in the RES to chill. Rotate out every 12hr with a fresh. At lights on, and 12hr later. Full bottle got Temps too low for my liking. ======================================================================================================== Day 79- tick tock.. tick tock.. come on WG.. she's showing a little fade on her leaves. Seeing more of a calcium difficiency on her fans than fading honestly. Trichomes taking their time ripening as well. I'm SURE this strain ambers up.. taking their time for me though.. dont know how long I feel comfy flushing hydro though.. I did notice a few exploded trichomes up top, which has me thinking I need to go ahead and chop within the next couple days. If I notice any more ruptured anywhere else I haven't poked it with the scope.. I'm hanging the bitch that night. May give her 24hr dark period, since I've tried some other bro-science and it seemed to help. *edit* felt bad starving WG and she's not more amber coated. Gave her a bit of nutrition tonight. GHE aggressive ripen. M-2.8mL/g G-2.8mL/g B-4.5ml/g and 5mL calmag (using RO). Came out high @ 867 so I pulled 2L and dumped 2L RO in. Sitting at 613 @ 5.9. ======================================================================================================== Day 80- well, the 3 days starving the girls kicked their metabolism back in gear. I want more amber before chop chop. They quit eating and were drinking MUCH less signaling the end. Was down to topping off once a day, maybe a liter to a liter and a half. Since feeding yesterday, they've started eating and drinking like they were on week 10 again. Topped off 3.5L in the last 16hrs. TDS dropping with water level, even more when topped off with straight RO. I'm not giving em any more nutes. Last push for some extra weight before the end. ALLOT more frosty today than yesterday as well. ======================================================================================================== Day 81- Started flushing again. Maybe starting their metabolism again will help ripen these trics. If not, they're getting chopped @ day 84. Don't want to let em go too long and regret it. I may have f'd em up feeding again after the 3 days starving. Freezing all GC and trim/larf from WG for some bubble hash. Day 57 and that's a 33.8oz spring water bottle for size reference. Video's are day 58. I'm going to ice water her tonight and then keep her in straight darkness for 72hrs and then harvest. She's a beast for sure. You can definitely see an increase in trichromes in the 4 days of total darkness started with it's 1st and final ice water flush abd no more water for 3 days or untill I harvest.

1/8/2024: so far the grow is not off to a great start. The browning that started on the cotyledon has spread to the other leaves and her growth has definitely slowed a bit. I used some water that sat out for a few days, so that may have been the issue, but I'm not sure why that would cause a problem. The ph was at 6.2. I also foiler fed them with some Tweetmint, which i think is the issue. I may hav3 not diluted it enough, causing the buring. I'm laying off anymore IPM until the olants bounce back. I also turned the lights down until i can get the plants back on track. It may just be the soil is too hot, but I have other plants in different soil that are showing the same symptoms, so it makes me think it's not the soil. I'm not giving up yet, but if things don't improve soon, I may just pop a new seed. This is my biggest issue with auto flowers. If the grow isn't perfect I could end up stunting the plant too much. I guess we will find out. 1/10/2024: Day 10 - the new growth is coming in healthy. I'm pretty sure the foiler spay I used last week is what caused the issue. I went back and realized I used way more of the concentrate than I should have, which likely burned the leaves. Let's hope that is the only mistake I make on this grow and it doesn't stunt the plant too much. 1/14/2024 - Day 14: she is looking so much better. All the new growth is as healthy as can be. I added a new light today. Replaced the Spider Farmer SF2000 with the AC Infinity Ionboard S44. I originally had the S44 in my 4x4, but recently bought a light with more Watts and better coverage for the 4x4. The S44 is probably overkill for the 2x4, but it fit, so I figured I'd give it a try. Only have it on at 60% at the moment and I'm getting about 500 ppfd, with a DLI of 30. Dropped the light cycle down to 18 on and 6 off as well. I have some photo period plants in the 2x4 as well, and I wanted to shift them to 18/6, so the auto is going along for the ride.

Well I love this Ya Hemi hits very strong. Shit is dank and stinky and WILL put you on your ass! Trying out a totally new way of growing for me. Also to help with costs I decided to make a 5 gal tea reactor, to grow out the EM1 which will save me about 75% on all microbe products, and also save on feralization when used in conjunction with foliar sprays. Using grassroots LivingSocial pots and a new full organic mix. Fingers crossed as we get on the ya hemi organic express!

The smell has really started to come out very strong by the end of week 7 from germination. Out of the three plants in the tent, the first one has that sharp dank chem smell that I was hoping for. The other two plants smell great as well, but definitely lean more on the sweet side, with a bit of gas and chem on the backend. Additionally, the two sweeter smelling plants are short and stout relative to the first plant. Looking forward to another couple weeks of flowering!

Plants came down at day 53. Nice weight and drying commenced. More purple coloring and smell is amazingly fruity

So here we are, at the end, a few months later. I was so happy that I'll finally grow a plant without any training at all, just to see the full and uninterrupted genetic expression. It was a blast to grow her, I can't wait for the plant to dry and give it a few weeks of curing but she smells great already. I also wanted to thank Divine Seeds for the contest strain and Bio Tabs for great Bio fertilizer. You can judge for yourself because I'll let the photographs speak for themselves. Speaking of photography, I went with a moody style this time, because she has a great structure. I've trimmed her a little bit here and there and I've left a few big fan leaves on both sides for better looks. The big fan leaves reflect the light so well, it make the whole plant shine. Week 27 december - 2 January Happy new year!

7 weeks behind us. Goin' gooooooooood. No more feeding. Last 1.5 weeks will be water-only. I did just yesterday remove some top-layer canopy leaves to increase light penetration to lower budsites. They smell amazing and are beautiful - but I still hope for more resin production in the last week. Every day they get thicker and thicker, yum 😋😋😋

Day 165 14/10/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag today Starting to see new growth showing purple and dark tones 🤩🖤 Picture and video update 📸💚 Day 167 16/10/24 Wednesday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. I may as well make it last out this week and see how she is again. I'm thinking she may end up being a 10-12 week flower because of size. I went through and did a deep lollipop and defoliation because of what happens to Euphoria in my previous diary, I am not risking mould again!!! She is doing well! Her colours are coming through nicely now. Day 171 20/10/24 Sunday (End of week) Another feed to finish the week 💪 she is taking it like a champ. De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 after nutrients.

9/28 Day 24. Raised air pumps above the water line using two 5 gal buckets. Removed the inline air backflow valve and this increased aeration greatly! - Feeding day. Red TDS 850. EC 1.8 / Blue TDS 800. EC 1.7 / Yellow TDS 785. EC 1.6 / 10ml CalMag, 10ml Micro, 5ml Grow, 5ml Bloom, 2ml UC Roots. Will check TDS & EC through the week as they are starting to drink up the water. - LST started today. I will be adjusting them daily to pull off shoot branches in different directions. 9/30 Day 26. Added water for the first time. Used purified drinking water from the grocery store (Ph 7.45 TDS 95 EC .2) and PH'd it down to 5.9 10/1 Day 27. Readjusted the LST wires and added some new ones on the stems that can now be pulled in different directions. Red suffered a break on the main stem that went 1/2 through the stalk. I decided to use the LST wire to push it back together so that it can heal. I will still train the other shoots in different directions and let the main stem just do it's thing. Blue and Yellow pulled in new directions to open up the middle and spread out the stems. - I defoliated (light amount) some of the 3 leaf blades that were touching the container lids, and any larger 5 leaf blades that were blocking light to any new shoots with new stem growth and potential bud sites. I wanted to allow the air flow at the lower section of the plant. 10/2 Day 28. Everyone is bouncing back from the LST. Keeping a close eye on Red and the injury healing. I've decided to do a 1/2 of a weekly feed every 4 days instead of a mass feeding once a week. I will test the TDS and EC, see what the plants are telling me before I feed of course. (All values before feeding) - Red PH 5.98 TDS 720 EC 1.512 - Blue PH 6.17 TDS 728 EC 1.544 / Will add .25 PH down and re-test all in an hour after the feed to check PH values. - Yellow PH 5.93 TDS 708 EC 1.497 Feeding: 5ml CalMag, 5ml Micro, 4 ml Gro, 2ml Bloom, 2ml UC Root Guard. Post Feed values: - Red PH 5.78 TDS 808 EC 1.695 - Blue PH 5.90 TDS 846 EC 1.796 - Yellow PH 5.73 TDS 803 EC 1.700 Lessons learned week 4. 1. Be a little more gentle on LST. 2. Mark the water sight gauge at each 1 gallon increment so that I can track water replenishment levels. 3. Started a spreadsheet to monitor feeding value changes.
