Ok, lets think about this logically - why are the leaves turning brown? it looks like a Calcium/Phosphorus issue, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS , is it a deficiency??? Unlikely in Hydro as the solution is more effective as there are no contaminants, so this leads me to believe its a lockout, what can cause this ? 2 things = A) Too Much Nutrient Potassium or B) ph is too low - SO to rectify this, i have added more water to the reservoir and raised the ph to 6.3 As i am using more water in the reservoir its entirely possible that when the water goes down,even though the EC stays the same the proportional concentrations of each nutrient can change - for example EC pen says 2.0 when i first fill with 20 litres, the plant drinks 4 litres of water and consumes lots of bloom A+B so when i put my pen in two days later the 16 litres of solution still reads 2.0 but there is a higher proportion of PK. Of course it could always be option C) these plants eat phosphorus for breakfast and need more ..😜 I have checked roots they all ok Wednesday- changed solution , made it slightly weaker EC 1.7 ph 6.2-3 Thursday I had a little chat on Instagram with mammoth , i think they might need less than usual Saturday - noticed some yellowing on the little plant , it’s a confusing as th3 other plants are all using the same nutrients and they are loving life , it might be the buckets , I am much preferring the size of the 35 litre ones , and the root structure is perfect , because the 45 litre boxes are more rectangular than square the roots are sort of sideways . Still waiting for some purple on the tall one 🤔 ITS VERY IMPORTANT IN DWC - Do not automatically think you need to add nutrients , in DWC it’s so much more efficient that less is more , 99% of the time it’s overdone it , normally the tips go brown first , but it’s some circumstance s The concentration can increase without you knowing , FIRST change solution with a little bit less , I usually go to 1.6-1.7 EC TOTAL and 6.3 ph that is a universal solution that provides enough without overdoing it . привет ребята,вот срезал мой куст, вроде не плохо вышло?! посмотрим сколько будет весить когда высохнут )))) амнезия мой любимый сорт,как только высохнут отпишусь какой будет результат ))) 30,06,2021 вот и результат почти 90 грамм,на весах 40 грамм но это моя доля урожая ,я выращиваю в месте с другом так что моя половина 40 грамм сухих шишек и мы еще и покурили пока шишки подсохли, так что приблизительно у меня получилось 85-90 грамм сухих шишек,шишки выросли толстыми но они не плотные,потому и такой результат, посмотрите мой апельсин у него хорошие плотные шишки , он начал цвести в 60 дней , растение без проблем,кто не любит ждать этот сорт не для него ))) 09,07,2021 мой урожай пересох, +35,3 с было очень жарко и я не мог контролировать температуру (( я ожидал результат лучше но не вышло, надеюсь дальше все нормализуется

15.08.: Die zweite Blütewoche hat begonnen und beide Pflanzen haben sich seit der Umstellung gut entwickelt. Da ich vermute, dass die G41 noch weiter wachsen wird, habe ich ein zweites Netz zur späteren Stabilisierung installiert. Das zweite Netz hängt jetzt auf einer Höhe von 1,30m, sodass die oberen Spitzen der G41 bereits durchgucken. Damit die Pflanzen ihre Energie auf die wichtigen Bereiche konzentriert, habe ich bei beiden Pflanzen ein Lollipopping durchgeführt. Dabei hab ich alle Blätter, Seitentriebe und Blütenansätze unterhalb des ersten Netzes entfernt. Diese Blütenansätze liegen so weit unten, dass hier kaum Licht ankommt und sie am Ende stark unterentwickelt sein werden. Idealerweise hätte ich damit noch ein wenig gewartet, aber da ich die kommenden 9 Tage im Urlaub bin wollte ich es vorher noch erledigt haben, das gleiche gilt für das Netz. Updates werden in der Zeit auch eher schwierig, aber vielleicht bekomme ich ein paar Fotos zugeschickt. 18.08.: Ich habe Fotos zugeschickt bekommen. Anscheinend steckt die G41 immer noch in ihrer Stretchphase, da sie das 2. Netz auch schon ein gutes Stück überwachsen hat. 20.08.: Heute kamen nochmal ein kleines Video und ein Foto von der G41. Der Wachstum wird langsam weniger und man sieht, dass sich der Stretch dem Ende neigt. Am Ende der 2. Blütewoche hat die G41 die PBB in Sachen Höhe komplett abgehängt. So wie ich vermutet hab, war der Stretch von der PBB nicht mehr allzu dolle, sodass sie wesentlich kleiner als die G41 geblieben ist. Das ist eins der Probleme, wenn man kein Monocrop anbaut. Außerdem ist der Wasserbedarf der Pflanzen gesunken, sodass die Bewässerung aktuell 10min läuft, wenn das Licht angeht. Nächste Woche bin ich wieder zuhause, dann überlege ich mir, wie ich das Problem löse, entweder mit einer Zusatzbeleuchtung, einem 3. Netz mit dem ich die G41 noch etwas runterbiege oder beides. Da mein Mitbewohner heute vor Beginn von Blütewoche 3 ebenfalls wegfährt, hat er mir gestern noch die aktuellen Daten der Pflanzen zugeschickt. Daher passt es nicht ganz mit dem Diary, ich denke aber, dass es der beste Kompromiss ist.

Week 10 Day 1 11/25/2023 Walked in the door, dropped everything and rushed in to check on the ladies, it was past lights out so I couldn't check on the plants but checked on the pH. The PH was down to 5.19... noooooo..I adjusted it to 6.0 and crossed my fingers the plants looked good, will check on them in the morning. Week 10 Day 2 11/26/2023 Well She looked great and I think she is ready for Chop, Chop, so debating the 48 hours of darkness, or chopping today.. so going to get some breakfast and give it a think. Afternoon update: So I gave it a think and I decided to do a split harvest this run. I took the top half and left the bottom half to mature for another week. I did run out of hooks so I was forced to freeze dry some and will have that to try in 48 hours. The problem is that I will have to remember the weights that I get when I get the final harvest and all the numbers but since I am doing a split harvest anyways it will be three sets of numbers to track over the next few weeks. Week 10 Day 3 11/27/2023 Got my first little bit out of the freeze dryer and trimmed up: I got 26.1 grams of bud and 2grams of shake. Smoke is smooth will see what kind of high comes with it.. Week 10 Day 4 11/28/2023 I let them bottom half recover and get another week under their belt to color and get some trichomes on them. Miss Mango is growing well and reached a full 12 inches which is actually 6 inches shorter than Gorilla Cookies and I started them at the same time. When I looked on Zamensia website is said, "Cultivating Mango Kush Automatic is an easygoing affair thanks to some robust and reliable autoflowering genetics. This plant stays close to the earth, only reaching 80cm indoors and around 100cm outdoors." It also said that Mango Kush takes, "it takes is 10–11 weeks from seed to harvest to really get the best out of this cultivar. At which point, Mango Kush Automatic has the potential to yield 200g/plant when grown outside under ideal conditions." Well, after the last LST, she certainly didn’t pinpoint her final shape .. she almost covers 1 square meter .. there are very, very, very many buds! the smell of vanilla baking) is very pleasant and sweet! trichomes slowly begin to shower buds)) maybe it seems to me! but according to my observations the products of Barney Farm always give the highest result! both during growth and during flowering! at all stages! and most importantly, the resulting buds always blow away the head of any inveterate smoker !!! Barney You are the coolest !!!

One didn't get hit enough water from the sprinkler so it got stunted hard and had to go, the plan was to only do 2 this run so all good, I used this one in a breeding experiment and it recovered very well despite the conditions, but this is not part of this diary. End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

Week 8 Flower The last week of flush for these two. They were taken down on Day 56, after a 16 Day flush. I think Twin2 could have finished at 7 weeks, but of course I hadn't planned for this, or I would have flushed sooner. So she was taken to the originally planned 8 weeks. Twin2 has also foxtailed quite a bit, from only slightly higher temps and also because she's having a last attempt at catching any pollen in order to reproduce. Although the pots were slightly damp still when I harvested, it is best to take them down when they're dry. The only reason I didn't, was because I knew I'd be too busy the next day, and there were plants in veg that were desperate to be thrown into the flower tent! The pics do make them look wetter than they were though. Their fan leaves were taken off and they were each hung in seperate boxes, where they'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. I dont suffer with very high humidity, so I'm able to do this without any issues. When I feel it is too humid, I simply burp the box for the first day or 2 once a day. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. It's going to be a pretty tough one for keeper pheno! They both have similar but very different smells. By that I mean, they both smell very floral and sweet, but T2 smells extra sweet (although definitely not as dense). That doesn't mean T1 doesn't smell just as nice. Hers buds are thicker and more dense, so even though I've favourited T2 in the pics, I think I'm leaning towards T1 still. But in all honesty it's still down to dry weight and the taste test! This can all be looked forward to in the harvest update! It's been a seriously fun diary with these two twins. Had a little hint of root rot the other day so I’ve been adding Hydrogen peroxide. I took off a few fan leaves and increased light power 5%. Everything is going ok.
