Harvest day 67 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 16-18 degrees and 55-59% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. . All the ladies bounced back from the little stress at the transition. They are all charging. On 9.11 I’ve increased the light from 600 to 660w. We will see tomorrow how they handle it.

Hi Guys, Week 9 of flowering. I've harvested usually in week 8 but I am holding back this time and really let her do her thing until I see more Amber Tris. Right now it's mostly milky and maybe 5% amber only so a few more days to go. ***Mid-week update*** Day 3 of Week 9 of flower - I think they are ready to be cut down very soon. So I went in today and did a quick defoliage. Am waiting for the new moon to come in a day 6 of wk 9 so 3 more days then they are coming down. Am going to flush on the 5th day wk9. This grew really nice and took a lot of beatings by me, she has great smell and I will be growing this over and over again. Just great I made a small handful of seeds but now I understand making seeds is not easy, I did it, it was a great learning experience that is just another part of what this great plant can do. this whole grow started great then took some dives and I was going to give up, I am real glad I did nt. I would have had a larger yield if I did not cut the stem to far when I topped, I was doing this plant as a research project as I know super skunk can take a beating and keep going. The strain is a real winner and bounces back as I put this one through a lot. great strain..

This week i added a boost of HomeMade CO2, i never measured the results of this invention so i can't give CO2 measurements. This method is widely used in home aquariums and there is where it comes from. For those interested i'm going to write here more detailed instructions. The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5. Say 57, start of week 3 flower. Everything ticking along nicely so far. Tank got a full change out today. Have dropped the A&B strength slightly to EC1.4 as the last couple of days, the EC has went up 0.1 per day (hitting 2.0 today) so thinking they're happy with water at the moment for this last week of transition before full force flower (And the PK warrior starts getting added in!). pH came out at 5.5 from the mix so left it at that as this is a 1 week tank (due to PK warrior going in next week). History shows my tank rising around 0.1 per day so will do my usual daily checks just to see if any adjustments are needed but hoping this should do it for the week.
