At the end of flowerweek 1

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing fast, stretching long and I'm constantly tying down branches to maintain an even canopy. There's also a stronger scent of lemon already in the tent. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 3L per day. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. Lost a branch end with 3 nodes accidentally whilst tucking away so now I'm super careful. The Sativa dominant strain is stretching nicely and bends easily. Minor defoliation of lower branches and fan leaves continues daily. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ................................. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - Thermo/Hygro meter

Hey everyone :-). On the 63rd day of flowering after the time change to 12/12 the harvest was carried out after 48 hours of darkness 😍. I love this black pheno 👍. After the harvest, everything was laid out on nets where it is allowed to dry at 62% for the next 8-14 days before fermenting with 62% boveda packs in glasses 😍. For my second girl, this was overall the pretty good grow. Can’t wait to start my third growth and see what I can do to make sure that how comes even better. overall, it was amazing grow and I can’t wait to use the same product in my next grow

well well well we have 157 grams, I know they don't look it but are like little rocks, Zero popcorn ...Well happy about that 😄I certainly wasn't expecting her to cross 100g mark but she surprised me. what a plant to grow man ! 😍 its been amazing start to finish with this one. No hard work, no fuss. couldn't quiet give her more darkness at the end as planned due to the other white widow (pheno#2), it had 3 weeks to go yet, didn't want to disturb her. the clone I took off the harvested WW, is 3 feet tall now. Healthy Mum with a green gelato, Next run is SOG Green gelato + White widow !! can't wait 😶 Smoke is clean. Citrus and piney with hints of sweet gassy under tones. Day 35 - few pics and vids..... everything going along nicely 👍 This is a pretty big update, so i'll add to it over the next few days, as i finish building it all.... i'm building these 2 x SS haze, the full tent, just finishing up the setup..... trimming them, changing solutions to 12/12 and flower..... changed the exhaust fan and filter setup to the better outside the tent method.... and installed 12v CPU computer fan, lol ("alta9" fits in 4in ducting perfectly), drops wattage on extractor fan.... 10w tops... got a few kg of active carbon and making/replacing the carbon filter .... i'll add afew vids of the new setup in afew days... Day 36 - few pics/vid of new tent setup...... "alta 9" fan :) post tomorrow after i finish trimmin and settin up night mode etc...... and into tomorrow we go, lol ... Day 37.... slowly getting there..... little bit more to go... this should make things abit more interesting..... right tank (short babie) has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 150 ml -dutch master one gold FLOWER.... 6.4 PH - 1400 PPM left tank has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 50 ml of elements a and 50ml of b and 10 ml of nitro and 20ml of Crystalic (molasses/pot) .... 6.5 PH - 1200 PPM more pics / vids of the finished tent setup.... roots, transfer, etc... Day 37 is alot of vids of the clean and change to flower..... edit - day after build noticed left tank (nutrifield) not enough bubbles..... pulled out the 4 air pump and swapped to the 2 x original oxipumps... much better, also to fix the problem with ph goin high, and bubbles not stirin the mix, was to add another 10ml of crystallic and another 5ml of nitro... then pumped both tanks with ph down and set em to 5.8-6.2 - both plants have fully recovered from the big trim, and bounced back within 12-24hrs, post pics/vid in abit..... Day 39 - made a freaky video... was curious about what the plants would see looking up at the lights... the lights and buzzing of air compressors and bubbling tank water, and dazzling lights turned out pretty cool in vid editor, was in selfie mode.... and final vid of the bounceback from trim :) 👍😎

Been a smooth week. The Gelat.OG is looking happy. She is in the back corner. Gave them a flush and fresh nutrients. Been plucking a few leaves here and there to keep light to all of the branches. Just going to keep spreading her out as she grows. Will switch them to flower in a week.

Not much to show on week 1 here's my grape ape looking over her little sister as she germinates in the soil I find this method easier as I don't need ti worry about touching and damaging the roots

They made excellent progress this week, they grew a lot and slowly started to spread. This strain absolutely does not mind the heat, so it seems to me that it even likes it. This strain is simply a champion. I don't know why this strain hasn't won a cup, honestly, maybe Barney didn't exhibit it in the cups, but all the recommendations to Barney to force this strain in the cups because it has the potential to win some because this strain is better than most of the champions I smoked, and it's a real treat to grow, and certainly one of the easier strains to grow that I've grown, so I would like this strain to win a cup one day. :D It started raining today and it will be like that for the next few days, storms are also expected and cooling is expected, and in the next 10 days the weather will be much more normal and if this strain doesn't care, but literally. Today I added another layer of netting to this row and pulled the tops through because of these coming storms, and I will add another layer these days to grow through it(it will be in the next update). Temperatures in the shade 45, sometimes more, in the sun 60+, the forecast says 38 C lol Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

Letting mother nature do her thing, lol. Im learning a lot . Got my pots tied down to the deck and supported with other dirt pots and water jugs, lol. I wonder how big they would be if I planted them in the ground! Going to half to hire help come harvest time lol

Buena semana para estas nenas,creciendo de manera impresionante y con unas buenos brazos, teniendo algunos problemas con las hojas, resuelta que el humificador el agua no era purificada lo que implicó que las hojas de las niñas se estaba llenando de mucho calcio que no la dejaba respirar bien, trate de quitarle las manchas y quedo peor, pero de todo se aprende, cambie el 💧 a agua purificada y listo aunque algunas quedaron manchadas 🔮del resto quedando hermosas muy sanas y con tallos muy fuertes 🌾seguiré informando como van estas nenas 🍃

Man! I am definitely hooked on my new hobby. Harvested 96 grams of smokable bud and 93 grams of bud/leaves that I will be using to make dry ice hash. Took a third of that second weight (31 grams) to account for pure bud (which is more on the low end) and added to my 96 grams of good flower to get the 127 grams total. Made plenty of mistakes that I’m sure dropped my yield, the biggest being the lighting situation. Plants grew right into my light and even got bleached. The height of the plants made the outer colas grow past the high light areas, which made the buds very airy. But overall it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot of things, some that I have already incorporated on my second grow. And even with my drop in yield, I still ended up with more than enough flower to last me to my next harvest, so this was a great grow for me. Thanks to everyone who followed, liked, and commented. Your words were helpful and meaningful.

Amazing experience with the Mix Pack, I will try it again next summer for sure. Love the variety.

easy enough week. added dehumidifiers in both tents as i really have them packed and its best we take care of that now than run into diffs later. nutrients all good, much the same. harvested bday cake auto 45g wet weight. maybe was hard on her at the start but whatever.. looks good, hopefully tastes as good. 3rd week in and these girls are massive.. like really impressive. no hype.
