This lady got cut down on day 64, she has some beautiful colors & a very distinctive smell! The buds are all around good size nugs and very hard, can’t wait to see how she turns out! Fruity Durban is een Sativa-dominante kruising (waarschijnlijk Durban Poison-achtig met fruitige twist), dus rek/stretch is significant. Pure Durban kan 2-3 m hoog worden buiten, indoors met korte veg vaak 1-2 m zonder training. Met jouw 180 cm tent (incl. lamp + hangruimte) is dat krap — je moet trainen om alles erin te houden. Kweekopstelling update Tent hoogte: 180 cm (typisch ~30-40 cm voor lamp + reflector + ophanging, dus effectieve plantruimte ~140-150 cm max). Lamp: Mars Hydro TS600 (100W echt, prima voor 60x60 in bloom, maar dimbaar gebruiken in veg/zaailing). Medium: gewone potgrond (aangenomen light-mix of universele potgrond zonder veel voeding; pas op overvoeding). Potten: start 0.2L → doorschalen naar 7-11L (of max 15L als je ze klein houdt). Verwacht: stretch ×2-2.5x na flip, dus training essentieel. Week-voor-week verwacht verloop (aangepast aan 180 cm limiet) Week 1 – Zaailing (nu gestart, ~23 maart 2026) Alle 5 gekiemd en staan strak (Serious Seeds kiemt top). Hoogte: 5-10 cm eind week. Lamp dimmen (30-50%), 50-60 cm afstand, 18/6 licht. RV 65-75%, temp 24-27°C. Alleen water/spray, geen voeding nog. Week 2-3 – Veg vroege fase Groei accelereert: Sativa-stijl, lange internodiën. Hoogte eind week 3: 20-40 cm als je niet toppt. Doorschalen: rond dag 10-14 naar 3-5L potten, later (week 4) naar 7-11L finale potten. Beginnen met lichte voeding (EC 0.6-0.9, grow-formule). Tip nu al: LST starten (takken buigen) of top/fim rond 4-5e node (dag 18-25) om breedte te forceren i.p.v. hoogte. Week 4 – Late veg / pre-flip Hoogte zonder training: makkelijk 50-80 cm. Cruciaal: trainen! SCROG-netje op ~40-50 cm hoogte, of meerdere LST-ties + topping 1-2x. Doel: canopy plat en gelijkmatig onder de lamp houden. Zonder training ga je tegen de 180 cm aan botsen in stretch. Lamp 70-80% power, 35-45 cm afstand. Week 5 – Flip naar 12/12 Eerste pistils binnen 4-7 dagen. Stretch start: ×2 tot ×2.5 (typisch voor Durban-achtigen). Getrainde planten: van 40-60 cm veg → 80-140 cm eind stretch. Ongetraind: 100-180+ cm → problemen (lamp verbranden of top afknippen). Lamp 100%, 25-35 cm boven canopy (verhoog tent als kan, of hang lager maar pas op hitte). Week 6-9 – Bloei stretch & budontwikkeling Stretch klaar rond week 3 bloei (dag 50-60 totaal). Toppen worden harsig, fruitig (citrus/anijs/zoet). Geur week 7-8 sterk → filter verplicht. Voeding: bloom EC 1.0-1.6, PK boost vanaf week 6. Potgrond houdt vocht lang vast → niet overwateren (laat droger tussen gietbeurten). Hoogte eind stretch: met goede training 100-140 cm (past net in 180 cm tent met ~30-40 cm lamp-ruimte). Week 10-12 – Rijping & finish Bloei-tijd: ~9-10 weken (Durban-lijn vaak 8-10 wk). Trichomen: cloudy met 10-30% amber rond dag 63-77. Flush laatste 10-14 dagen. Bladeren vergelen natuurlijk. Eindhoogte met training: 110-150 cm (veilig onder lamp). Oogst verwacht (medio/eind mei 2026) Opbrengst: met TS600 in 60x60 → realistisch 80-150 gram droog totaal (0.8-1.5 g/W). Goede training + gelijkmatige canopy → dichter bij 120-150 g. Slechte spreiding → 80-100 g. Kwaliteit: sticky hars, up/high energiek, fruitig-Durban profiel. Belangrijke tips voor 180 cm tent Training is niet optioneel: LST + topping of SCROG-netje vanaf veg. Houd canopy op max 100-120 cm hoogte. Potgrond: droogt langzaam → giet spaarzaam, check gewicht pot. Ventilatie: TS600 geeft weinig hitte, maar trek sterke fan voor luchtcirculatie (Sativa's haten stilstaande lucht). Als je merkt dat ze te hard rekken: supercropping toepassen of lamp hoger hangen (maar PAR daalt dan).

The girls just keep on cooking...and things are starting to get really bushy. I'm hoping that we're close to finished on the vertical growth front. Chem Brûlée just keeps getting bigger and bigger, but she seems to be spreading OUT faster than she is growing UP at this point (she's already 56" call). Pineapple Meatball is just a straight up bush. French Macaron is 62" tall and VERY thick on the vegetation front, but not as WIDE as the chem brûlée. 7/13 Sprayed with light neem/castille spray

Day 16 – Strengthening Outdoors Begins Today marks the 16th day for my CBD Auto 20:1 from the 420 Fast Buds collection. The little warrior is continuing to show good progress! After a few days of gradual hardening off, I started taking the plant outdoors twice a day – once in the morning and once again in the afternoon – to introduce it to real sunlight and gentle outdoor conditions. Each session lasted around 30–40 minutes, depending on the temperature and light intensity. The weather has been quite typical for spring in Ramsgate: a mix of cloud cover with bursts of sun, with light intensity varying between 600–1100 μmol/m²/s. The plant seems to be adapting well – no visible signs of shock or stress so far! At the moment, I’m still cautious about leaving it out all day, as nights are still a bit too cold for such a young seedling. But I can already tell: the stems are starting to strengthen, the leaves are becoming slightly thicker, and the plant is gaining confidence facing the outdoor elements. This is a special project for me – a true budget-friendly outdoor grow, where I’m letting the natural light and environment shape the plant’s journey. No artificial supplementation – just patience, observation, and care. Looking ahead: In the coming days, if the temperatures stay kind (especially the mornings), I plan to gradually increase the time outside, and soon transition the plant to full outdoor life. Step by step, no rush. Overall feeling: Happy with the plant’s spirit and the direction this grow is taking. The bond between grower and plant grows stronger with every little sun session! Day 19 – Full Sun Adventure and Hydration Today marks a big milestone for my CBD Auto 20:1 plant – its very first extended outdoor session! The weather has been absolutely perfect, with bright, strong sunshine all day long, delivering a consistent light intensity above 1400 μmol/m²/s. Feeling confident after a successful hardening-off phase, I kept the plant outside from the afternoon well into the evening, enjoying the natural elements. To support the plant through this sun-filled day, I provided a generous watering with 1L of clean, pH-balanced tap water. I continue to carefully oxygenate the water before use, promoting healthier root development and stronger overall growth. The plant is responding beautifully: Leaves are vibrant and standing tall. Stem is gaining thickness and resilience. Overall growth structure looks compact, healthy, and well-adapted to natural light. I’m very pleased with the progress. If temperatures remain favourable tomorrow, the plan is to move the plant outside from early morning and allow it to enjoy the full day’s cycle under natural light – another important step towards full adaptation to outdoor life. One day at a time – and the journey continues! Day 20 – First Full Outdoor Day! Another big step forward for my CBD Auto 20:1 plant! Today, for the first time, I moved the plant outdoors for the full day to enjoy the natural sun and fresh air. The morning started strong, with a bright clear sky and an impressive light intensity of 1600 μmol/m²/s. The air temperature was a perfect 22°C, giving the plant ideal conditions to embrace the full outdoor environment. Observations: Leaves are standing tall and reaching toward the sun, showing excellent energy and adaptation. The stem is gradually thickening and strengthening, becoming more resilient with each day. No signs of stress or drooping, even under intense midday light. Environmental Conditions: Full sun exposure throughout the day. Light breeze, but nothing too strong – just enough to naturally strengthen the stem. This is a major milestone, and the plant looks truly happy and energetic! From here, the focus will be on gradually adapting it to full day-night outdoor conditions, allowing it to thrive naturally under the UK summer sun. The outdoor adventure has officially begun – and Sators is back in the race stronger than ever! Day 21 – Surviving the Heatwave, Growing Stronger Another exciting day for my CBD Auto 20:1 grow! The weather gave us a real test of strength yesterday, and my little warrior is showing amazing resilience. Conditions: Peak sunlight intensity: around 2000 μmol/m²/s – incredibly bright and intense! Temperature in direct sunlight: reached up to 35°C during the day. Nighttime temperatures still remain low, so for safety and steady development, the plant continues to be brought indoors overnight. Despite the daytime heat spike, the plant handled it impressively well: Leaves are vibrant and wide open, reaching confidently towards the light. Stem has gained more thickness, showing clear signs of strengthening after the outdoor sessions. No visible stress such as leaf curl, wilting or discoloration. Observations: The combination of intense sunlight and warm temperatures has definitely accelerated photosynthesis and growth rate. At the same time, careful night protection ensures no shock from the colder UK nights. Balancing between the power of the sun and the comfort of indoor shelter is paying off! It’s fascinating to watch the plant adapt to real outdoor forces day by day – it’s growing not just bigger, but stronger, smarter, and more resilient. The outdoor training continues… and so does the journey of “Sators” in this race!

This week they have started to stretch, especially Lemon Cherry Cookies. Their lengths are now: L.C.C: 33 cm Guava: 31 cm Apricot: 27 cm Guava and Apricot started to stretch later, and they're getting bushy. LCC has stretched to a great wide shape. Sadly I rushed the training session a bit, and one of the four main branches on the Guava plant snapped right off. I taped it and now it has recovered and it is growing well. I have set the lights to full effect, but I have risen it to 80 cm above the canopy to get less light intensity in the beginning of flowering. It's starting to get warm, and I have to try to keep the temperature down...

Pollen Donor - 36 flower nights Pollen Receivers - 29 flower nights Figured it was a good time for an update. I think I mentioned in previous updates that I did not get a decent conversion rate at ~2mM concentration. Luckily, I do see a couple spots with early stigmata coloration, so at least some pollination has occured. I was pretty close to trashing it all. Even so, I expect very minimal number of seeds. The best plant, KM3 is definitely showing pollination. The from-seed MM also has shown early rusty stigmata. These are the two i most wanted seeds from. It's not all doom and gloom. Both are pictured after the hermie closeups. I don't see any coloration on the other 2 receivers, but at the very least some pollen is floating around. I will agitate the donor plant over the others for an extended period. When the male bits start to fall off the plant, I'll trash the donor. I will also have to extend the flower cycle to let any late pollination have time to properly develop viable seeds. This is a slight scheduling inconvenience for the 2nd breeding cycle, which was already a bit tight. While I consider this a complete fuck up of my own doing, it won't be a total waste of time. I also let these plants get too big. All that accomplishes is a need for more frequent fertigations. Next update in 5-6 weeks. Expect a few pictures of a small quantity of feminized seeds... Yaaaay!
