This harvest was really sweet and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I was hoping to break a pound but oh well better luck next time. The whole house just reeks 👌. Its for sure obvious we have harvested here , the nose doesn't lie. There will be a whole bunch more of the dry ice hash as well since I still have an abundance of sugar leaves in the freezer just waiting.

Last two weeks have gone well for her. She will be unleashed finally in the next couple weeks if weather permits! I can only imagine what she is going to do once her roots can spread. I predict a massive size increase once she is put into the ground. I know she will have to be supported after about a month outside so it will grow without problems. Don't want her to snap her own branches because of awkward wait placement or because her buds become too heavy. Plants definitely produce better when they have supports for the buds/ branches. Allows them to stack on bud instead of putting energy towards holding itself up. Until next time happy growing to everyone!

And then your branding/research helps give me confidence in knowing that I am working with great genetics before I even start my grow. ---------------------------- Germination Start 2/13/24 to 2/18/24 2/19 to 2/25 Veg Days 1 to 7 Week 0 to 1 Germination took 6 days from dropping in water to transplanting into 1 gallon pots. 29hours in a glass of 6.3ph room temp RO water. Something I would only attempt if they were both floating. They were,so leaving them that long they were able to crack open. I then placed both in paper towels wet with the glass water and pasted to the sides of the glass for 3 days (1 day too long in retrospect). I placed in rapid rooter pods and closed with toothpick tips. They popped out from the pods 1 day later but I gave them 2 days before transplant. Video: Incubator water level is key for rapid rooter pods to wick properly during incubation. Transplant to 1 gal pots: I am using a 50/50, 50%perlite/50%soil with a .5lb of dolomite lime and a .5ml of flora micro added to .5 gallon of RO water (Im mixing 2 gallons of soil total so the water to soil ratio is 1/4 of the total medium volume) to achieve a soil tested ph of 6.4. I am using a 50/50 soil/perlite mix because I plan to use these in auto pots. I also used about 1 cup of the same soil mix water to pour around the plant after transplant; you can see how the perlite rises to the top where I did this. I sprayed two domes and covered - I plan to leave covered for the first week. Feed: I kept them under the domes and sprayed every day that I didnt feed them, to keep humidity up while I let them find water in the soil. By the end of the week I took the domes off and took pictures. Feed this week was another 1 cup of 6.3ph water 5 days after transplant. Feed plan next week will increase the amount to 2 cups of plain-no-nute water with about 4 days between feeds. I want to see the water run through so if I need to use more than 2 cups I will. The idea is to water deep and through, but then make them search for more before the next feed, hopefully spreading the roots out while doing it. Veg Plan: I plan on 8 colas for each plant. So that will be 3 topping days and a total of 7 cuts. I will want to cut the first time on day 21 if I have 5+ nodes. I will transfer to 5 gallon auto pots with-in 1 week of the first topping. Once I have 3 nodes of new growth past the first topping, I will top those two branches to the first node again. (that's 3 cuts total by this point) Then, after 3 new nodes of growth after that, I will do a last topping on the 4 branches. (4 new cuts added to make a total of 7 cuts and 8 colas) I will train the branches using LST/HST with tie downs as soon as I can after the first topping day to help maintain the branches growing where I want them to. I will also introduce an adjustable tomato ring after they have settled into the 5 gallon forever pots to provide support and mobility Hopefully all goes well, and I will have 1 to 2 weeks of growth before flip after week 8. I think it sounds more ambitious than it really is, but if you follow this journal, we will see together.

Here we are for Week 6 and things have been smooth as can be. With them being at the start of flower I went ahead and did the last defoliation I'll do for this grow. The flower sites are nice and exposed to receive as much light as they can. The overall canopy of the grow space is pretty even except for AK-49 #4 it just never really grew like the others did but I still keep her going. The ladies received their usual watering and feeding of the week but this week we went up on the nutrients. I personally feel this has been a fairly easy grow so far especially with being six plants in the tent at the moment, just been letting them do their thing while just giving them the basics nothing special. Am Dienstag hab ich auf 12/12 gestellt, da die Lemon Shining Silver Haze nen ganz schönen schub gemacht hat und die Runtz auch😁😁😁😁. Zuvor hab ich alle etwas entlaubt und paar unnütze Triebe entfernt. Haze: ca.50cm momentan Runtz: 45cm Green Gelato: ca 40 Sweet ZZ: ca. 40cm die Peyote Critical hat gan schön aufgeholt: ca.40cm💪💪 und die Gorilla Zkittlez hinkt hinterher mit etwas über 20cm. Ich hoffe auf min. 100% stretch bei den großen und vllt 150% bei der Gorilla Zkittlez. Naja, die Hoffnung stirbt ja bekanntlich zuletzt

W7 - GRETA 🌱is growing well. I again defoliate some leaves from top brunches (compare with week 6) just to make the top canopy slightly less dense. That will allow more sunlight receive by lower brunches a specially when they in the flowering period. Still using garden wire to hold down two top branches. She looks like bonsai cannabis 🎉 😘 I am happily watching her grow 🙂

El último riego lo he hecho sólo con agua pura de manantial de montaña, el único de estas características que hago durante un cultivo, el resto de riegos siempre llevan alguno de mis Bio nutrientes, mi estrategía se basa en crear un sustrato ligero sólo con minerales variados, pocos nutrientes, buen drenaje y aireación, aplico Bio Fertilizantes solubles en cada riego porque busco cultivos de alto rendimiento. La planta, por accidente, tuvo un periodo de oscuridad total durante 4 días, esto provocó un envejecimiento prematuro, después, la tuve 10 días con periodos de luz normales y la planta consiguió recuperarse bastante. Estoy contento con la producción, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de la planta y la maceta. Una cepa a tener en cuenta. La planta creció debajo de la lámpara Spider Farmer SF 1000 colocada muy cerca del dosel y al 100% de potencia (92w), las colas han crecido con gran densidad y vigor... los días de sol, aproveché y expuse la planta durante 2-3h a los rayos del sol de verano y el fantástico espectro de luz solar! 🌞💡 Hasta la próxima... Sooo the testers are all looking lovely and healthy sad thing is I cant get them that saturated with nutes but other then that they are doing good. The switch to bloom was easy because of Advanced Bud Blood!

Finally done, one of the girls could have probably gone for another week or so, but she was not getting much fatter in the last few days. I think this might turn out to be very nice buds, but probably lower on the overall yield. Have to give them 1-2 weeks to dry and hopefully end of July I can smoke them

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.
