Hello fellow growers, I am pleased to start this new journey with you. I am also particularly excited since I am going to grow a Mephisto Genetics strain for the very first time, the famous Double Grape. I know you shouldn't believe the hype, as Public Enemy used to say, but it's hard to ignore the dithyrambic reviews when it comes to Mephisto. I sowed the seed directly in the substrate and it was popping out 3 days later. Right now the seedling is under my Mars Hydro TS1000, brightness set at 25%, lights are 80cm away. During my last grows I set it up to the max at all stages of growth, this time I decided to proceed differently and increase gradually. The two main events this week: Defoliation and training. The ladies seem to take it well. As you could see last week I got a deficiency in one of them. It turned out to be a Phosphorus def. Apparently the nuts I use have a rather low amount of Phosphorus... I had the same problem in my last grow(dark leaves, slow bud development)... unfortunately that time I didn't get what was happening. So I started giving them "Bud Explosion" now, 2ml/l, which basically contains a mix of Phosphorus and Potassium, and the improvement was almost instantly noticeable! I'm thinking they get 4-5 more days to recover in veg. then I flip them.

Poppin Bottlez ranging from 145-165cm. Grim Spodie are very close to 180cm both. Most of them are clearly flowering allready. Poppin Bottlez looking really dense, Grim Spodie are more stretched out. I gave them a little nutrientboost, cause some of them were starting to get a little bit yellow/light green.

03-08-20 No se cambia la solución con nutrientes aún. Empezamos la tercera semana y aún tenemos solución con 1.89 ms y un PH 5 que corregimos a 5.8. 04-08-20 se rectifica el PH de 4.5 a 5.5. Se calibra la sonda de ph. La conductividad es de 1.95 ms. Cuando suba de 2.1 ms cambiaré la solución. Se baja la luz a 70 cm 05-08-20 el PH vuelve a bajar a 4.8 y la conductividad llega a 2.1 ms. Se procede hacer un lavado de raíces bajando la conductividad a 0.2 ms PH 6.5 y una nueva solución con nutrientes que pondré en los datos principales.

Made compost tea last week and documented it. Since I am still new to the whole bio experience, any input and or experiences are appreciated on the matter. The weather was 3 days of rain, 2 cloudy days and 2 days of sun. The plants are comming along nicely. I gave some guano to the autos and some horse manure to the Passion #1 and watered it in with horsetail extract. No. 7 seems to really like her spot and conditions and has the potential to become pretty big. Still many "ifs" to overcome until then though. I put up a net to better guide the plant and to help carry itself later in flowering. I did some light defoliation on the autos, on the insides of the plants. Happy growing everyone!

Buds are bulking up and getting denser, looking nice and frosty. Had to tie a few branches as they were getting top heavy. No problem though they are going strong💪. Zkittles OG is standing out and has a nice structure I would definately recommend. Few more weeks then ripen and flush.
