DogDoctorOfficial ⭐ GMO Cookies: A Tale From the 12/12 Frontier
Welcome to the beginning of our GMO Cookies journey — a Zamnesia creation stepping into the 12/12 seed run with mystery, character, and creativity.
⸻
🌼 Germination Summary
Seed Source — Zamnesia Seeds
Seed Count for This Report
3 seedlings selected for documentation
(More were germinated; only the standout ones were chosen for this diary.)
⸻
Starting Method (Observational Log)
All seeds began in the CannaKan germination system for visual monitoring.
Around the 36-hour mark, early root activity became visible — matching the general timing of the other autos in this project.
Seedlings were then placed into:
• PRO-MIX soil
• Some beneath small humidity domes
• All inside the shared environmental conditions of the main 8×8 tent
⸻
Emergence
Within 2–3 days, the GMO Cookies seedlings surfaced with steady, healthy vigor.
Their emergence synced smoothly with the rest of the autoflower lineup, joining the unified starting rhythm of the 12/12 Frontier experiment.
⸻
🌡️ Environmental Context (Shared Tent Conditions)
These are observational notes consistent across all genetics in the run:
• Relative Humidity: approx. 60–65%
• Day Temperature: ~26–28°C
• Night Temperature: ~20–21°C
• Humidifier: active continuously
• Light misting: to support ambient moisture
• Heater: helping stabilize nighttime warmth
• Lighting:
• Future of Grow — Air Grow Pro III HyperRED
• Lumiflora UE150 under-canopy LEDs (to be introduced later)
• Controllers: TrollMaster (previous collaboration)
• Medium: PRO-MIX soil for GMO Cookies
• Tent Prep: completely sanitized before the project began
All GMO Cookies seedlings share the same controlled conditions as part of this documented observational experiment.
⸻
🌈 Educational Notes for This Genetic

I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back.
It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal.
You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art.

DogDoctorOfficial GMO Cookies — Week 1 Report
Folder #5 | 12/12 From Seed
Medium & Setup
GMO Cookies is growing in PRO-MIX soil, planted directly in bags, under the same exact conditions as the rest of the run.
No exceptions, no special treatment — same environment, same light cycle, same airflow, same philosophy.
• Light cycle: 12/12 from seed
• Medium: PRO-MIX
• Feeding: Plagron recipe (early-stage, light and balanced)
• Watering: Gentle, consistent moisture — no saturation, no stress
⸻
Seedling Development & Observations
Week one shows a strong and expressive start.
Macro photography reveals a beautiful detail:
• The seed shell is still partially attached to one of the cotyledons (the first embryonic leaves — not true leaves yet).
• This is a completely natural stage and a great visual indicator of a healthy, recently emerged seedling.
The plant is now transitioning toward the second pair of true leaves:
• One leaf is longer and more stretched
• The other is rounder and slightly more compact
• Both show similar structure and texture, expressing early genetic personality
Growth is steady, upright, and confident, with no signs of stress. Stem posture and leaf color indicate a plant that is well-adjusted to its environment.
⸻
Overall Health
• Color: vibrant and clean
• Structure: balanced and stable
• Response to medium: excellent
• Response to light cycle: positive
Everything points to a very smooth early establishment phase.
⸻
What to Expect
• Continued leaf expansion over the coming days
• Full release of the cotyledons as energy shifts to true vegetative growth
• Increasing symmetry as the second node develops
• GMO Cookies beginning to express its characteristic vigor
What Not to Expect (Yet)
• No explosive vertical growth at this stage
• No feeding intensity increase
• No need for intervention — patience is key
⸻
Final Notes
GMO Cookies is settling in beautifully.
Strong emergence, clean structure, and healthy early development all suggest a solid foundation moving forward.
Week one is about observation — and this plant is already giving us plenty to enjoy.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 2 (12/12 from Seed)
Folder #5 | Grow Bags | PRO-MIX
Week two is now complete, and this girl is developing beautifully and very consistently.
All plants in this run are growing extremely similar, which is always a great sign at this stage. Structure, color, and pace are aligned across the board. By the end of the week, they are pushing into their third to fourth pair of true leaves, with healthy spacing and no signs of stress.
Leaf color is vibrant, growth is balanced, and everything points toward a solid foundation being built below the surface.
⸻
🌱 Medium & Roots — PRO-MIX + Mycorrhizae
These plants are growing in PRO-MIX inside grow bags, and this medium deserves a short explanation.
PRO-MIX comes pre-inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi, which play a major role early on:
• They form a symbiotic relationship with the roots
• Increase nutrient and water uptake
• Improve root surface area
• Help plants handle stress and environmental swings better
At this stage, while top growth looks calm and controlled, a lot of the real work is happening underground. Strong roots now mean easier transitions later, especially when stretch and flower demand kick in.
⸻
💡 Light Cycle & Environment
All plants are running 12/12 from seed, no exceptions.
Current environment (Week 2):
• Temperature: stable and warm, optimized for early development
• Humidity: kept slightly higher to support root and leaf expansion
• PPFD: elevated for this stage on purpose
The higher PPFD is intentional. These plants are healthy, rooted, and responding well, so we allow them to work a little harder. This encourages:
• Stronger stems
• Faster metabolic rhythm
• Better preparation for the upcoming transition phase
No stress signals, no clawing, no fading — so we stay the course.
⸻
✂️ Training
No training at this stage.
No topping, no bending, no interference.
Right now, the goal is symmetry, rhythm, and consistency. We let the plant show us her natural structure before making any decisions later on.
⸻
Genetics Talk — GMO Cookies
This is the one that has me genuinely curious.
GMO Cookies is known for that deep garlic / savory punch, layered over the classic cookies backbone. It’s not a “loud early” plant — this is usually a cultivar that reveals itself later, once structure and resin production begin to speak.
Right now, we’re not expecting aromas or explosive growth — and that’s exactly how it should be.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect Next Week
Expect:
• Faster node stacking
• Thicker stems
• Increased leaf size
• Continued uniformity across plants
Do NOT expect yet:
• Strong smells
• Stretch explosion
• Flower expression
Next week is still about building the engine, not revving it.
⸻
🌿 Final Thoughts
This GMO Cookies run is doing exactly what it should be doing — nothing more, nothing less.
Healthy, controlled, consistent growth is always the goal, and this folder is on point.
Very excited to see how this one expresses herself as we move forward.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 3 VEG Report
(12/12 from seed | Autoflower behaving in sync with photoperiods)
General Overview
Week 3 of vegetative growth comes to a close with GMO Cookies performing exceptionally well. Just like the other autoflowers in the room, she continues to behave in a way that closely mirrors the photoperiod plants — steady, structured, and rhythmically aligned with the rest of the genetics in the tent.
Despite the diversity of cultivars running side by side, all plants are maintaining very similar height, pace, and development, each expressing itself slightly differently but moving forward together. This consistency speaks volumes about both the genetics and the stability of the environment.
Growth & Structure
• Vegetative stage: Ongoing
• Flowering signs: None observed
• Node count: 6 nodes
• Growth habit: Compact, controlled, well-balanced
• Leaf expression:
• Lush, deep green
• Broad, healthy leaflets
• Excellent turgor and texture
Growth this week can only be described as spectacular. Internodal spacing remains tight, structure is clean, and the plant shows no signs of stress, deficiency, or imbalance.
Autoflower vs Photoperiod Behavior
Even though GMO Cookies is an autoflower and has been run 12/12 from seed, she continues to challenge expectations. At this point, it’s still difficult to clearly distinguish behavioral differences between autos and photoperiods in this room.
Everything is moving:
• At the same rhythm
• At the same pace
• Under the same conditions
This reinforces an important observation: environmental consistency often outweighs genetic labels, especially early on.
⸻
📸 Photo Session & Documentation
This week, GMO Cookies was briefly removed for a dedicated photo session using an improvised studio setup.
Photography setup highlights:
• Sony A6700 camera
• iPad used as a remote control and live viewer
• Controlled backlighting for leaf detail and depth
• Full camera control (aperture, ISO, settings) without touching the camera
This approach eliminates camera shake and allows for precise adjustments on the fly — crucial for capturing clean, sharp images, especially when documenting fine leaf texture and color. Since these images are being shared publicly, it felt important to be transparent about the process behind them.
⸻
Environment — Room Conditions (Week 3)
• Photoperiod: 12/12 from seed
• Day temperature: ~26 °C
• Night temperature: ~18 °C
• Relative Humidity: 60–65%
• Airflow: Gentle, constant, non-stressful
• Solution temperature: ~21 °C
• Substrate temperature: ~21 °C
Everything remains stable and dialed in, allowing the plants to focus fully on root and vegetative development.
⸻
💡 Lighting
• PPFD: ~600–700 (adjusted to plant size)
• Plants continue to grow into the light naturally, with no stretch or light stress observed.
• Incremental increases are proving effective and well-tolerated.
⸻
💧 Watering & Nutrition
• pH: 6.0
• EC: 1.0
Nutrient program:
• Plagron Terra Grow
• Power Roots
• Pure Zym
• Sugar Royal
Foliar:
• Vita Race
• Applied selectively and intentionally, not on a rigid schedule
This combination continues to support strong root activity, clean metabolism, and vibrant vegetative growth.
⸻
🔍 What to Expect / What Not to Expect (Week 4)
What to expect:
• Continued vegetative expansion
• Further node stacking
• Increasing leaf mass and photosynthetic capacity
What not to expect (yet):
• No flowering initiation
• No sudden stretch
• No need to push inputs or change rhythm
Patience remains key. The plant is clearly still building its foundation.
⸻
Final Thoughts
Week 3 confirms that GMO Cookies is happy, stable, and well-adapted to this setup. There is no rush, no force, and no correction needed — just observation and consistency.
Same rhythm.
Same environment.
Same respect for the process.

As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together.
With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine.
💚 Growers love to all 💚
📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens
All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more.
Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 5 (12/12 From Seed)
Late Veg / Pre-Flower Transition
General Vibe
The girls are feeling amazing this week — calmly exploding, super elegant, and bushing up beautifully. Structure is compact yet full, with a very balanced expression across the canopy. No rush, no stress — just plants doing plant things.
Training & Structure
We’re continuing with very gentle LST — mostly bending and positioning leaves rather than aggressive branch work. The goal is simple:
• Open light pathways
• Encourage lateral growth
• Let the plants decide their final shape
They’re responding incredibly well: tight internodes, bushy profiles, and strong posture. You can clearly see the progression in the photos from the beginning to the end of the week.
Growth Stage Observation
By the end of this week, we’re starting to see early pre-flower signs. Nothing dramatic yet, but the transition is clearly beginning.
➡️ Next week’s update should start showing more defined flower development.
⸻
💧 Nutrition & Water Strategy
This week we introduced CalMag Pro — not because the plants are asking for it, but as a proactive step heading into flower.
Why now?
• We’re using collected rainwater + dehumidifier water, which is extremely soft
• Before stacking base nutrients and supplements, we need to build a proper mineral foundation
• This ensures stability and availability later, especially during stretch and early flower demand
This is preparation, not correction.
Autopot Zone
We’re running two feeding zones in the tent (6 plants total), which is why you’ll see different measurements in the diary photos:
• Autopot zone: mineral-based recipe only
• EC: 2.29
• pH: 6.0
• (Organics don’t play well with Autopots — keeping it clean and stable)
• Solution temperature: ~22–23°C across both zones
• Slightly warmer on purpose to support root activity during colder weather
⸻
🌡️ Environment
• Humidity: ~58%
• Temperature: ~21°C
Outside conditions have been tough this week (4–5°C with 90–98% humidity), so honestly, we’re happy with how stable the room is holding. More importantly, the plants are reacting calmly and positively, which always matters more than chasing textbook numbers.
CO₂ remains unchanged at ~666 ppm — steady and sufficient for this stage. We’ll reassess during flower.
⸻
💡 Lighting & PPFD
• Top light: 100%
• PPFD: ~700–850 (depending on plant size)
The girls are praying to the light — no pushing, no forcing. We let them grow how they want to grow.
Under-Canopy Lighting (LumiFlora)
By the end of this week, we’re turning on the under-canopy lighting for the first time.
Why now?
• Plants have grown past the fixtures
• It’s time for them to start recognizing photons from all directions
• This prepares lower growth for the coming stretch and flower set
We’re starting very gently at ~30% power, then increasing slowly based on plant response. No shock, no rush — just layered light introduced with intention.
Huge thanks to LumiFlora for supporting this phase with under-canopy lighting.
⸻
🔁 Quick Recap (For Newcomers)
• 12/12 from seed
• Gentle, observation-first approach
• No aggressive training or forcing
• Focus on structure, balance, and plant response
• Slow, intentional buildup heading into flower
You can jump in right here and be fully up to speed.
⸻
What to Expect Next Week
Expect:
• Clearer pre-flowers
• Stretch beginning to express
• Training adjustments as structure reveals itself
Don’t expect:
• Heavy defoliation
• Sudden pushes or drastic changes
• Forcing the plants into anything they’re not ready for
We observe, adapt, and respond — always.
⸻
🙏 Thanks
Massive thanks to everyone following along, sharing energy, and supporting the diary — and welcome to everyone new joining the journey.
As always:
Growers helping growers.
Trust the plant.
Trust the process.
Much love 🌱

Week 5 Veg/pre-flower | 8×8 Tent | Master Conditions
🌍 External Environment (Context) • Outside temperature: ~5 °C
• Outside RH: 92–96% (very high humidity)
• Strong seasonal pressure influencing internal stability
⸻
🌡️ Internal Tent Conditions
• Tent temperature: ~21.8 °C
(noted drop due to cold external temps)
• Tent RH: ~58%
→ Very good considering outside conditions
⸻
💨 Airflow & Circulation
• Primary airflow: Bottom → top → wall return
• Pattern: Full-room vortex circulation
• Additional fans: Central airflow to break blind spots and mix layers
• Goal: No stagnant pockets, uniform VPD across canopy
⸻
💧 Water Source & Rationale
• Water: Dehumidifier water + rainwater
• Base EC: force
• Systems designed to support plant intelligence, not override it

DogDoctorOfficial Grow Update — GMO Cookies
Week 6 from seed | 12/12 from seed
Marked as: Week 1 Flower
Quick recap for anyone just joining
This is a 12/12 from seed run, meaning plants have been grown under a flowering light schedule from day one. Because of that, development doesn’t follow the classic “veg → flip → flower” timeline. Instead, plants express themselves at their own pace, and structure, stretch, and flowering signals appear more organically.
Now, in week 6 from seed, there’s no doubt anymore: this GMO Cookies is in flower.
⸻
Current environment (stable & shared across the room)
• Temperature: ~27.5 °C
• Humidity: ~65%
• CO₂: ~900 ppm
• PPFD: ~600–850
• Smaller plants: ~600–700
• Taller plants: up to ~800–850
Light intensity is intentionally staggered. Plants are allowed to grow into the photons naturally, rather than forcing a flat PPFD across different genetics and sizes. This helps maintain balance and reduces stress during stretch.
⸻
Root zone & watering
• pH: 6.5
• EC: 2.4
• Root / reservoir temperature: ~17 °C
Slightly on the cold side, acknowledged. Still within a manageable range, and plants are responding well.
⸻
Nutrition — why the switch happened
• Switched from Plagron Terra Grow → Terra Bloom
• Following the Plagron feeding schedule
• This was the only intentional change
As plants clearly entered flower, nitrogen-forward feeding (Terra Grow) was no longer appropriate. The switch to Terra Bloom reflects what the plant is now asking for:
👉 support for stretch, branching, and early flower development.
The feeding schedule is being adapted slightly to match uptake speed and plant response, rather than followed blindly. Observation first, bottles second.
⸻
Training & plant behavior
Low stress training is ongoing:
• Leaf bending
• Gentle positioning
• No aggressive topping or hard stress
The response has been excellent.
This GMO Cookies is:
• Stretching evenly
• Branching beautifully
• Forming compact, bushy structures
What you see now are little green bushes, with multiple tops forming naturally. Those “little balls” and dense branching patterns are exactly what we want at this stage — it means the plant is distributing energy well and preparing multiple flowering sites.
Color is strong, healthy green, with no signs of active stress.
⸻
What this means
• Training is working
• Environment is dialed
• Nutrition is aligned with the plant’s phase
• The plant is confident enough to push structure and flower at the same time
This is the kind of growth that doesn’t happen by force — it happens when conditions allow it.
⸻
What to expect next week
• Continued stretch
• Clearer flower formation at branch tips
• More defined structure as internodes space out
What not to expect
• Instant bud stacking
• A frozen structure (she’s still moving)
• Identical behavior to other genetics in the room
Each plant runs its own race.
⸻
Final thoughts & thanks
This 8x8 has been a real roller coaster — emotionally, visually, and educationally — and this GMO Cookies is no exception. Watching her respond, adapt, and thrive has been a pleasure.
Huge thanks to:
• The OGs
• The newcomers
• The lovers and the haters
• The sponsors
• The platform
• And the community that makes these diaries worth writing
It’s truly an honor to share these grows openly.
Week 6 from seed.

@UnorthadoxDude, Thank you so much my friend, so sorry for the late reply, GD is playing funny on shewing me things 😅 Growers Love my friend and thank you for everything 🙏🙏🙏
@Ninjabuds
, hey buddy i got your back, lets talk and i can get you some flood tables provably 😍 let me know the size you need and i link you up to a friend shop with them growers love and thank you for everything 🙏🙌👊
She's looking absolutely elegant! The training is paying off beautifully. I'm really curious about how you managed such a clean transition, any specific tips for the first week of flower? I'd appreciate if you could take a look at my diaries and give me some advice on my setup!
@wolfvb
, Hey Buddy thank you so much for the kind words, I really apprecilove them 🙏
I’m genuinely happy it shows, because the goal here has been simplicity and respect for the plant more than anything else.
Honestly, there’s no secret trick. I mostly follow the plan, pay close attention, and during this transition especially I try to do less rather than more. The first week of flower, I really like to let them settle into the change on their own, minimal intervention, no sudden moves, just keeping the environment steady and clean.
In my experience, when the structure is already there from veg, the plant kind of knows what to do. If we don’t interrupt too much, the transition stays smooth and stress-free, and everything flows naturally from there.
And yes, of course, it would be a pleasure to take a look at your diaries. Thank you for the trust, truly. It’s always an honor to exchange perspectives and learn from each other. I’ll come by and have a look for sure 🙂
Thanks again for the kind energy, growers love and keep enjoying your journey 🌿
