Interesting week, plant #4 Topped & LST grew past plant #2 LST to 37 inches high. All 5 plants flowers are maturing at different rates so i'll be harvesting at different dates. I'm getting so stoked about these girls I bought a 2019 Dynavap M to try vaping.

Buds are really putting on weight! Frost is in abundance. Colas have really gained defined shape and structure. The aroma is getting intense. Full blown bloom is a wonderful thing. Just watching as the sexyness gets more defined. We have hit the major bulking phase. Do to the new phase of growth the feeding has once again changed. I added bud golem to the mix. To get every drip drop of flowering vigor this lady has to push. Really gives that extra umph for the bulking phase. Will eliminate that last bit of grow outta the mix next feed. Than ride that mix to the flush. Until next update . Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. This is week 2

At the end of this week we got to put these ladies outside to finish out the summer; finally! They have made a large jump in height; but we low stress trained them all down, now that they have ample space to do so. I had an accident with one of the plants while LST and ripped the main trunk a little bit at the topped knot, we repaired the rip with para film immediately; she seems to be recovering well, barely skipped a beat so far. We continued to water with ancient earth every watering, and I gave them a foliar spray of gaia green soluble seaweed extract the morning after their first night outside. They are acclimating well to their new permanent outdoor home. ☀️

Back home. All 8 branches looking well. Thay have grown fast during this 7 days. The roots look healthy and white. This week want to try not to change full res. Just going to add some nutrients so that the ppm goes to 600. Let's see how it will work. Also did some lst on every branch. Trying to make them as horizontal as possible for now. Hope to start scrog next week.

Start of week 8 (day 50). Started the week off with a little recharge&water. I had to rig up some branch supports to compensate for compounding nugs. I'm pretty sure a pack of papers is a standard measurement? I've been struggling to get out of bed from knee pain (awaiting my 3rd surgery). And really not sleeping at all. 29/3 the grapefruit is coming along nicely, buds actually smell like grapefruit! Lsd is so impressive! it’s on fire! The west coast ogs are still quite a bit behind..looking online, a lot of people seem to get these buds growing huge! Hopefully they get there.. BCN critical xxl popped 1 day after the LSD but has been the slowest to flower..It's just going into flower now. Light has been at 75% for the last week or so and is at around 23inches above. Have been feeding all plants alternating water/feed/water/feed 1 litre every 2-3 days. So far so good! 4/4 bcn critical xxl isn’t looking very happy at all..she’s fully flowering now but all of her new growth has been loooking droopy for the last week…not too sure what’s up there..

Hey ihr Lieben! Nach 10 Tagen Trocknung habe ich das Curing begonnen. Die Äste haben geknackt und mir signalisiert, dass sie bereit sind. Nach 5h Handarbeit war ich dann fertig. Mega anstrengend :P! Aber hat sich sehr gelohnt :). Trotz das ich dieses Mal anstatt mit mineralischem Dünger mit einem ein Komponenten-Dünger gedüngt habe (Hesi Bio-Bloom), habe ich sogar mehr herausbekommen... Bin sehr zufrieden :). Nach dem Curing habe ich das Material in die Terplocbags gepackt und lasse sie nun dort schön fermentieren - das hat letztes Mal sehr gut geklappt und kann ich nur empfehlen. Danke an alle die mich bei meinem 2ten Run begleitet haben, ihr seid die Besten! Mir hat es auch mega Spaß gemacht und ich freue mich schon darauf, meinen 3ten Run mit euch zu teilen - mehr Infos dazu kommen bald.

Edit:25.02.21 habe heute das sqrog Netz eingebaut ist ein altes Gestänge von nem pavilion hab mein bodengitter nochmal überarbeitet damit die Töpfe nicht schief stehen sind 2 alte Bilderrahmen auf 2 leisten mit Hühner Draht 😬😬😬

Uma das genéticas mais lindas que já tive! As cores são incríveis, um roxo quase marrom, com pistilos laranjas e tricomas roxos...o cheiro é beeeem frutado, lembra as famosas berries. Lembra também cheiro de laranja e manga..enfim, ainda não degustei, ela está secando⏳assim que eu provar atualizo aqui com o que achei do sabor, efeito e quanto rendeu.

Welcome to week 5! Things are progressing along as some plants have started to display sex. I've removed some of the males that have shown themselves so far as we aren't looking to breed this run. Going to let them veg for this week and then I will be flipping the lights to get the flowering cycle started. Huge shout outs go to @MarsHydroLED for allowing me to grow with their kick ass gear! I think the issues is i'm not waiting long enough between waterings. I will have to practice the technique more for now I may go back to top watering. Day#33 Pictures. Im going to cut away all the dying leaves and flip the lights. Day#35 Pictures N/A Last day of veg for this project. Im excited to see what these plants do in flower! Welcome to week 7 growmies! She’s doing great in her second week of flowering! She is still stretching and got a bigger defoliation at the end of week 6. For the start she’s getting only ph regulated water from top and some nutrients from bottom. There a little signs on the leaf tip why I skip nutrients for one watering cycle. On mid of week 7 she’s still stretching and first orange pistils shown up. On weekend she’s getting another defloration and another round of nutrients. We are finishing week 7 shortly! She was defoliated once again to ensure more light density in lower conopy. She’s doing still great and she’s not showing any signs of stress or leak of nutrients. It seems that she’s also stopped stretching. Looking forward to the next weeks!
