Backing off the feeds a little now that they are coming into the final weeks of flower. Did a good bit of defoliating this week to help get airflow to the lower areas. Happy with the bud growth they are really starting to fatten up now. Onto week 8! 😬✌️

Day 46 of Flower, 93 since germination. Starting to check the trichomes with my new wifi microscope. Looks like Lemon Extract has a scattering of amber trichome heads, but only in bud nearest the light. All other look milky and glassy. I'm thinking Lemon Extract might harvest in one week. The others, maybe two weeks. Gave the ladies their last feeding today. Just PH balanced water from here til harvest.

Ich hab ein paar Änderungen am setze gemacht, der hintere Lüfter bläst 2x für 15 min pro Stunde kalte frische Luft von draußen. Außerdem habe ich den Spider Farmer 6l Luftbefeuchter, zwei oszillierende Ventilatoren von Mars hydro und ein Standventilator hinzugefügt. Diese Woche hab ich nach düngeplan gedüngt ein mal.

Flowering is really stunned in this very cold weather, still a fun thought seeing my plant still alive while all the tree already have lost their leaves. Today i chopped the remaining branches on my right maincola, the left will stay 1 to 3 more weeks, im gonna push that one with all the risk of every risk🤗 i wett trimmed the branches again and hanged them, after i took away the first drying batch from 10 days ago. I weighted that what was still hanging at 49 grams dry weight, adding up to a total of 64 grams so far... Im guessing the total amount of dry weight on this plant will be around 300 grams unfortunately... If this would have flowered lets say 1,5 month earlier( like it was fking expecter to do!!!) It would have made a kilo for sure

So I believe the plants are coming to an end within a couple of weeks. I took everything off the timer and am now running 24/0 light schedule. I want to make the most out of what light is available. The plants need it. My tent is underpowered in that department, so increasing the duration of the light is all I can realistically do. Hopefully, it will help. The buds have been developing nicely. They are incredibly FROSTY 😍 so to keep the progress going, I have been sticking with the sea kelp for the potassium. Occasionally adding phosphorus with the bud explosion PK Booster. With much smaller doses in comparison, each time. There are definitely signs of nitrogen excess, with the clawing on many leaves. There are also extremely purple stems on the leaves. As I don't know what the seed was, I can't tell whether it is normal for the strain it is, or a nutrient issue, light stress, etc. (If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate them!) This one was planted in coco, perlite, and worm castings. Due to this being practically the first time I've used this mix without adding the peat based "light mix". I had not realised how quickly the pots will dry out, especially during the high water consumption of the flowering stage. I realise that I need to be treating it as pure coco. This can be fantastic, for example, if you have just one pot/plant and can provide all the waterings and monitoring continually and regularly. This tends to make you use more nutrients than necessary, as personally I find it difficult to use just plain water. I think many of us still can't help the feeling that we should be adding things to every watering. Therefore, when the frequency of the waterings increases, we are still adding nutrients EVERY time. Which is an overall increase in nutrients, too. For my part, I'm cutting the amount of nutrients per watering. I feel like nutrients are a bit of a crutch to growers. I'm still getting used to the coco and the waterings, but I am really enjoying it. If you don't check your plants multiple times a day, it may not be the best choice of substrate. For me, I'd much rather the pots dry quickly because it reduces the chances of mould and mildew, which I'm always concerned about. 30.5.25: I watered with 4L of plain dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1. solid week overall. RQS pKush is going along ok. the thai choc looks amazing. really cant wait for it to flower hard. a great full tent. was easy week as i want to let them grow a couple weeks with min tim then i will do a full lollipo sesh maybe next week

Blue Mystic buds are starting to develop. Left lemonade nearing completion, right lemonade is several weeks behind left lemonade on bud development. Left lemonade has purple hues in the buds.

📆 Week 13, 16-22 April 2024 16-20 April - Let the plant grow. 21 April - Increased light power to 100%. 22 April - Let grow and observe for signs of light stress. This week her bud began to grow in length, so I decided it was time to turn up the light intensity to help manage this process. This will bring the DLI to 60. Understanding this is a high level I do closely watch and observe. Because the light has increased the heat will raise some, so there may be a chance of burn to look out for. I dont expect either one because of the distance from plant to light, but am aware.
