After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Some kind of deficiency going on. Threw some organic nutes at it and good ol cal mag plus. Trimmed those nasty leaves. She looks better, time will tell.

I let her go another week. The trichome photo was on Wednesday and I was just starting to amber. I’ll harvest her today 22/2/2020 and then do a harvest report in a couple weeks after she’s cured up some.

Managed to sex out the males this week, especially since the girls were putting out some pre-flower pistils. Moved others around a little using my potato fork and now everyone is in a much better spacing. Bummer that 2 out of 3 were males, but that's ok! The ladies that are left will have more room to stretch. I gave them a little Big Bloom and some molasses.

:) Day 88: took some buds from her today actually! I have no smoke 😆 but she tasted decent even from a microwave fast dry, not even a little bit of hay just like weed with some undertones. Very wei😂😂😂😂

d33 Hoy subo fotos unos días antes de esta semana, mejor, tendremos más fotos. Hoy me he puesto a revisar un poco las plantas y me he dado cuenta de que las Lemon Krystal son hermafroditas, la que estaba en la parte de dentro, solo tiene unos pocos sacos de polen que todavía no están maduros, se los he arrancado y cortado 2 ramas que tenían mala pinta con eso, el resto de ramas parece estar bastante bien y son flores macho, la Lemon Krystal que esta mas cerca de la puerta del armario, esta bastante mal y la tendré que desechar ya que no quiero que polinice al resto de plantas. También una Kandy Kush, la de la derecha, le he quitado 2 flores macho, no parecía tener más, unas flores espontáneas, pero semillas a granel a veces pueden pasar estas cosas, no es lo normal, pero parece que la cepa de Lemon Krystal esta un poco jodida... Para añadir, la LK que parece que podremos sacar adelante(pero bajo supervisión) tiene una rama que tiene 4 cogollos en vez de 2, mola, pero si no se pone a sacar flores macho, la podremos continuar haciendo seguimiento. Tenemos un cogollo de la Kandy Kush(planta del centro) que es doble. Puede ser que tengamos algo polinizado en el Indoor, pero pues es algo que ha pasado, espero no tener muchas semillas mermara la calidad... d35 Unas fotitos rapidas... Autos are just starting to flower the photos are dying for some bigger pots. I've been trying to bring up the overall plant health in general since moving everything to a basement the temps are a little lower than ideal. I had a space heater delivered today and monitored the temps but they only went up to around 78°f I want it to be atleast 82°f ideally 85. The heater uses 1500 watt and only increased it about 2 or 3°. I dont think it's worth the extra cost for such little boost. I'm thinking about returning the heater and throwing a 1000w hps in one of the other tents and see if that will raise it anymore. Especially with LED and co2 higher temps would be very beneficial in veg and early flower but the room is so big its gunna be tough to pull off without killing me on electric costs. Any suggestions are welcome. I know this room does decent in flower but I havnt done much veg work down here and I'll have some autos growing this round so it's important I get it up.

This adventure seems like it'll be zenzational! These seeds were the first to burst and also first to sprout from soil out of all the other strain. Ladies are on a mission, they stretched upwards and spread the first leaves fast! My thoughts are they'll be some bushy ladies! 😍 I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy growing!
