Harvest time has come. It is difficult to kill a plant I have been raising so lovingly and with a lot of care as a wonderful living being that she is (and we all are as One). I even stayed up all night once to do a slow full 3x flush of the soil with emergency pH correction and buffering when I finally received the meters and looked at runoff values. It was almost like manually pumping a blood transfusion for a patient overnight. The idea to grow indoors came as a lightning and almost by a random chance. It was, of course, a synchronicity of a high order, because that flash coincided precisely with a rare moment where I had a small window of time to collect seeds of my choice in person and transport them safely and very quickly. And get extremely helpful advice from a moderately experienced grower, who helped me avoid self-taught rookie mistakes and pick an almost perfect setup for my purposes. Many steps I have learned only when it was time to take them, and since there's only so much I can do in a day, I got to some procedures like instrumentally checking salt buildup and substrate pH pretty late. I did monitor her leaves from the get-go, so leaving aside a light nute / photon burn of the tips, I think it went pretty well. Definitely better than I would have imagined! I wanted to do a small sitting meditation beside the plant before cutting her to dry. Wanted to thank the plant for this majestic experience and the healing power of gardening and caring for a plant on top of the medicinal values of cured buds and edibles we made along the way from trimmed fans. Those were unexpectedly strong and pleasantly smoooth. Wanted to tell her that I will miss her and remember her fondly, especially since she is my first full successful grow. The first time is always an unforgettable experience. Wanted to tell her that I do not want to kill her, and it was painful for me to FIM and shape her. A sitting meditation turned into a dynamic meditation when I started removing light gear and feeding system and cleaning the grow space in preparation for drying. Pretty quickly I noticed that I have a very real feeling of experiencing light- to medium-dose mushroom trip. I had vaped some 50/50 hybrid street bud half an hour earlier, but it was a very modest dose — shout out to TinyMight, you guys are amazing! — but no psychedelics. At that moment I felt that I don't need to say anything to the plant, because we are one and she had known my every feeling and intention from the start. And then I realized that what I had considered to be a sombre event, is just a transformation for the plant, it's next manifestation. Having lived as a plant, she will now transform into happy and healing experiences of those who will enjoy her flowers. This plant has supported me and helped me heal deep trauma and depression at least twice in my life over a period of a few months on each occasion. In between those healing periods it was just a get high and enjoy shit because why not kind of thing, and it didn't have any long lasting psychological effect at all, in stark contrast to classical psychedelics (LSD, shrooms, DMT etc). During those non-healing periods I didn't even have an urge to smoke all that often. I could easily not touch the stuff for a couple of months straight. My yearly consumption was in low single digit grams. Sometimes I felt that I did not enjoy the effect at all, it was slightly unpleasant even. Why would I want to blur my crisp perception to a gooey marshmallow state of cannabinoid high and scattered attention? But when it is time to do some inner work — and you cannot miss this feeling if you strive to tune into your inner state — god, is it a POWERFUL plant! I am very happy and humbled to be a conduit for this energy by caring for the plants and raising them. I respect this plant very deeply. --- Split her into thee parts by leaving only a few nodes creating the outer layer of colas on each level and effectively "topping" her a couple of levels above (or below, technically, now that she's upside down) and this creating a new drying layer/level. Tried wet trimming and I think I liked it. Will try to complete it in the next 1-2 days if I decide to go ahead with the idea. --- After drying for 7 days, I stabilized humidity at 60-62% for 4 hours and then chopped off buds (trimmed in batches during the first 3 days of drying), weighed and packed into glass jars for curing. Literally packed, because she yielded over 4 litres of dried trimmed bud (I think it was 4.5l) weighing 267g. WOW. I did not expect that on my first run I will be able to grow so much potent medicine. A lot of it is fluffy, but can be easily pressed denser, if storage or appearance are a concern. In fact, I had to press the buds slightly to make it all fit in two 2-litre jars. Thank you to everyone who helped me along the way and thank you for your warm wishes! And thank you — the One reading this right now.

--------- So, we’ve switched to flowering, even though I probably should have waited a bit longer. But the timing just worked out well – with the defoliation and the gap since the last “Pflanzgeflüster” treatment. The shoots were slightly thinned of leaves and side branches and adjusted with clips, so we can spread them out nicely. Later on during flowering, I’ll fine-tune things further with some wires. This time, despite the ready-made Living Soil mix, we added a good amount of boosters and some liquid fertilizer to help the plants and soil life recover from the neem oil extract treatment. Tomorrow they’ll also get some Soil Starter so that the soil fungi can reestablish themselves. With the next watering, I’ll add some honey to give the microorganisms enough energy to spread quickly and support the plant.

💚 Amnesia Haze Auto by Zamnesia – Pheno A Week 6 | Elegance in Motion Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the greatest joys of running a phenotype hunt is watching each plant slowly reveal its own identity. This week's spotlight belongs to Amnesia Haze Auto – Pheno A, and she continues to separate herself from the rest of the room. Tall. Graceful. A little unconventional. And absolutely fascinating. While many plants begin focusing on building dense flowers, this lady still seems determined to keep reaching upward, stretching with confidence while simultaneously stacking fresh blooms along every branch. She's writing her own story, and I'm more than happy to let her. ⸻ 🌱 The 12/12 From Seed Adventure If this is your first visit to this diary, welcome! Every plant in this project has been grown using my favourite cultivation experiment: 12/12 From Seed. Rather than giving the plants a traditional vegetative period, every seed has lived under a 12-hour light / 12-hour dark schedule from the moment it germinated. The objective isn't simply growing smaller plants. It's about discovering how different genetics—and even different phenotypes from the very same cultivar—express themselves when every environmental variable remains identical. Every plant enjoys: • The same grow room • The same lighting • The same nutrition • The same environmental conditions • The same training philosophy • The same care The only variable is genetics. And this Amnesia Haze continues proving just how unique those genetics can be. ⸻ 🌿 A Personality You Can't Miss This phenotype has become one of the easiest plants in the room to recognize. Her foliage is unlike almost anything growing beside her. The leaves are incredibly long and narrow, giving the entire plant a light, elegant appearance that perfectly complements her open structure. Many growers would immediately describe this as a "classic sativa look." Personally, I prefer to look beyond those traditional labels. Modern cannabis genetics are wonderfully diverse, and leaf shape doesn't necessarily predict how a plant will grow, flower or even express its effects. Still, there's no denying that this phenotype carries that beautiful tropical elegance that makes Amnesia Haze so iconic. It's simply a pleasure to watch. ⸻ 🌸 Flowers Taking Centre Stage This week she's fully committed to flowering. Fresh white pistils continue emerging across every flowering site, and the small budlets are beginning to link together along the branches. Interestingly, she still appears to be stretching. Rather than switching abruptly from vertical growth into flower production, she's balancing both at the same time. That's something I often enjoy seeing with more vigorous phenotypes. They continue building their framework while gradually filling it with flowers, creating plenty of room for each cola to develop over the coming weeks. Right now she's building the stage. Soon the performance begins. ⸻ 🍃 Wonderfully Different One of the things I appreciate most about this lady is that she refuses to fit neatly into expectations. Some of her upper leaves twist slightly. Others curl in unusual directions. The top growth has its own quirky character. Yet despite those unique traits, she's showing exactly what matters most. Healthy colour. Strong growth. No signs of nutrient deficiencies. No indication that she's struggling. Sometimes plants simply express themselves differently, and that's exactly why phenotype hunting is so rewarding. Perfection isn't always about uniformity. Sometimes it's about individuality. ⸻ 💧 Feeding for the Flowering Journey As flowering continues, the nutrition program is now fully supporting bloom development while maintaining the lush, healthy foliage the plant has carried since the beginning. Current nutrition includes: • Plagron Terra Bloom • Sugar Royal • Pure Zym • Power Buds • Green Sensation • pH adjustment using pH Plus and Lemon Kick This week also marks the introduction of Green Sensation, one of Plagron's flowering additives designed to support flower development throughout the final stages of bloom. Rather than relying on several separate bloom boosters, Green Sensation combines multiple functions into a single product, helping support flower formation, resin production and overall plant performance while keeping the feeding program simple and consistent. So far, this lady seems to be enjoying every drop. ⸻ 🌡️ Growing Together Under One Roof Although this is an autoflower, she's sharing the same flowering room as all of her photoperiod sisters. That's one of the aspects I enjoy most about this project. Every phenotype—auto or photoperiod—is experiencing the same environment, making it much easier to appreciate how genetics alone influence each plant's development. Current grow room conditions include: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • pH: 6.0 • EC: 1.78 mS/cm • Solution temperature: 21°C • Root zone temperature: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 636 ppm Maintaining a stable environment allows every plant to express its natural potential without unnecessary fluctuations affecting the comparison. ⸻ 📸 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs capture exactly why this phenotype has become one of my favourites to observe. The full-plant portraits highlight her remarkable height and elegant structure, with long internodes creating an airy canopy that allows light to reach nearly every flowering site. The close-up photographs reveal clusters of brilliant white pistils beginning to gather along the stems, while the unique foliage gives every image a personality of its own. Some leaves reach outward like delicate fingers. Others curl gently around the developing flowers. Together they create a plant that looks almost wild, yet remains healthy, vigorous and full of life. She's impossible to confuse with anyone else in the room. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead Over the next couple of weeks I'm expecting this beautiful lady to gradually slow her stretch and shift more of her energy toward flower production. If her current structure is any indication, those long, elegant branches should eventually become lined with elongated flowers from top to bottom. She's already shown she prefers doing things her own way. Now I'm excited to see what kind of harvest that unique personality will produce. ⸻ 💚 Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8×8 Adventure. Watching every phenotype reveal its own personality while growing under identical conditions continues to remind me that no two plants are ever truly alike. A huge thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for providing an incredible platform where growers from around the world can document, learn and inspire one another. Zamnesia for providing the genetics that make this phenotype hunt possible. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrition supporting these plants from seed to harvest. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the light powering this entire room every single day. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment where every phenotype can express its own unique potential. And finally, thank you to everyone following these diaries, sharing your thoughts, asking questions and joining me on this journey. Every plant tells a different story. Amnesia Haze Auto – Pheno A is proving that sometimes the most memorable plants aren't the ones that look perfectly uniform—they're the ones confident enough to grow in their own unique way. Growers Love. 💚🌿

Howdy growfessors, thanks for stopping by. It's harvest time for Candy Kush. Dense, frosty buds, they foxtailed, which I did not expect under the FC3000 light. Still I'm super happy with the grow and I'm excited to see the dry weight in 7 days.

420Fastbuds FBT2313/Week 4 What up everyone. Hope all are well. Weekly update on these two gorgeous girls. This past week has been fun doing a major defoliation taking off most the bigger fan leafs. Hard to tell a few days later I took anything off. Which is amazing they never skipped a beat. No big issue's and since sprouted have grown phenomenal being relatively easy. All in all Happy Growing.

This week was mostly about maintenance, balancing the canopy, and keeping the rhythm steady. The lighter green pheno keeps drinking well and is building buds consistently. Growth in biomass seems to have slowed, which is fine — she’s clearly channeling her energy into flower production now. No new leaf mass, but steady bud development. The darker green pheno, on the other hand, required real work this week. She had become very dense and bushy, so I carefully defoliated her, opening the canopy and removing shaded bud sites that would never reach proper light. I was mindful not to overdo it, giving her just enough space and air without stressing her further. The result is a much more open structure with better airflow and a cleaner look. The PPFD increase to 1000–1050 µmol/m²/s from the week before shows no negative effects — both plants are handling the light intensity well. They’re responding steady and healthy, which gives me confidence to keep them at this level. Overall, the tent is vibing steady right now. The darker pheno got a fresh haircut and is breathing again, while the lighter one keeps cruising, stacking buds even if she’s not pumping out more leaves. Light levels are up, the girls are chill, and I’m just letting the ride flow. It feels like the darker pheno might even catch up and outshine her bright sister. For now, I’m keeping my hands off as much as possible, letting them finish strong so I can roll into the next project. 🚀

SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... I topped autos! 😳😳🤯🤯 I figured they were doing so well and hadn't entered flower yet; let's do our best to keep them small and get multiple good buds instead of just one. This will also give me the best opportunity to lst them down using ties. Stayed tuned for that! This girl is doing okay, looking scraggly compared to the rest. I'm hoping she'll spread out once trained. Dimmed to 40% but increased it today to 60% Here are the lights details: Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 150W LED Model: MN150-022 Spectrum mode: V1 Efficacy: 2.8 umol/J Thanks for stopping by! You can find the light on Grow Diaries: https://growdiaries.com/grow-lights/medic-grow/mini-sun-2-150-watts You can find the light on Medic Grow's website: https://medicgrow.com/

I would like to title week 10 the tragedy 😂 There was an issue with the drip irrigation I set up when leaving for 5 days for Christmas. The plants received no water for the duration of my vacation. After watering (and praying) last night, they’ve perked back up significantly. Roots still looking good. Reduced light intensity, defoliated the dead stuff, and going to start babying them a bit before a much needed transplant.
