Been a slow week. Been trying to fill out as much of the Scrooge as I can. I will be defoliating in a couple days. I still want to see if any more sites will reach above the trellis. It's really hard for a first time grower to grow without the input of others, particularly if you aren't a science type person. Grow diaries and the users who've commented have really helped me make decisions about how to handle the girls. What I've learnt is there's never a right or wrong way of doing something and a lot of your success is based on intuition! This my very first grow. I can't normally keep herbs alive and I had my fair share of disasters with this plant, from stem breakages (fixed with a tape and a ruler) and calculating nutes incorrectly. I LSTd and topped (accidentally initially) and left 2 alone. The ones left alone had the biggest yeild. I harvested at different stages, but within days. The trics were probably at 1% amber, 80% cloudy and the rest clear. A test smoke of a dry bud in a pipe which had been cured for a few days gave me a fun, giggly high that lasted a long time with rolling body effects that left me feeling reallllly good. I made butter out of the fresh wet trim of one plant (2oz of trim) and made 113g of knock out butter. Just a teaspoon had my flying for 24 hours. I was growing these 4 ladies, along with 4 non-auto skunk 1# which have been in veg mode for the whole time. They are beasts right now and I will start a diary for them to document the progress.

its been ages since my last post. plants went through so much, can't believe they're looking so good now. A fan inside my led light stopped working so light was overheating. quickly ordered a second hand light so i could let this one get repaired. now back with the original light. finally also almost 100% thrips free (made a spray from neem oil and soap couple weeks ago) just defoliated the plants for a second time to make sure all tops are in direct light. only kept 4 plants by the way, I waited with switching the light schedule until they looked healthy enough, so they overgrew the tent altogether. also had extreme humidity when lights were off (up to 80%) so i ordered a dehumidifier which took 2 weeks longer to be delivered. Jup, we been through hell and back, but we're still going, strong that isss. I'm happy guys!!

I had soil problems in the beginning. I was using Kellogg patio plus and the kids just didn't like it, to much bark. so on the 8th of Nov.i transplanted them into 3gal pot and sprinkled myco in the hole to try and help with deprived roots. here is a R.I.P video to the fallen soldier! I have the last bag seed in soil right now, as of yesterday. it sprouted fast like 36 hrs. hope that one comes out better than the runt. it was my fault though because I over packed the soil and over watered. live and learn!!

This plant has been going strong for sometime now. I’m starting this grow diary so soon because I need to keep track of how much longer I have until it’s ready for harvest. I already forgot what day I switched to bloom lol. But I’ll be posting weekly. With better pictures.

Day 59 of flower, last day of light. Gonna give 48hrs of bro science darkness then chop. The smell from this tent is dam near unfathomable. Extreme and complex fruits. Punchberry cookies legit smells like Hawaiian Punch, and the lemon berry candy og smells like sour lemon skittles. Go figure

She continues to swell this week. The stretch was alot to deal with, with I am overall very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds this pheno is incredible. The smell of banana is really coming through now, vibrant pink and purple and green plant. Smells like a sweet sherbert still too. Feeding every other water still she loves it. Ill try take her to 10/11 weeks with feed before I try flush for 10 days. All depends on her development and trichomes at end of week 9🤤🏆 Mid week 4 flower Day 26F Continues to swell and throw out such a banging aroma, pungent banana, then closer sweet banana sherbert, crazy. Bud stacking nice, I love its structure. This plant impresses me daily. Day28F- Stacking weight on, buds getting denser. Thanks for following I'll update more pictures in the week ✌️💚

I've rather ignored these ladies this week as a lot of other things were on my agenda - but they don't seem at all bothered by the lack of attention. In fact, they seem more than happy to just do their thing. We've had more hot days and fairly cool nights and nothing is fazing them - nothing! Their pistils are just starting to go brown but I don't foresee a rapid change here... they just keep bulking up and bulking up... whoever said that sativa buds were light and airy have never met these gals! They're out on my deck with 3 indicas and if I hadn't labeled the pots, I'd have a hard time figuring out which was which except for the smell! Kudos to the Super Sativa Seed Club!! Still a few weeks to go but I'm VERY pleased with their progress!

My FB 2025 continues to grow! This week it was 29 inches tall. It keeps reaching for the sun. It rained twice this week and when it wasn't raining, I did feed my plants nutrients. I am surprised that I haven't really had to defoliate very much on this plant because it seems to be a tall and thin as opposed to short and fat. :)😍

Day 28. Girls are looking good. Definitely got a good gnat population I’m dealing with. Girls are getting dripped for 2 mins every 2 hours. Pots are definitely on the lighter side so plants are drinking normal. Back left plant is fading pretty good already so been going a little harder on the Cronk but still no complaints. Keeping an eye out for anymore sacs. The frost is coming in EVERYWHERE so we’ll see 🤞🏾. Other than that they’re rollin!

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. As of day 36, the NYC Diesel continues to have nice healthy growth and decent flowering. It started more indica in structure early in the grow, but has been showing more sativa growth traits as it has progressed in flowering. The buds have not started to bulk much, but there is still a good amount of stretch and blooming. I am trying to decide how much more defoliating I want to do, as it seems to fill in with more growth as soon as I finish a round. With the good light penetration I get I worry about over doing it and having a weakened plant later in flowering, so I am going to take my time with the next rounds of leaf removal.
