Needs to be charged similar to coco but at a much higger rate. But shhhh.. it's a secret. Recommend a balanced ratio of key cations, particularly calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K). A widely accepted general "ideal soil" cation saturation ratio is approximately 65-85% Ca, 6-12% Mg, and 2-5% K. That's roughly what mine gets.

This week was when I first recognized that there was something wrong.... Initially I only realized that the stems of my little girl were slightly bent downward. In some cases I have experienced this orientation when a plant is exhausted and about to got through its sleeping period but, this seemed different. In the following days I began to notice that the lower leaves were beginning to fade, the stems began to turn red, and still the leaves were bending downward and not praying to the light! At first I just figured that my plant was in need of a feeding and transplanting to a larger container but, after doing a bit of research I realized that the I may have been experiencing a phosphorus deficiency. From my understanding I knew that these plants require nutrients that is high in nitrogen during the vegetative part of its life however, I did not realize that it's still needed an adequate amount of phosphorus in this stage too. As I mentioned perviously, I decided to reuse my soil for this grow and as a result of sterlization my growing medium no longer had any nutrients to offer my plant at the time. I believe this is the reason I began to see signs of deficiencies and going forward if I ever reuse my medium again I will make sure to re-amend it before using it. *I also topped the plant at the 5th node this week as well*

Here we go, next week I will feed my girls hard next week, I did not feed them in grow phase, the custom media had whatever they need, but now I want to push them high, :) I have no grow led but my main girls are autos, according to their leafs, ruderalis highly dominant espacially 2 of them I should check their phenotypes. So the sun is enough for the light side and on the other side I will choose Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Bloom from my poke ball :D

I am loving how strong this sativa strain is. I keep defoliating her to expose as many bud sites as possible. At the same time, I am trimming those side branches with low chances of making it to the top. 🌱🌱👍🏻👍🏻

********Week 1 Flower - Sept 19 to 25, 2020******* We switched to flower this week and put in the first SCROG layer.....been busy😃 These girls have some very thick main branches and are pushing out some huge fan leaves💪 They were easily stretched out horizontally to fill in the net and the topping helped to keep the canopy at an even height. The girls are in the same tent as another strain that is known to grow big and will benefit from a SCROG. I don’t feel these girls necessarily need one though. To combat this I decided to set the Cream 47 on boxes before putting in the netting. I set them on boxes which put them 10” taller than Gorilla Girls......may still not have been enough but that is what we are running with🤞😃 Pest maintenance this week as we are getting the last days I am able to comfortably spray the girls. Lost Coast Plant Therapy to keep the gnats, aphids and thrips in check😃 Had a small mishap this week and a damn fan fell on one side of C471 while opening the tent. The net helped to not make this more disastrous but it still set her back a day or two. She has bounded back now and that side of her is coming back and getting taller. At the end of the week I finally gave in and started to pull some of the upper fan leaves😗😗 There is so much leaf in this little 3’ x 3’ tent that it is impacting airflow.......would love a 4‘ x 4’😃 They have reacted very well to the removing of the leaves and those branches are standing up taller and look more healthy the next day!! Keeping the waterings up and getting a fair bit of runoff from the feedings but that is best for Coco to avoid lockouts and pH issues. There were only three feeding days this week. We switched to bloom nutes for base and added silica for supplementals. Vitamin B and Kelp coming from B52 and sweetener for the microbes from bud candy. As well as Sensyzime to let the enzymes clean up the root zone because they have been in the pots for a few weeks now. Little more detail: Sept 19/20 - Day 1 - Plant Therapy @ 5ml in 1L water. Ph to 5.4. - Folier spray applied to whole tent half hour before lights on, used 3/4 of mixture - Feeding mixture was Sensyzime @ 1ml only - 25ppm and 5.2pH......missed it a bit. - each girl given 3L - SCROG put in Sept 20/20 - Day 2 - Sprayed the last of the IPM mixture on the tent tonight. - Noticed several small shinny spots on leaves later today.....suspect from Folier spray on leaves. Sept 21/20 - Day 3 - Nice full strength week 1 mixture applied today - Rhino Skin, Cal Mag @ 2ml, Sensi Bloom A&B , B52, Bud Ignitor, Bud Candy @ 1ml. - 625 ppm and 5.7pH - 3L given to each girl.......not enough runoff.....bump feedings up to 4L going forward. - silica added today. - freaking fan dropped on C471 today in the one corner🤬 Could have been worse👌 Sept 23/20 - Day 5 - CalMag @ 2ml, Rhino, Sensi Bloom A&B, B52, Bud Candy, Bud Ignitor @ 1ml. - 850ppm and 5.9pH - 4L given to each girl. - better run off amount That wraps up the first week of flower........Cream 47 was more of a transition week while Gorilla Girl was well in flower. The net is in and the lights flipped. The girls were ready for flower and now we just need to keep giving them what they want for the next 6 weeks and then coast from there👍 Hopeful they will find another 12” of growth in them but not sure they will stretch that much in the net....time will tell. ~MERINGUE by DUTCH PASSION~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This strain by Dutch Passion is one of my all time favorite strains that I've cultivated previously with phenomenal results so I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! I'm going to things a bit different this time around. I have a brand spanking new AC Infinity 4x4 tent and was just given one of HLG's newest lights for 2022, The Blackbird! I've got this 600w monster hooked up to my Trolmaster Hydro X Controller so I've got full control over timing, dimming and Sunrise/Sunset. This beauty is going to annihilate the 4x4 for sure! 😎👍 I'm going to grow her all by herself and veg her for around 70-90 days after witch I'll install a trellis net in the tent and spread her out. There should be enough fresh air around these flowers though, because they become rock-hard. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where it stayed until a tap root emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerged from the Jiffy Pellet she was transferred to a 1qt plastic pot. As she grows I'll be moving her into larger pots along the way up until she's in her 10g fabric pot. ~Grown in a 10g fabric pot filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and fed Dutch Pro nutrients throughout the entire grow with de-chlorinated water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8. ~19/5 light cycle for vegetation, then 12/12 to flower with supplemental UVA added during the last weeks of flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~ Supplemental co2 provided throughout vegetation and flower - monitored and controlled by an AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked the seed for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which it was transferred to a moist paper towel laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. After 30 hours she had not popped open yet so I soaked another seed for 3 hours and then into a paper towel and onto the heat mat it went. 12/3- This afternoon I checked and the seed had a root that was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 5 pm I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By the next morning she had her cotyledon leaves opened! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the Dutch Passion Meringue! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 2qt plastic starter pot to begin growing. 12/7- Today when I checked her, she had roots just starting to emerge from her pellet, so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 'starter' pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

🥦 Final Cure & Smoke Report Sticky Broccoli Feminized After 12 days of controlled drying and an additional 2 weeks of curing, Sticky Broccoli has fully revealed its final character. The flowers were dried under stable environmental conditions and cured in Terploc Grove Bags at 19°C, allowing the terpene profile and overall flower quality to develop exceptionally well. 👀 Appearance & Bag Appeal One of the most striking features of Sticky Broccoli is its visual appeal. Alors la on tien quelque chose de juste magnifique !!! Fast bud à réussi à faire une plante rapide qui fait des bourgeons à faire pâlir les photoperiodique !!! Et ils ont en plus réussi à faire en sorte que y a presque aucun entretien (très peu de feuille ,branche solide ) et avec une production de trichome une dinguerie!!! Wow well we’re do I start. Absolute dream to grow Smelt strong of citrus and oranges , was amazing to smell , After just 5 days of drying and 1 week of curing the result was imense. Absolute knockout weed with an orange taste and a smooth on the throat. One of the best I’ve taste. Highly recommend
