Day 56 of70 flowering: I was going to harvest during this week as she has hit the 8 weeks i read is her cycle. I then read another that had her as a 9-10 week flowering strain !!!. Looking at her now , she looks like another week would be possible for her as she doesn't quite look ready. Her buds are fairly loose and airy butshe doesnt have the size or bulk of her mother at all. better looking to a pint but nowhere near the size on her mains. She smells nice and fruity up close and had a few trichs starting to sprinkle around the leaf sets now finally. I dont think inwould grow this strain again as it has been major dissapointment both times i tried now. Lets see what she yields ?. UPDATE DAY 57. following good advice from Silky smooth , i have nipped the top few pistils of the main buds to encourage some girth hopefully. Thanks Silky

I've been waiting for at least some trichomes to turn amber. I prefer to harvest when there are at least a few amber. I took the PL2 3 days before the PL1. Flushed them for a week only

Day 70 The plants are in their 10th week and stacking nicely. Buds are dense, frosty, and starting to show that heavy, mature look. Trichomes are cloudy on most parts, and the smell has intensified a lot. Unfortunately, today I noticed a problem: one of the colas showed signs of bud rot (Botrytis). This happened because my exhaust fan (carbon filter system) was off for about 4 hours, which caused humidity to spike inside the tent. I immediately removed the affected bud and cut a bit deeper into the healthy tissue to make sure no rot remains. From now on I’ll be extra careful with airflow and humidity: Keeping RH below 50% Checking the fan setup twice a day Adding extra circulation inside the tent The rest of the plant looks healthy and unaffected, but I’ll monitor closely every day. This is the stage where dense flowers are most vulnerable. Overall, despite this setback, the grow is going well. The harvest window is getting close, and if everything stays clean, it should still be a solid yield.

At the end of Week 3 from Seed, this is how the ladies are doing. Could be doing alot better but they have been transplanted and topped so I will give them a chance to recover fully. Happy Growing guys, any questions just ask 👍🏾🌱💚

Moving right along I’m hoping this is the week she explodes. I’m thinking that I’ll keep her as a Christmas tree type as of now but that’s always subject to change. She’s a full 2 inches wider and her stem is about 3 times what it was last week in the update. She’s on full nutrients now so it’s only a matter of time.

I am not happy with this strain, but I blame myself, I dried it to quick, allowed a lot of airflow in the dry closet when I should of kept the airflow as minimal as possible, slower you dry the bud, the better the result when it it comes to bud size, aesthetics, aroma, smoothness and when smoking it, the taste on your pallet will be fantastic. However I am hopeful when I bake this strain, I will be amazed 😇

The ladies have completely stopped the stretch and are starting to shoot out a tone of frost on the Gorilla Zkittlez.

Having trouble keeping humidity up as my grow is in the basement. Have home humidifier set to 35% but not enough even with a humidifier in the tent set to 60. Lights out isn’t an issue, it’s when lights on and the 6” exhaust is running that my temps are good but rh too low. UPDATE 12/21: The girls are back on track I fixed the whole home humidifier and added more humidifiers so my humidity is up to 50s. Plants are extremely healthy and the soil ecosystem is dreamy. Lots of worms at subsurface, cover crop is spreading and growing well and the plants are loving life.

The girls are really starting to take off now. They are growing on average 1-2 inches a day. we should start to see clear preflower this week.

Another good week, stretch is full on and probably another week or 2. They all got a topdress with compost and wormicompost, insectfrass, basalt, kelp, epsom, and seed meal to keep the worms happy. All in small doses... less is more :-)

Nov 29: They seem to be accelerating in veg growth but I see a small portion of the leaf on the smaller plant either grew in mutated or somthing cut it, I haven’t seen a single bug in the box so I don’t think it’s that but you never know, and the bigger plant has some issues near the base of its stem, I noticed it before I did the LST and now I’m wondering if I should have addressed that issue before starting the LST. Let me know what you guys think! Dec 2: Walked into the room and noticed a faint smell, wasn’t any smell last night when I started the LST on the slower girl. Further inspection showed some white pistols on the bigger girl, I believe she is the culprit for the smell as the other seems about a week behind. They are both now LST‘d and leaf tucked. Dec 6: I have tied down some of the longer chutes on the bigger plant (will see in week 5 update) to create more airflow and light penetration as I didn’t even realize how bushy the stem and node sections had gotten. I have also cut the chutes coming off the first true leaf. I don’t think I will make any cuts to the smaller one as it’s already a slower growing pheno. Going on a trip starting the end of week secede to late week 8, so I have a automatic feeder coming from Amazon, and I will continue using it through flower to reduce open tent time.

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: Hi there! Here we go let's say half way. Plants are pretty these Original Sensible Seeds genetics are fantastic! The 2 OG and the Runtz Gum is very strechy. Black Ghost is pretty shorter bushier plant. Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG approx the same height Do-Si-Dos OG is taller a bit. Wedding Gelato is really cool little, bushy anf nice buds forming not problem with her all she is quiet. Do-Si-Dos OG has some deficiency and leaf gets dry but nothing very serious..... Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

the gorilla might already be good, but I'll leave it another week and then cut everything, also because I have a new setup started in a 50x50x140 cm tent with a spider farmer sf1000 and a mimosa x orange punch by barney's f. :DDD.

This is a seriously hard plant to take photos of, it's so big and lanky. She's on about a 20 degree angle at this point too, she's very top heavy 🤣 Very impressed with this girl. I almost tossed her out as a seedling due to her mutation; I've included a seedling photo to show the reader how far this plant has come. She has produced very dense and sticky buds with extremely strong aromas. She smells like candy and gas, just like a zkittles female would smell late in flower. It's been an easy grow. I'm expecting about 4 oz of high quality flower after dry and cure stages. I intend to press at least half of my yield with my rosin press. This seems like the perfect strain to make concentrates with due to the high terpene/trichome levels. I just added a photo of the Forbidden Runtz i grew in round 1 directly above round 2 flower for a comparison between the two. Round 1 is the two top buds that have more brown/red tone in colour. Round 2 are the lower two buds...a bigger, danker, and better version of the Forbidden Runtz I grew the first time. Please leave a comment to tell me what you think of the photo comparison. They are getting fatter each day, as you can probably notice one of them is showing real signs of stress with brown spots and dead yellow leafs. I am adding Calmag this week and making sure Ph is set, will most likely only water them and add calmag. I think next week will be the flush and then harvest. Still trying to battle humidity, hopefully I get a dehumidifier this weekend and manage to reduce it a bit. Hopefully no mold -_-
