2/17/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I removed some of the water to see where the roots were only one had roots in the water. However I want to go ahead and get them on Week one Nutes So I am over 50 gallons of water in the system so I mixed the Trio at a 1.0mil per Gallon but restricted it to a top of 50 gallons period. I top fed the other two to keep encouraging root growth. I also finished my drying and curing from my last run and wanted to show what it looks like all bagged up and in the cannatrol. Yay!! I now have #2 and #3 with roots in the water so no top feed for them. Harvested 2 of 8 plants today. 90% or more trichomes were white with a few amber here or there. All pistils brown on the 2. 2 more plants should be ready within 2 days. The others are still a week out.

Week 8: Tapering down watering less.

Nov/21 She grew like crazy. Big green fan leaves coming in. Branches are growing strong. Smell is starting to get intoxicating. i finally got over my habit of nervous watering and am feeding the girls way less and they're happy. Cant wait to flip this girl to flower. No problems this week at all. 11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. (some of this is the same as White Widow diary) 11/30 It wouldn't let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well Shes super healthy. Super green leaves are big stems are thick everything is a lovely dark green i can smell it more because theyre tented now. but it looks great. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil I couldnt add the castings amount in the thing above So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned any growth at wasnt going to produce. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

I had to transfer to the bigger pots the week. There was a lot of stretch in the cups and they were falling over. so will see how it goes this week. Coco with the Azomite and a little clone x myco powder at the root base, Just a baby feeding 1 mil/gal of the three part Emerald Harvest and Cal Mag in a 5 gallon bottle. PH at 6.1, then another 5 gallons of plain PH 6.2 water no food to get run off from the pots. The runoff was PH 5.8 so in happy with that. I got the time-lapse running so I will post it at the end of each week moving in to the next one. waiting on a green filter for the camera to help adjust the color so everything will not look blurpule. Removed the 2 Xs 1500's (300watts) & replaced them with 2 P1000 (200watts) lights, now running 680 watts. These lights fit in better & have air space all around to help cool them, these lights run a lot cooler than the xs 1500s & only get warm not hot. Started some clones.

Good start so far for the girls . Proper good roots for only a few days . Already 2nd set of leafs have come out . E.C is still 0.6 although I will bump that up later in the week .

11/16: I potted up the other MPP and moved it into the closet. She's the most impressive seedling I have, and makes the sick crew look pathetic. 11/18: I moved all the flowering finishers into the dark and potted up all the MPP roommates today. They have a little elbow room now...at least for a little while...I still have three more plants to squeeze in with them... 11/20: I fed them and sprayed them with BoomBoom Spray and Axiom today and let it soak in nice and slow under low light with no air circulation. I adjusted the far reds and timers and tonight is their first ever nighttime...I'm exploiting the Emerson effect again this run...hopefully they transition with a switch from 24/0 to 14/10 quicker than they did from 18/6 to 14/10... 11/21: Yowsa! Overnight growth explosion! Guess they needed a nap... 😏

Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different!
