Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. The Best Elephant Trunk Grow 🏆

Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. This is still one of my favorites I love the structure and seems like it should have some variation from the first pheno. It's going to get its second feed with the GBL nutes today with the rest of the crop. Day 21 of flower.

Watching "NoVabbè" grow, blossom, and explode was truly fantastic. TA's Final Part is always a never-ending delight.

Grow went well. Spider farmer produces again the se5000. One day they myt sponsor me beofre someone else does. Dyno myco somw gd stuff chek out ppl.

Bent her a little too hard (or too late) and snapped the main stalk, but taped it up and she seems fine now. Also gave her some defoliation. Fed Recharge for the first time too, seemed to like that, I think it helped with the fast healing of the snapped stalk. Bud sites starting to develop. AVT is front-right in the group shots.

One more week in vegetatitve. This week I will put the scrog screen. They are growing well and my LST keep them very small =) Im really curious to know how they will flower =)

The girl is starting to grow little better now and i hope she is picking up the pace. Added new videos.

For 30th April: The aroma in the tent is ramping up. It is pure correlation, but it seemed to have increased as soon as the UV light was installed. The white widows all have a delicate perfumed lemon mango smell. The gorilla glue is spice and pine. Ph is good at 6-7 in all four pots. Still fighting the deficiencies in one of the widows. The brown spots didn’t seem to slow down my last widow grow. But it also has very pointy leaves, where the other two younger widows have fat dark leaves. She’s bigger, older and hungrier than the other two. She might just need more feed. I need to keep the calmag going. I have been sporadic with it but I’ll make it a regular feed addition from now on.

Jetzt 10 Wochen alt, die Zeit vergeht echt krass. Blüten entwickeln sich schön, vor allem der Hauptbud. Finde es sehr schön, das die Blüten teilweise so einen Lila Stich bekommen, finde ich sehr sehr schön, liegt aber wahrscheinlich einen niedrigen Temperaturen teilweise schon so 10°. Die Terpene entwickeln sich auch sehr schön, man kann wirklich so eine beerige Note wahrnehmen, was natürlich von der Blueberry kommt. Mal sehen wie sie sich hält bis nächste Woche. Mir wurde empfohlen, ich solle sie mal etwas lollipopen, bin mir da aber etwas unsicher, ob ich das mache aber ihr könnt mir gerne mal eure Meinung sagen. Also bis dann, ich wünsche allen die das lesen einen erfolgreichen Grow.

Greetings Rastamans, as you can see my girl is getting thicker and is growing weekly. Every used fertilizers have very good results. Slowly aproaching the time of harvesting, This is evidenced by the trichomes as well as the timing of the flowering cycle. I believe that the harvest from this plant will be great. Use of the necessarry techniques at the right period of times gave me the results that you see yourselves. It is the last day of lighting. It will be in dark for 36hrs. Well , these girls are just massive 😂 I seriously have never saw this amount of growth in such a short time honestly 😂 When I'm putting the height of the plants I'm measuring from the bottle of the soil to just above and what I like to call gestimating as its beyond difficult to measure so sorry about that in advance guys 👎🏼 I wish I had an amazing camera so you guys can fully see the extreme crazy growth amongst the canopy ! Had to give the girls another major trim As those fan leaves where multiplying , twisting and knotting and doing some crazy 💩 Haha😂 Now we have been in limbo with what to do with regards to the scrog , everytime we decide something we end up doing the opposit so just going to take it week by week, as you can see from the middle of the canopy those stems have been wrapped round the full tent nearly and still popping right up, so put them back under which I was initially not going to do but yeh lol! Still using cellmax nutrients a,b and flower... Feel like I should stop haha. Highly rate them guys the growth with this grow compared to last is outstanding! Apart from the crazy growth issues all is good 😁 Dehumidifier is doing its job perfectly , we would appreciate a hand trimming them 😂 That's the only negative I've got to say 😂 Welcome to my garden of beautiful flowers 😂😂👌🏼👌🏼 Happy growing buddy's 😁✌️🏼️✌️🏼🍁🍁

This is still week eleven, technically day seventy three.

Made sure the run off was 0.5ms, the water that I feed with has a reading of 0.3ms so I'm looking forward to when she has dried and cured so I can update with the smoke review
