Week 7 Flower - Notice that the tops of some of the Tops are pretty hard. Think they got a bit cooked by the LED... Hifi 4G & Blueberry Pics are missing from this week...I thought I had taken some footage, but seems that I got distracted. Work has been nuts so not surprising that I gapped on that. Hifi 4G is needed more support. Looks like a blue ribbon chaos around it. Blueberry looks fantastic.

She is getting real frosty and has a real strong Blueberry smell now. The buds and sugar leafs are super sticky and starting to turn purple.

The frosty forest has been cut down, the last girl has been cut down and tent clean up a bit for the new lady’s

12/1: She's scheduled for execution on Tuesday (maybe Wednesday) Hooray!😋 The bottom part of the closet seems empty with only 9 plants in there.. 😟 I cut the harvested plants up and put them into drying baskets in the top of my closet with a small oscillating fan on. I've got the temperature fluctuating between 68f and 75f and the RH is staying between 48% and 52%. To do that, I had to take down the small light in the top of the closet to fit the drying baskets up there. So, I moved the 3 shorter plants still up there, including the Stardawg, down to the bottom and put them on top of buckets. Now the bottom of the closet looks full again!😃 I'm anxious to finish up this grow so I can get busy growing the Fastbuds Fast Flowering Photo Testers!!! When I harvest the next 5, I'll flush the remaining plants really well and that will be all the flushing they'll get..I'll let them dry back out for a few days and harvest them. I've got to make some minor improvements to the garden (adding UV, blue and red/far red booster panels and intake fans) That should put me on track to start germinating them by mid-December if all goes well.

Plants left to right…. Forbidden Runtz, Apple Strudel, Apple Strudel Day/night temp 81/73 Day/night humidity 59/51 PPFD 650 12 inch light distance. Temperatures in my area getting into the high 90’s and temps in tent have been rising. Been able to keep the temperature in tent at or below 85 degrees. Starting to see amber on the far right Apple Strudel on the leaves, not on the buds yet. I have a vacation planned in 30 days, so I will cut all plants in about 2.5 weeks. It’s unfortunate but I don’t have a way to water. So we’ll see how it shakes out. Very different outcome between the two Apple Strudel’s. One is very green and healthy, the other is very colorful and looks like it’s maturing faster and has either a lockout issue or nutrient deficiency. All plants are fed and watered the same way, so I don’t know…….

🌱 Grow Diary Update 🌸 What’s up! It’s Week 7, Day 1 of flower, and the girls are keeping me on my toes. 🌿 After getting the PPMs back in range last time, they’ve crept up again, so it’s flush time once more. 💧 I think letting the coco dry out too much between waterings might’ve been the culprit. Lesson learned—keeping a closer eye on that from now on! Besides that little hiccup, everything’s looking good. These buds are getting juicier and stinkier by the day, and there’s no serious nutrient burn, so we’re still in the clear. 🙌 Wish me luck as I ride out these last couple of weeks—hoping to finish strong! 🍀 Catch you in the next update! 💚

This little lady is super cute she sadly was to close to the light and got a tad of light burn but she looks good and I am hoping for as small as she is she will do good moving into flowering stage! I will add flowering nutrients in her next feeding!

Day 60 from flip for these girls and they're SO sticky and gooey it's kindof ridiculous. The camera just isn't doing it justice, and they're in bed now so no flash photos. The sweetness has really started to develop, and less vomit smell is most welcome - gassy strawberry apparently takes a while to get right, even with a fast strain.

Day 14 - Everything seems to be going great, not much to say right now! Will be feeding tomorrow! Happy growing friends!✌️🏼🌱 Day 15 - Feeding day, started a nutrient comparison test between fox farm & technaflora which is why I have both of them listed but I am not mixing them! I have 2 plants on the fox farm & 1 on technaflora! We shall see which comes out better! Day 16 - Ladies are looking great!✌️🏼 Day 17 - Got watered with PH at 6.4 today, all 3 ladies are coming along nicely😍 Day 18 - 🌱✌️🏼 Day 19 - Ladies got watered again today with PH at 6.4, will probably be starting some LST in the next week sometime! 📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! Maybe next grow! 🍶 Nutrient solution changed to RO water 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🔆 Light power at 25%, DLI 20 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this grow. 9/5 PREVENTATIVE SPRAY OF 1TBSP POTASSIUM BICARBONATE AND 1/4 TBSP DAWN TO TREAT WPM. Foggy this morning and rained again last night. Weather hasn't been the greatest. Not seeing much PM unless it advanced so much that it just killed all the leaves. I still have yellowing leaves that die. It's probably septoria and I probably should've used a copper fungicide but I'm in flower. Ice cream cake and a couple seedlings are far behind but everything else seems like it will finish. This weather has been getting me down. I may feed later today or I might wait until tomorrow. I also need to add a few more supports. Wet buds are heavy. I'm getting there. Slowly but surely. 9/6 FED TWO GALLONS TO GARDEN PLANNED TO USE BEASTIE BLOOM BUT COULD ONLY FIND CHA CHING. Rained heavy all night. I came back to hanging branches but no damage. I added some supports quickly and tied up a hanging branch. Ran a couple strings across the frame but I have more work to do. I took some pics and a video. At least now I'm seeing buds. Walking down there is like getting slapped in the face with a wet bud (which happened today). It's a super strong smell. Trichomes are developing at various stages. This is when things get paranoid but it's also fun. I can't wait until fall. 9/7 Plants we're wet this morning so I gave them a good shake. Defoliated what needed it and added a couple more supports. I don't like these leaves falling like this. Didn't have time to work on the ice cream cake that's growing into the fence. Now it's a race with the weather. Things are looking pretty good but I'm getting antsy. Also I'm not sure what caused all this weird damage from earlier and if I should just cut off useless branches. I'm hesitant as I don't want to create an open wound for more fungal infections. 9/8 Rained like crazy. Super heavy at times. I added a video I took yesterday. and took some pictures. Defoliated some dead stuff but it's hard to work in the pouring rain. Forecast said three inches. Plants are booming thoughgh 9/9 Still raining. Hard. No damage. Defoliated what I could and added supports where needed. I do need to say the plants I'm growing are some resilient girls. They've taken a beating and come back kicking butt. If we can get a few good days in a row shit will really start taking off. Need to spray BT and do another k bicard spray or switch it up with peroxide. I've checked the tops of my plants with a ladder and things look good so far. I'm super excited. 9/10 Poured like crazy. I fucked my diary up a bunch of times so I'll probably have to upload vids/pics again. Cannabis gods heard my cries and at noon time it's all sunshine. Was able to defoliate what needed it. Plants are just exploding. I'll do pics tomm. BT and K Bicarb spray needed. YEAH IM MISSING A BUNCH OF PICS AND A VIDEO. WILL HAVE TO FIX LATER 9/11 Beautiful sunny day. Found my beastie bloom and fed two gallons to the garden. I started low but I'll increase if it seems to benefit. Continued with only 1tbsp of grow big. Then if I like it I'll move on to cha ching. One plant will be ready VERY shortly. I took out my scope to check things out. In the bright sun ours easy to spot little pm patches. Oh well. I'll spray tonight. Everything looks so amazing. Also found more moth eggs it's time for a BT spray. Defoliated and added more supports as it's windy af out here

Hey growers, welcome back to the Pineapple Upside Down grow journal — week 17 of veg. The plant keeps showing solid, consistent growth week after week. Her structure is getting stronger, and the canopy’s really starting to fill out nicely. Leaves are broad, green, and vibrant — a sign that she’s fully balanced and comfortable in her environment. Nutrient uptake looks perfect; the roots are clearly doing their job. I decided to raise the EC slightly, moving up to 1.8, since she’s been drinking more and showing signs of higher demand. pH remains stable, and the overall system is clean, well oxygenated, and running smoothly. For now, there’s no sign of deficiencies or stress. Everything’s running exactly as planned. I’m still unsure whether I’ll top her before moving to flower. That decision will depend on the final height and how much space she takes once she’s ready to transition into the flowering box. At this point, I prefer to let her develop naturally, focusing on strength and branch structure rather than manipulation. This phase is all about preparing her for a smooth transition into bloom, with maximum vigor and balanced nutrition. So for now, patience and observation. Day 22- Second defoliation into flower.

Cosecha: -632 gramos secos, mucho más de lo que esperaba. -buen sabor, olor potente, efecto muy cerebral. -me atrase en varios procesos, lo que alargó al menos en unas 2 semanas el cultivo, sin cometer los mismos errores creo que se puede lograr más cantidad y más rápido. -Advanced nutrients siempre me ha dado buen resultado, aunque los productos son caros, en el segundo cultivo estoy probando otro fertilizante más barato y hasta ahora con excelentes resultados. -seguiré usando el mismo sustrato(turba + vermiculita en proporción 50/50). -en el segundo cultivo(Jamaican Dream 2) es posible que la cosecha sea más grande y más rápida, ya que voy aprendiendo de los errores cometidos y voy refinando el método.
