Smooth sailing I’ve just water when I can visiablly see the top soil dry out

Day 45 for this beautiful lady. She’s very impressive. I’m happy with how she’s turning out. Fast buds really knocked this one out of the park. Can’t wait to watch her swell and bulk. She isn’t too stinky yet can’t wait to find out what she will smell like. She’s big and bushy which is awesome because she was just a little baby I wasn’t sure about her potential but boy oh boy she’s grown up.

Over all + Speed Auto is doing well. Seemed a bit slow taking off but she is progressing nicely. Had (1) seedling that completely stalled out. I went ahead and germinated another bean which was placed in soil (germinated tap root about 2 inches long) 5/18. Day 7: + Speed Auto showing second leaves coming in. Still slightly yellow, might be hungry or slightly over-watered. Will feed nutes in the next few days and see. Temp: 75º RH 75% PPFD: 300 VPD: .41 kPa Day 8: Just misting no water or nutes yet. -SOAKING SEEDS STARTED AT 4:15PM on 4/2/22 All of them sank by the next day with a little stirring of the water - most of them were floating before I stirred the water then they sank & stayed underwater. -PLANTING SEEDS STARTED AT 6PM on 4/3/22 Seedling Starter Soil: 1 Coco Coir Block (hydrated with 12cups aquarium water) About 5 cups Vermiculite 4Tbsp Down To Earth Starter Nutrients Mycorrhizal Fungi Spring Water - watering the hole with mycorrhizal before planting seed & then again after planted. -AFTER THE FIRST SPROUT ON 4/5/22 Turned on seedling clip light to blue only, dimmest setting @ 20%. Keeping light on for 18/6 6am-12pm - 4/6/22 INCREASED BLUE ONLY SEEDLING LIGHT TO 50% It seems like they were slightly stretching for light **watch for light burn on cotyledon leaves** -4/7/22 MORNING INCREASED BLUE ONLY SEEDLING LIGHT TO 100% The plants are stretching even more I increased light to full 100%, it'll have to keep an eye on them & make sure they don't get light burnt or topple over from reaching -4/7/22 AFTERNOON SWITCHED LIGHT TO GIIXER The two tallest plant cotyledon started to droop to the side so I didn't want to take a risk continuing to try the clip light only on blue @ 100%. I have the Gixxer on only veg at a distance of 10" away from the tops of the cotyledon leaves. I also cracked the lid & put an oscillating fan on low just to give them a tiny bit of movement to strengthen their stems because they'll be tall and weaker with stretching. *I tried using a new seedling light & it was a failure - they are now stretching due to that light. I switched back to my trusted seedling light & hoping they'll be back on track.*

This is the 5th ILGM OG kush I've grown, the first I've tried to top. Now I know that I topped about 2 or 3 nodes to soon. But what I know from the other og's I've grown, buds will be fat and sticky and from the looks of her she is going to be all bud!!

Day 56 Flowering: This week has been a great week to understand the difference between strains. now close to finishing , it is clear to see how different the bids can look to each other dependant on lineages too. Six shooter has really surprised me with her rapid gains in bud girth. She has seemed to be a lot smaller and somehow stunted for most of the grow. This week has changed her completely, even down to her lower buds which also look a lot thicker than a few days ago. with approx 12 days to go, she could be one of the contenders for yield. She is also very frosty looking now with a nice sweet hit to her. Strawberry Pie is really starting to colour her buds up now and even though they are not joined up colas , each clump looks to be fairly dense and heavy. The buds under direct light at the top look less chunky than the lowers with her too which is a first for me. The light is penerrating lower than I thought due to the structure she has. There are some nice looking lowers just putting new pistils out so she may go a little longer than her 8 weeks stated. Mexican Airline is my secret favourite this run. Hwr bids are stunning looking spiky ,bursts of colour now and with a little longer to go , I wonder how she will look with even more ripening and fattening out. She is a very tall plant and i will train better for the next time I grow this strain. I have had to support a couple of the limbs now as they want to fall with the weight of the buds . I am on standby with more yoyo's if I need them. lol These have been a pleasure to grow as expected and I am now popping some Fast buds Cream cookies auto ( x2) to run next. I dont doubt they will be great to grow. be safe and free growmies.

She is still showing some healthy growth as the weather is great these summer days. Most notably she is getting more and more white pistils everywhere.

I did harvest this for bubble hash as fresh frozen but after my first two runs, I'm not so sure about that lol. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve, especially handwashing and not the coldest temperature yet to work with although I did get the studio down to 45°. I think I'm probably just gonna do some edibles with this or something. I'm going to convert the wet weight to the dry weight would be just to get an idea.

Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

Chopping Time

Well after different bits of advice last week I decided to take fast buds advice and keep feeding, she's on day 70 now all her leaves are fading, I'm guessing this is just because she is coming to the end of her cycle,.. still not sure when to start flushing as fast reckoned there was 3-4 weeks left that was 7 days ago so now still 2-3,.. I reckon 1 more week of food but just what I've put on the nutrient list nomore and then start a flush, just to say I appreciate all and any advice given to me I just followed fastbuds advice as I thought probably safest option.
