Finally decided to get the new tent and it arrived a day after! Meanwhile the ladies moved into my closet for a day, because some top buds and leaves were already getting damaged. Refilling almost 5 L daily! Lets see how they grow with a bit more space to spread out :)

Week 10 (1/12-18) Day 65 (1/12) She's getting closer and closer. When I scope her, she's mostly cloudy, with just a few ambers scattered in. I'll check her again later in the week. Her pot was still fairly heavy this morning, so she's set for the day. Day 66 (1/13) She was ready for a drink today. I watered her with some molasses and Mammoth P added in, pH'd to ~6.5. When she's ready again, I'll feed her one last time then it will be water only (maybe some molasses) until I chop her. Day 68 (1/15) Well I put the little clip on microscope on my phone and checked her trichomes. To my surprise, there seems to be a good amount of amber now. I think I'm going to call it. I'll cut her lights today and give her 48 hours in the dark, so will chop her down on Sunday (day 70). I'll give her a big drink of cold water and put some ice around her stem when I shut her down. I dry in paper bags and my last plant dried pretty quickly, as I didn't give her any water for awhile before chopping. I'd rather have a longer drying period, so I will water her up before she goes into the dark. Her last feeding was day 62 (1/9), so I'm hoping it has been long enough to work the nutes out by the time she's done.

This girl is looking great! Noticeably frostier than last year so I am excited! She smells really strong right now, lotta sweet and slightly skunky. I spend most of my video talking about how my plan for a tomato roof using stuff I already had didn't work out so looks like I'm going to Lowe's on Wednesday. Gotta get it up before the cold and rain starts in so I don't get moldy buds.

Excited to start these ladies. This strain has the temps that make you want to keep going back for more. The flowers come out super dense and covered in trichs. Let's see if they come out as good if not better then the last time I've grown it. Got 10/10 to sprout so where already off to a great start. All In all Happy Growing

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. End of week 6- start of week 7- Plants are looking beautiful it’s about to be an amazing crop the biscotti mintz is still my favorite but a couple of the GMO Punch pheno’s are definitely starting to warm up on me along with the Cookies USA and their fat ass buds ! Honestly can’t wait till the day I can get a bigger space and follow my dreams ! I could grow weed the rest of my life ! I’ve been strain hunting for 2 strains I want to keep and I’ve already got one (Biscotti Mintz) hopefully soon I’ll find number 2!

J’ai procédé à une défoliation avant le cycle mais comme vous pouvez le voir elle ça ne les a pas empêché de se refournir Je commencerai l’engrais de floraison dans 1 semaine ou en voyant les premiers pistils 🤘🏽👌💥😍🎉

First time grower - Day 3 - Seedling Stage Unknown strain, hopefully its a female Light meter currently reads 101 lux x100 Should I give it more lighting or put it closer to the plant? Using roots organic soil, should I prepare for nutrient feeding after week 1? And if yes, what nutrients should I feed them?
