## Week 7 Update: Strong Vegetative Growth ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š ### ๐ŸŒฑ Vigorous Growth Continues ๐ŸŒฑ Welcome to Week 7! All of the plantsโ€”Greenhouse Super Lemon Haze, Humboldt Seed Bubba Kush, and Blueberry Muffinโ€”are still in the vegetative stage, and theyโ€™re thriving. This extra time in veg is allowing each plant to develop a strong structure, which will be crucial for supporting heavy buds when we eventually switch to flowering. --- ### ๐Ÿš€ Vegetative Progress ๐Ÿš€ **Greenhouse Super Lemon Haze ๐ŸŒž** - Growing rapidly, with significant height and branch development. - The plant is responding well to LST, creating a wider canopy for better light distribution. **Humboldt Seed Bubba Kush ๐ŸŒฟ** - Compact and bushy, with strong lateral growth. - Perfecting its structure to maximize yield in the flowering phase. **Blueberry Muffin ๐Ÿฅž** - Building a dense, sturdy frame with lush foliage. - This extra veg time is helping it develop a robust canopy, setting it up for a productive flowering stage. --- ### ๐ŸŒฑ Vegetative Techniques ๐ŸŒฑ To make the most of this vegetative period, I've been focusing on: - **Low-Stress Training (LST):** Continually training branches to create an even canopy and promote multiple bud sites. - **Topping:** Topping has been applied to encourage bushier growth and increase potential yield. - **Defoliation:** Selective defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration, ensuring the lower branches get enough light. - **Nutrient Management:** Maintaining a balanced nutrient schedule focused on nitrogen to support healthy vegetative growth. --- ### ๐ŸŒฟ Looking Ahead ๐ŸŒฟ The plants are growing strong, and this extended vegetative stage is giving them the best possible start before we transition to flowering. In the coming weeks, we'll continue to monitor their growth and make any necessary adjustments before initiating the flowering phase. Stay tuned for next week's update as the plants continue to prepare for a successful bloom! Happy growing! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š

Day 46 of Flower, 93 since germination. Starting to check the trichomes with my new wifi microscope. Looks like Lemon Extract has a scattering of amber trichome heads, but only in bud nearest the light. All other look milky and glassy. I'm thinking Lemon Extract might harvest in one week. The others, maybe two weeks. Gave the ladies their last feeding today. Just PH balanced water from here til harvest.

approx day 50: Another week of veg and settling in to the NFT tanks for the girls this week. I am happy with their progress with adjusting to constant feeds and there are no signs of being over fed, burnt, starved etc... GG# has shown the best growth followed still by the Wedding cake then a way behind the Ghost Og. I have given them a slight strip out of any tips I know wont make it to the canopy. They look a lot less clustered now so the light could hit the every strong growth site. lets see how another week does them

Hey everyone. I made one video with flash and one without as last week. So far everything seems to be good. The buds look very impressive. I never expected it.

Overall it was nice growing this plant, wich achieved some good colors even though the yield and look of the buds wasnt the best!

We made it to the end of week 4 and I switched the light to 12/12 today. I brought in a sour sorbet from DNA that has been vegging for almost 7 weeks in another room. She never had a water change from day 1 and she has stayed pretty happy. I just topped off her reservoir about once a week and increased nutrients as needed. The twisted helix has showed some steady growth over the past week and is looking much better. Still behind the other plants but am looking forward to seeing how she flowers. Nutrients are pumping 24 hours a day and I added more light for a total of 1000 watts. I will be crushing stems to try to slow down stretch if anyone tries to get out of control.

Moving forward, blooming nice, this second gen is taking form and gaining weight. A few weeks and we will have a nice harvest. Tent is nicely populated and filled. Once i have setup the โ€œsemi scrogโ€ it has conformed to it in a couple of days and did a massive difference. It really opens the canopy and create a huge surface to take advantage from the light as opposed to letting it go naturally. Iโ€™m defining the technique as semi scrog because i did not setup the net in a traditional early way knitting in veg... It was done later.

I had encountered some problems with my homemade potting soil suddenly my plants suffered.I changed potting soil to go to plagron light mix, it's starting to get back in shape, so I left on the same occasion, changed fertilizer, I went to hesi. I wanted to try to make my own substrate but I shouldn't have because between the ph and the earth it didn't go at all.Now I'm happy because she's better. Sorry I don't have my photos I will put them in the following days.apex cut on 01/17/23 at the 4 node.

Day 59, 1st of October 2020: She quiclky reactod to the Topping.... i topped her 14x 14 branches and already growing out rapidly. She is bushy and looking good time to start flowering. I will leave her in 36 hours of darkness before the 9th week ends so on Saturday (todY is thursday) till monday morning. Let's make her flower :) Day 60, 2nd of October 2020: Alright so time has come; she needs to start flowering. Look at her the last 5 pictures (Day 60)๐Ÿ“ท before I place her for 54 hours darkness I mean 17:00 o'clock on (today) Friday to 23:00 o'clock on Sunday. Can I count well? so ... 17:00 o'clock to 23:00 o'clock is 6 hours (23:00 o'clock lamp switches on) and next Saturday 23:00 o'clock is 24 hours and one more 24 hours is Sunday 23:00 o'clock ๐Ÿคช so 24+24+6 = 54!!!!! Yes!๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช I have never been good at mathematics ๐Ÿ™ƒ Okay so I gave her a lot of water and also sprinkled the soil with bat guano before i put her in darkness. I added more nitrogen because she seems to be very hungry for that again and put her to ๐Ÿ’ค ๐Ÿ˜ด ๐Ÿ›๏ธ. So let's start flowering say goodbye and see you soon ๐Ÿ˜Š Day 62, 4th of October 2020: Here we go I took her out after 48 hours just to take pictures ๐Ÿ“ท Flowering has started so from now the lamp switches on 23:00 o'clock and it works till 11:00 o โฐ . Let's see how she streches and go crazy :) Photos are uploaded. The nice neon-green tops are appeard like always after leaving them in darkness :)

We are nearing the finish line! Both ladies look great, and the delicious aroma wafting from the tent brings a smile to my face every time. I think we should finish the run in about two weeks. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‹
