Nice week of growth. The girls are about 13 inches on average, D and L are taller. Betty definitely seems like a sativa pheno compared to her sisters. I found some brown algae in my tubs, I did some research and discovered I needed to cover my net pots to eliminate light pollution getting into the tubs. There were only a couple of small spots, I was able to remove it by hand. I slapped some foil on the tubs and made sure each lid was completely sealed. PH has been holding pretty steady and I haven't seen much drift at all. Towards the end of the week it struck me that the stretch is coming. I did some rough calculations on my current height and max height ill be able to have and I feel I should flip to flower by the end of the week when I swap new water in. Another week of veg and a stretch may be too tall with my lights. So I changed the water late on day 42, pulled some fan leaves and adjusted my light timer so when they went out in the morning they'll be off for 12 hours. I've left the MH bulb in for the flip to help control the stretch this first week. I read you can leave it for the first 2 to 3 weeks but depending how this upcoming week of stretch goes I may pop in the HPS during early week 2 of flower to get a little extra height if I think I need it. Was not ready to take clones, I may try to pull some on day 47 coming up, just a busy time of year.

Day 3 of flower & these ladies are stretching great! We are having a bit of a calmag Deficiency right now but currently in the process of trying to fix it so hopefully they bounce back! The Gelato OG from seedsman is a monster to only be 42 days old not sure if I just got a good pheno or what happened but compared to the other gelato beside it from the same bag it looks like a completely different plant! Can’t wait to see how the buds turn out! Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. Now That at least 50% of pistils turned orange and that the smell and taste seem present i will start the flush and start gathering next week and try to get it done for Christmas... Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

I am not home at the moment so I have someone taking care of my girls. The quality of the video is a bit grainy because of WhatsApp, sorry about that. She is still getting the same amount of nutes, but i will up the flowering nutes because of the yellowing of the lower leaves.

Last week showed the most progress. Lowered my light to about 22-24” and it just took off from there. The one that was not doing so well has started to show a lot more life this week.
