Great week again...work effort was like 3h whole week...only had to refill NS (+-20L every 2 days) Buds getting fatter every day...no brown pistrills yet so budgrowth is still in full effect PH was very stable again, 6.1-6.2 all week EC fell slighty before refilling NS I think EC 1.3 could be a bit too much for them...leaves are quite darkgreen and they start to get nuteburn on tips...but i'll leave it at 1.3 for the rest of the grow I decided that i won't exchange NS completely anymore...will leave it be till i replace it with pure water in 2 weeks (will be a 3 week cycle then) Roots look great + i put in 15g of TNT Bactorr, water temp is at 20-21° so no need to worry about rot till the end of the grow i think

The stretch period is considered to be over. I did the last leaf cleaning. I won't touch it anymore. I did super croping because the branches got too long.

Day 57 - Starting week 9 and WOW, what a difference in week. I’m thinking this girl is gonna end up being a beast. She’s stretching about an inch every day and filling in more and more each day. I’m ready for the next few weeks of more of the same. Growing is still fairly new to me and I can’t be happier with the FastBud genetics and how this girl is looking so far. Will give her the next foxfarm trio feeding on Thursday. Day 58 - Not much to really update. She’s getting fatter and filling in everyday and getting pretty frosty. Will give her her next feed of foxfarm tomorrow. It amazes me, how much she fills in and fattens up each day. Day 59 - I’m still amazed by the growth everyday. She’s looking pretty amazing. Gave her the last week 9 foxfarm feeding and will give her straight water until the week 10. She’s still got a couple weeks to go but can’t wait for her to be finished. Day 60 - Looking great. She slowed down her drinking a bit so held off on watering her but will check her out tomorrow and see how thirsty she is. She’s defensively fattening up each day but still a couple weeks before I think about chopping. She’s got lots of growing time left. Day 61 - She’s really starting to smell the place up and it amazing. She was pretty thirsty, gave her a full gallon of pH’d water before she started any sort of runoff. All looking good and can’t wait for her to finish. Day 62 - Nearing the end of week 9 and really pleased with this girl. She’s really starting to fatten up and fill in. Still a couple weeks left but can’t wait to harvest and try this girl. Day 63 - Ending week 9 and looking sweet. She’s really starting to pack on some weight and filling in nicely. She’s definitely starting to get frosty and starting to smell really good.

Here we are, ready, after a week of truly fruitful germination we have 20 beautiful plants all marked with the Z of Zamnesia. We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudice against this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is from an autoflowering or a normal photoperiod plant. There are people who claim to recognize it from the flavor but then never succeed, it's funny how it works. I enjoy making them strip their heads with these magnificent new autoflowering plants. She is the Black Orchid I have never grown her but I have seen some truly phenomenal photos of this plant. I really hope they come out black. Plant decided it wanted to switch to flower so I guess week 4 is officially flower for her. there’s a smell beginning to linger as well hard to describe but very delightful.

Today we turned the Scorpion up to full power and raised it to 38 1/2 inches above pots and getting a reading of 520 - 530 par ! gonna let the babies grow into the light now over the next few weeks till they hit into flower an keep a steady eye on it Incase I got to raise the light higher or lower !! Air temp an humidity has been great , stayin from 70-75 degrees through the day an humidity is staying around 58% ! So far so good Let’s grow lil Babies let’s grow!!! - Ich hab die erste Woche des Biobizz Allmix Düngeschemas gestartet und gebe wie immer erstmal vorsichtige 100%, da meine Erde an sich durch den Kompost recht potent sein sollte. - Außerdem hab ich mit meinem Calmag-Rechner mein Leitungswasser angepasst. Die Werte könnt ihr auf den Bildern sehen. - Den PH-Wert passe ich ebenfalls auf 6,5 an.# - Die Lampe bringt zur Zeit etwa einen PPFD-Wert von 350 - 360 µmol/s/m² bei 18 Stunden Beleuchtungszeit (DLI von 22 - 23 mol/d/m²). Sie wird aber nur eingesetzt bis es warm genug draußen bleibt. Tagsüber stehen sie jetzt schon draußen, sofern es nicht regnet oder stürmt. Die Papaya Cookies macht sich hervorragend und sie ist sehr uniform mit den anderen Fastbuds Strains bis jetzt. Sieht gut aus finde ich 💪😁👍

Week 6 Day 1 10/28/2023 Water Change Day!! Added: 36 gallons of Water CALMag- .75mil/Gal GH FLoraMicro-4.3mil/Gal GH FlroaGro-4.3mil/Gal GH FLroaBloom-6.5Mil/Gal Liquid KoolBloom 2.5mil/Gal TPS SIGNAL- 4.0mil/Gal ORCA-.5mil/Gal I setup my PH automation system.. I will start it running in 24 hours after the system settles in. Week 6 Day 2 10/29/2023 Going to be interesting.. I left the old monitor in to do a double check behind the new auto PH monitor.. not eh problem is I configured the New one and I am pretty sure that it is more accurate than the previous one I was using but the difference is 5.9 on the new one and 6.19 on the old. So it leaves me to questions if I was always running my PH higher but still just within safe range? or is this one off by that much. Questions, Questions.. But so far it is working I had to make several adjustments to dial in how much of each gets released but right now they are sitting around 5.9 Week 6 Day 3 10/30/2023 Worked on adjusting the auto PH system and I think I will need to change out some of the gear to make it work better.. Right now the suction/ flow rate has to be up to high in order to get the Up or down out of the Containers and the UP kicks on before the Down has a chance to settle.. I would have hoped there is a steady reading for X seconds before it starts the other.. but there isn't it is automatically kicking off the Up even while it is still adjusting from adding Down. Week 6 Day 4 10/31/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Nice day.. the experiment of the PH auto system is a bust as of right now.. the range is out of what I want.. and it keeps immediately kicking off without giving the water time to balance.. since this is a res system which the water moves.. not the best.. it doesn't have a wait time before release more.. and it keeps releasing even after it starts reading in range.. so it drops it lower than it should.. I could probably dilute the PH up and Down and make it a little more effective.. but not sure what I want to do at this point. Week 6 Day 5 11/01/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. I got a week and a half notice that I had to go on a work trip out of country for 10 days, so the clown show continued. I was definitely overwatering them. Thanks @shinsimilla, I saw the difference after waiting a few extra days. Also, I definitely should have started LST at least a week earlier than I did. Now for work issues: I found an old security camera that the cats had knocked over a million times and damaged. With a lot of tape, I got it working again and set up in the tent so I could see what’s going on while gone. Be warned, the photos are NOT good quality. I also looked up DIY self-watering systems. I needed it as simple as possible to reduce the risk of something breaking while I was thousands of miles away. I found one where it wicks water up a cotton or wool string. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/P0hn5cKZ0Z0 I cut up an old 10K shirt that was made of cotton. I had just broken down my balcony garden since it’s already getting cold here. I took two long planters, lined them with a construction garbage bag to be the reservoirs. Even though the floor of the grow tent is waterproof and I put plastic between the floor and outside of the grow tent, I didn’t want to risk any water getting out while I was away. I was nervous y’all. Basically, you wet the fabric then use a chopstick to run the it through the plant from bottom to top. It needs to be long enough to have a few inches sitting in the bottom of the reservoir. I filled each with 3L of water with the BioBizz nutrients mixed in and ph’d to 6.1. More info in week 5.

As of day 50 buds continue to fatten up. There has been a lightening of foliage across the plant that has left it more of a lime green. I have had some higher temperatures (29c) that are borderline concerning but I am hoping it's not causing heat stress. My thought is that the lightening is just the normal progression for an auto well into it's flowering cycle, but if anyone has any thoughts on this or the general health of the plant please let me know! Some new vertical growth but also some yellowing of the leaf tips. I see some people's diaries and their plants look so lush and green in comparison. Hey ho, not gonna mess with it else I'll make it worse!

Hey people! We have arrived to Day 14 and WOW these girls really do make you realise why the company is called FastBuds!! (Just checked my last diary and I said the same 😂, FastBuds genetics are really fast guys). The GSC girls have BOOMED in growth since week 1. Unfortunately, my local mail service lost my FastBuds Gelato seeds, so the back two pots right now are mystery seeds, and they definitely have a very slow growth rate compared to the GSC. The small cup is Gorilla Glue (photoperiod), but just doing for fun as it was lying around, may not continue with it so let's not focus on it. This diary is all about the GSC, so who cares about all that! Gave them a second feed of nutrients, and PH'd it to the right level. They seem to be LOVING it. I have upped the dose since my last grow diary for this strain and they are reacting very well it seems. Thinking of doing some LST next week or so but not sure if I should, never done it before and don't want to mess these plants up. I've done a lot of research on it so I'm going to have to come to a decision next week. We'll see! Much love friends, see you on the next update! Will start their 1 week separate diary next week. I ended up pulling out the smallest mystery seed in the back (trashed it) and replaced it with a FastBuds Gelato seed. I then transplanted the other mystery seed to a 5th pot, as it seems to be doing well, and replaced it's old pot with another FastBuds Gelato seed. I also just got an EXTRA LIGHT! There was no real need for it, but I really want to try and produce the best buds possible. I have added a MARS HYDRO TS1000 LED. Hopefully they do well with it.

Fabolous plants

On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. The plants are starting to bulk up now. On day 2 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir is holding at 6.1. My right plant experienced another run away so I reduced flow rate by one carrot can't quite get it right this run... The colas are really starting to fatten up 😀 On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.4 to 6.2. On day 7 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 5.9 to 6.2.

The girls grew 10 cm during the first week of flowering ... So far everything is going well and I am happy to see them 🍃🍃🍃

apologies for the washed out photos, didn't look as bad on my phone but now I can see it. will try to take better photos here forward under the lights. 18/6 lighting Daily Light Integral The daily light integral (DLI) you provide is 13.3 mol/m²d whereas the ideal is 12 mol/m²d. For the most part, all is well this week. Temp and RH has been very steady around 73-74 degrees and 45-55% RH. Decent growth on all four except the one plant, Apex by Ethos. The plants taproot grew up instead of down. It was a little light in color as well, I believe that it has since corrected itself and found the right path downward. I’ve been hand watering about half a gallon a day from the reservoir to make sure the roots are getting water and food. I increased the EC of megacrop to 0.8, roots are just now hitting the water with all the plants (except Apex). I’ll keep hand watering until they do. I lowered the water height to .5” below the net pots, I suspect they’ll be off to the races now. Added an air stone inside of the reservoir itself as well, to help keep everything nicely mixed at all times. PH still sitting perfect at 5.8. So far so good outside of that.
