Week 21 and 3

October 22, 2021 I think they are finally starting to look a little better. I have been pulling off any leaves that were showing too much damage. I'm finally starting to see less damage. I didn't feed any Recharge this week. My Recharge has gotten old and I don't think its working like it should. I contacted Real Growers and they are sending out some replacement Recharge for me. I'll definitely add Recharge back into the feeding schedule once the new bag arrives. I gave Neptunes Harvest Fish and Seaweed at full strength, but only 1/2 gallon to each plant. Then a few days later I watered into the reservoir directly, instead of trying to water through. I purchased a funnel with a flexible hose from one of the local auto part stores and I'm able to place the hose directly into the reservoir. I was honestly shocked how the water from the reservoir was completely wicked up into the soil by the next day. I hope this is the way to make these 3 gallon SIP pots work without overwatering.🙏 Cya next week!

Day 65 - Pics/Vids..... Everything looks good......stress bent them into position and defoliated ..... lots of flowering now..... ..... hadn't actually measured them for awhile, and updated the height, 44 cm .... tested out the lights higher, 40cm away, and seemed to slow down growth... so moved em back, 20-25cm... watering is the same, bottom saucer feeding, 850-1000 ppm dutch master one flower 5-8ml/lt.... actually using about 12-15ml / 1.8l....... Day 70 (10 wks) - Pulled em both out of tent, flushed em and trimmed em abit, took some pics/vids in the sunshine. ...... the soil started smelling bad, - stale, moldy, damp, soil smell..... so i did a full flush out on both.... noticed afew gnats, been afew since the start, but haven't really been many.... i'm going to try out a UV bulb, and also a usb uv led bug trap ..... just ordered them.... posted a pic of both... see if they are any good..... 😎

This gorgeous beast is so damn heavy I've had to support every single branch with plant yoyo's. There are no joke about 15 of them on this one plant. Even the little branches need support because the flowers are so big and dense! Not to mention this girl smells so strong of gas, sour funk, and a little citrus!

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - ☀️7h40/20h20🌙 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃 This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. Many pollen sacs are developing, and I hope they will be ready within a week. Buying a new spray was the right decision because, with the new one, it took less than two weeks for the pollen sacs to appear. However, the leaves are looking worse now—some are almost 70% dead. I still hope she will make it so the seeds can fully develop. I planted the Lemon Cherry Cookies much earlier than the other two plants to avoid pollinating Slurricane and 1:Walt. However, due to the delay, both are already in flower, so they will end up with some seeds. Maybe one of the crosses will turn out to be something special! 😂

First week of flowering going well still got a few leaves here and there that look a bit sad but overall they look healthy and are growing like crazy. Upped the nutrients to 900ppm. Still watering every third day. Got some 13” risers and 18” saucers that work incredibly well with these cloth 5gals.
