NCH x SB is starting to fade significantly and has stopped throwing out new pistils, trichomes are significantly cloudy and a few on the sugar leaves are beginning to turn amber. Debating whether I should pull her at full cloudy in a week or two or wait until I see more amber. Sour Kush is still fattening up and has a lot of white pistils yet to mature, trichomes are of course a mixture of clear/milky, no fade on this plant yet. Tangerine Dream is making great progress in flowering and bud sites have thickened up considerably, trimmed a majority of larfy bud sites on this plant since the discrepancy in the distance to the light was so large. Water pH 6.15, EC 0.4. Feed pH 6.15, EC 0.717.

Today 24.9 1st day of flowering Last week was steady growth and I added some bacteria and microbes in a form of Voodoo Juice and some silica also. It's nice to see how fast it affects on your stems and they start thickening right away 👌 I have some heavy duty defoliating to do gonna do it in this and next week. welcome to 📅 Day 50 : flower 5/3/2021. not to happy with the deficiency problems I'm having but she is growing well still. I will be dropping the amount of nutes to 1 mil a L from 2ml a L but leaving the cal mag the same. I'm very happy with the MH TS 1000💡 and they plant also seams to agree update 📅Day 52 : flower 5/5/2021 Not to much change it the problems yet but I have noticed she is getting fatter under the Mars Hydro TS 1000 she is loving the 💡 and I am too so lets see how she does.

Doggo update Couple vids sprinkled in here. Love doing slo-mo with frisbee throws and treats catching in their mouth. Slo Mo vids didn’t upload slo mo so I had to go thru and edit them and screen record it just to get them in slow mo on the site but they’re worth it Dukes ear has been bugging him and so he pins it down sometimes with the other ear straight up and he looks goofy as hell.

This grow was awesome ended up smelling and smoking amazing loving the color and flavor

The strain handled all my mistakes as a new grower great and is one of the reasons why I chose these strains. Just to name, bad Ph, over watering, over feeding was giving full dose instead of half, not watering to run off, not checking ppms and flushing right before harvest instead of weeks prior. I was not expecting the trichomes to look like diamonds as the video doesn’t do any justice. They really sparkle.

The buds and trichimes are developing nicely. The defoliation didn't harm them at all. The plants are starting to get really thirsty so I'm giving bigger amounts of water. 10 liters at the moment.

Harvest Update – RUNTZ Both RUNTZ phenos have been harvested, officially bringing this incredible journey to the end. It was a grow full of satisfaction, learning, and beautiful results. I’m truly impressed with the genetics from Zamesia both plants delivered super dense, frosty buds with an absolutely insane sweet and candy-like aroma. The terpene profile on these girls is just mouthwatering and promises a top-tier experience in the vaporizer. Solid, rock-hard nugs on both phenos this strain really lives up to the hype! Special shoutout to Plagron and their product Green Sensation – it worked wonders, especially in the final stages. Week 5 of flower and stretch has been excessive in these F1 testers. Buds have been slow to develop and supercroppibg of 3 tops was necessary to maintain canopy consistency. The hollow stems are a good sign of things to come but I will say I was hoping for much better bud development. Perhaps unrealistic with this sativa dominant cross but still. I guess as long as the buds are fire, we’re prepared to deal with less overall yield. The system continues to perform admirably. It’s one major drawback is having to recirculate through an additional drainage pump. The cheap bilge pump we wired into the tray failed and flooded out a portion of the basement - my fault really as I knew the pump was crap and should’ve changed it earlier. Still can’t get past how much more simplistic a gravity dependent system is but despite that - I have no complaints about this equipment and it will get regular use regardless of any future set up changes. Alls good in da hood y’all👌🤟 Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, crossed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower. These beans were the product of a shotgun breeding run that presented an unexpected opportunity so there’s quite a bit of testing that should flow from the various F1’s we’ve produced.

for all of these strains I am putting the dry weight. this strain was in 3rd place in the tent this harvest and overall this plant was one of the stronger ones. She suffered the most from the ph mishap earlier on in the grow

Day 71 - Ripening Day 5 a. she drinks 4L a day, slowing down from the 5L a day b. the buds are still growing every day is noticeable c. the pistils on the flowers are nearly all orange and brown, there are no new white pistils growing, but still few white pistils remain d. trichomes are very milky white, still some clears and no amber I can see on the actual buds, few ambers on random leafs e. this will probably be the last week of growth, and there will be a short florakleen flush as ppms never went above 1000ppm on this grow. Day 72 - Ripening Day 6 a. consuming 4L a day of nutrient solution b. her flowers are still growing! The resin is so much on the leaves and buds c. the remaining white pistils are maturing... trichomes are very milky. Day 73 - Ripening Day 7 a. buds are still growing, every day is noticeable growth, she drinks 3.5-5L a day b. pistils are all turning, very few white pistils left Day 74 - Ripening Day 8 a. the flowers are smelling very strong, pine, blueberry and diesel fuel b. she is wrapping up nicely Day 75 - Ripening Day 9 a. performed defoliation, removed 50+ large fan leafs, there is resin all over the stems, will use for ice hash b. the buds are still growing, the smell becomes too strong for the carbon filter overnight Day 76 - Ripening Day 10 a. adding only Spring water to the DWC right now, keeping ppms below 800, preparing for the flush b. buds are becoming very frosty c. the fan leafs have started to fade nicely d. I am seeing the first glimpses of amber trichomes, mostly milky white throughout e. all pistils have turned red and orange Day 77 - Ripening Day 11 a. the trichomes are mostly milky white with a few ambers showing here and there b. added 5L of spring water to help the flush c. will change to FloraKleen tomorrow, and harvest in a day or two. d. constantly removing faded fan leafs, they are becoming easier to snap off the stem, the plant is entering the harvest window.

Northern lights grew great in the Pro-mix medium size hp bag. She had a struggle through the grow. She really wanted more space to root. I did have a salt build up towards the end of vegging. A few minor issues beside that. She did fill the little Spider Farmer tent. She turned out great. Thanks again Pro-mix, Medic Grow, Spider Farmer, and Divine Seeds. This wasca slightly different style grow compared to my usual methods using the Pro-mix. Great grow, dealt with some pests that took a few plants from me . But overall my best grow quality so far and I’m very happy with the grow!
