Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. It´s here! Plants are now switched to 12/12 schedule to start flowering phase. Leaving the MH bulb for growing for this week before I will switch bulb to HPS for flowering. Keeping these flowering nutrients on the same level. Continue with little bit of LST and defoliation of unhealthy lower leaves. Also, I´m now trying to lower temperature a little bit. My goal is to maintain 24-25°C during the day and 18-19°C during the night. I´m curious if dropping temperature will lead to more purple buds. We will see.

Just flushing the girls this week, waiting for most trichomes to go cloudy instead of clear. Ive now switched the lights off for 36/48 hours and will harvest in the next couple of days :))

On Day 29 i mixed 2l of rain water with 4ml of calmag some melasse and 5ml of bio grow and gave each plant 1l. On Day 33 i gave them each 2l. I mixed 4ml of calmag 4 drips of supervite and some melasse with an ph of 6.5 . On Day 35 i gave them 1.5 l for this i mixed 3l of water with 30ml of Lab 3ml of alfa boost 3 drips of supervite some melasse and 3mlbof calmag. Bevor i watered them i put 3 scoups of feeding biobloom at the top of the soil then i watered them and added some weeds from my garden at the top so the soil stays wet any longer.

Week 7 Flower Let the Flush commence! 💦 Both girls started flush on Day 41. Twin2 is definitely finishing sooner than Twin1, but as they've both been tested the same, they'll both be taken down on the same day after a 14+ day flush. We're having a rise in heat in my area so it's interesting to see how each pheno reacts. Twin2 seems to be showing slightly more heat stress, by shooting a few fox tails, but at this size it's only a good thing 😉 I've also only just found a new trait being expressed on both twins, but much more consistently on Twin1, and that's the double serrated leaves you can see in the photo's. It doesn't mean or affect anything, it just a cool trait 🍁 I run approx 30+ltr water through each pot each time they're flushed. Before doing so I check the ppm and pH value of the run off from each pot and take records. To do this, I gently pour a few litres in the centre of the pot until a sufficient amount has drained into the tray below. This can then be tested with your TDS/EC pen and pH pen. I still use Activated EM1 (EMA) throughout flush at 1ml/ltr because microbes are always a benefit. Once stretched/activated it goes a very long way so if I don't use it throughout flush, then it may go over it's 6-8week shelf life. They're both looking great and still filling up. Both twins are coated in trichomes and have their own distinctive smells. They both smell very floral; Twin2 smells a lot sweeter, but Twin1 has a more earthy, almost gassy kind of smell to her that's just as nice. These girls are definitely not making my choice any easier yet! Looking forward to seeing them fade. Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Flowering day 7 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The flowering started last week because otherwise the space in the small tent would end up being too narrow :-) Cuttings were taken from each phenotype beforehand. To change the flower, I rinsed it very lightly with clean fruits. With the next watering she gets a mix of grow liquid and bloom liquid before she only gets bloom. The heating mat works perfectly in the small tent and the parameters are all in the optimal range 🙏🏻👍. Now we hope that everything stays that way and that the cold days will slowly pass :-) . I apologise for the late updates, what you see on the photograph is what i found growing after my 5 day Christmas absence. i actually took the photographs on the day of my 41 birthday. During this time the four plants drank a lot of water that nobody was refilling, normally it was ok, this time though when i came beck the ph was at 5.6 after i replenished the missing water it jumpted to only 5.8. It happened first time to me so i thought "give it a couple of days girls will drink and the replenished fresh water with PH of 7.4 will up my reservoir", Unfortunately it was a bad choice, plants started to drink less and less every passing day, so at this week end started adding PH+ (first time since a long time, my PH+ bottle was bought in 2015 ;) During the week only added PH+ and PK 13-14. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 40 cm. over the canopy and runs at 550W. Day 57 - Yesterday I noticed that the leaves are darker than they should be, so I re-made the mixing solution lowering the PPM from 750 to 550. I've tried to raise it to see how much nutes that ladies can handle since it's my first time in coco and I like to experiment. Now I'm going to finish this mixing solution and then stabilize the next ones on 650 PPM. Keep learning every day 🙏 Day 60 - Today I added one extra equivalent 75W LED to give the lower nodes more power. Some fan leaves touch it, wish they will not burn. New update in the next days.
