Weeks 1-5 in flower, starting 8/3

This was an easy cycle with some average problems, dealt with the gnats by topping the soil. anyway it was a plant that was easy to grow, a very pleasant non weedy smell around. and was ready within 70 days, i left it a couple of days more till first amber trichomes The most strains taste far better after curing, with this one i don't agree with that rule. This strain actually tastes better when it's fresh. The curing brings back more of the kush, and makes the smoke stronger, but the taste of fresh dried sugar kush is close to undescribeable.

The autoflowers development is coming along well first 2 in the video are lemon cherry cookies auto and last one is frozen face auto the Lemmon cherry cookies have a purple streaks but the first more dark purple than the second and frozen face auto is bulking up nicely soon I will start flushing the plants with water

So close to harvest. This week and last I reduced the amount of TPS1 in the feed from 15ml /gal to 10ml/g. Early in the week, Apollo's lower leaves started showing the fade using up the nutrients. Thursday, I did a preliminary trim to remove any fan leaves and feeder leaves with longer stems. just handling the stems and buds my hands, nails and arms were sticky. After the trim, I put Apollo's Friends back in the tent with her. When the plants were in different veg/flower cycles, I separated them into tents. GDP and zkittles grew with in 2-3 inches on the light. I could not raise the lights anymore. Today, 11/19 is day Apollo's 69 day and 41 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Tuesday will be the harvest day. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. The sugar leaves are showing color change as she knows her life is ending in glory. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. Plant is doing amazing! This is my first grow & I am so excited , I’m in the process of practicing LST , I am not the best but you learn as you go! Let me know what you all think! Do you think my light should be highered?

Girls have settled into summer camp nicely. Worries about not taking the transplant diminish more each day and I am gaining more confidence in strong roots with each passing day as well. I had to build a supplemental lighting system for the greenhouse. Here at home we are experiencing a wetter than usual summer so far and with that brings clouds. So I needed to do something. So I built a new greenhouse light. It cranks out some light. Currently at canopy I’m measuring around 600 PPFD. Plants are loving it. All three plants sexed and all are females. Didn’t think otherwise. So the formula 707 is performing better than expected. Water retention is crazy. Watered the plants on Sunday with a gallon each , today is Thursday and no water needed. Going to try and get to Sunday for a whole week between watering.

So I did a light defoliation, with a little bit of lollipopping and this girl did not slow down one bit... She is stretching nicely and the inner nodel spacing looks good to me... She's a very healthy, happy plant. And she has a good size to her, so pretty impressed with these dots.. 11/24 Week begins and she is reaching that point. Feed tomorrow and some defoliation no flush yet as new hairs abound 11/27 Gave her some 6.5 water with a bit of recharge as her tricones are very dense, all white or amber (1%) and may be our most potent grow yet. Harvest in a few days after holiday.

Received TWO 5packs of rhino Ryder as freebies. Gonna grow these outdoors and see how they do. Gonna take advantage of socal sunshine. Only 4 out 5 sprouted. It’s old beans I think. So that’s a good pop rate. I think.

Wasn't going to do any LTS but I did anyways! She's small but she's looking nice, I love all my girls the same :)

22 days blooming

2.17.2024: Start of week 5, day 29 from seed, day 25 from sprout. Plant is healthy from what i can tell. Top of the plant's leaves all have slight white tips from what i'm assuming is light stress? Light is 16 inches from top of plant at 112 watts. I've let it pretty much do its thing so far. Branches are rather short making any sort of LST hard. Pistils are clearly visible so i'm assuming we're entering the flowering stage. Wouldn't be surprised to see the first signs of bud growth by the end of the week. Still no nutrients given. The fan leaves are large and blocking bud sites so perhaps i'll clip soon? Will upload pics today. 2.18.2024: Plant is responding well to the increase in light intensity. Still can't bring myself to take the large fan leaves off. 2.19.2024: Day 31 from seed. Plant is drinking more. Gave 64oz at 6.4ph. Run off ppm was 1450 at 6.6ph. Essentially 4 full weeks from seed before i need to start feeding. Next watering will contain nutrients. 2.20.2024: Humming along. Now firmly in the preflower/early flower stage. Growing 1/2 to 1 inch a day. If anyone is reading this, please tell me its ok to chop the big fan leaves blocking bud sites! 2.21.2024: Day 33 from seed, 29 from sprout. Picked up the pot this morning and it was very lite so i gave it another 64oz at 6.3ph. No run off this time which tells me they are starting to need more water or i need to up the frequency. Still no nutes in 33 days! 2.22.2024: Besides white tips on top growth, steady as she goes. I'll post a pic of the white tips. No idea how to solve. Plant is totally in flower but since we're almost at the end of week 5 from seed, i'll keep the diary in "flower." 14.5 inches from soil to top. Would love to see these get to 24 inches by the end. 2.23.2024: Upped water to 96oz at 6.4ph. About 2 cups of run off at 6.6ph and 1130ppm. Original soil still has nutes to offer at day 35 from seed.

Noticed some yellowing on sour kush a on Monday I do check ph and ppm overall smells nice critical purple finally taking off sticky buds on b and c
