🌱 Week 2 – Vegetative Growth 09/27: Started the day noticing chlorosis on some leaves. The pattern matches an iron deficiency: interveinal chlorosis mainly on the newer leaves. After checking, this seems to be caused by a nutrient lockout, consistent with the high substrate pH since the beginning of the grow. Lesson learned for next time. Performed a heavy flush with 20 L of water per plant. Runoff dropped from EC 1200 → 500 and pH 7.1 → 6.7. From now on, I’ll water with enough solution to get ~20% runoff each time instead of just ~250 ml. Will also lower input pH to 5.6–5.7 to gradually bring substrate pH down into range. Noticed that some plants have started to give off a light smell 🌿. 09/28: Each plant watered with 1 L at pH 5.6, EC 950. Solution included 3 ml/L CalMag + 0.8 ml/L Coco A + 0.8 ml/L Coco B + 1 ml/L Deeper Underground. Runoff EC not measured (since heavy flush was done yesterday). Runoff pH still unchanged, same as yesterday (~6.7). Yesterday I lowered the light, today increased it back to 13.5k lux. Chlorosis is still advancing, hoping successive irrigations will help bring substrate pH down. 09/29: Watered again but with 500ml this time. Solution (same recipe as yesterday) at pH 5.6. Surprisingly, runoff pH rose higher than yesterday, now at 7.0, with EC 700. Light intensity increased to 14.5k lux. 09/30: Watered with 500 ml at pH 5.6, EC 1050. Solution included 3 ml/L CalMag (new bottle — seems to add more EC than the old one) + 1 ml/L Coco A + 1 ml/L Coco B + 1 ml/L Deeper Underground. Runoff measured EC 700–800, pH 7.0. Since the flush, stems have thickened significantly 💪. 10/01: Watered with 1 L at pH 5.6, EC 1200. Solution included 2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1 ml/L Coco A + 1 ml/L Coco B + 1 ml/L Deeper Underground. Runoff measured EC 650, pH 7.0. Substrate pH still not dropping, but plants are growing at a good pace. Only two plants continue to show chlorosis, while all show a noticeable thickening of stems this week. 10/02: Significant vertical growth observed — most plants stretched about 8 cm in the last 3 days. Watered again with the same solution as yesterday, but only 500 ml per plant. Input pH 5.6, runoff pH still at 7.0, EC 600–700. Chlorosis persists, and on one plant with symptoms, small brown spots appeared, suggesting a possible manganese deficiency. Also noticed what look like early pre-flowers (tiny pistils) on two plants, though it feels early for day 20. 10/03: Watered with the same solution as previous days (pH 5.6, EC 1200). Runoff remained stable at pH 7.0, EC ~600–700. Based on uptake, I plan to progressively raise input EC until EC in ≈ EC out. Gradually increasing VPD range, target for Week 3 is 1.0–1.2 kPa. --- 📝 Week 2 Summary 🚩 Main challenge: persistent high runoff pH (~7.0) causing chlorosis, initially resembling iron deficiency but later showing signs closer to manganese deficiency (brown spotting). Heavy flush reduced EC, but pH correction is progressing slowly. Plants responded with strong stem thickening and rapid vertical growth (+8 cm in 3 days). Aroma starting to appear on some plants 🌿. ⚡ Light stabilized around 14–15k lux, with adjustments to avoid stress. 🌱 Despite issues, most plants are vigorous, only 2 showing stronger deficiency symptoms. ➡️ Plan for Week 3 Irrigation: Increase input EC gradually until it balances with runoff (~EC in = EC out). Maintain runoff at ~20% each watering. pH management: Keep input pH at 5.6–5.7 to push substrate down from current ~7.0. VPD: Raise target range to 1.0–1.2 kPa for optimal transpiration. Light: Hold intensity ~14.5k lux, slight increases only if no stress observed. Monitoring: Track chlorosis spots closely — see if new growth improves once substrate stabilizes. Pre-flowers: Keep observing possible pistils.

the smell is just ridiculous. I'm pretty proud of that. the buds are bulking nice, they are very dense and I am happy with the amount of bud I'm looking at. I go in a couple times a day to manually move the branches around to make sure there is air going everywhere a little, I pinch a few leaves here and there. Pretty much on auto pilot now, going to start watering twice a day now one nutrient and one straight water. Thanks for lookin! Also. my week count is wrong, my weeks are based on 8 nutrient mixes i use, i call them weeks 1-8, i start flushing my week 9, but for reference, this grow, week 6 ends on day 45, I'm more worried on the plant then the calendar. I have a 70 day general target from Garden of Green, I watch and change my "weeks" according to plant. I won't lie this grow looks and smells great to me, the smell is ridiculous how strong it is! and I am worried I will find excuses to cut earlier, lol, but i will fight that

En este punto del cultivo, la prioridad ha sido mantener constancia y evitar cualquier cambio brusco que pudiera afectar a la calidad final. 🔍 Estado de maduración: Tricomas: mayoritariamente claros, inicio de lechosos. Two seeds germinated proper, the third seems to be a little slower. It's my first Grow for more then twelve Years. First Time with Autoflowers, first Time with feminized Seeds. Easy work, so far. 😃 T5 Light with 2 Tubes. Third seed germinated at Friday. Third seedling looks insane, i will seed one Taison next Week. The other look very good, I change the Light to 3500 K LED @50W / Plant First Week in Soil, Plants look good.

I think I ran into a slight nitrogen toxicity as the leaves are dark green and have a slight tip burn. I think I will change my calmag to use one that has lower nitrogen. Still looking good

Hi all growers 🌱 She is like she was never in growbox. Beautifully she grows also on balcony.. I will just give her some but little bloom nutrients and watter her when she wants to 🌱 Regulary but I will watch over she Happy growing I wish for all 🙏💚🌱

Yet again another amazing run from the blue cheese. Barneys really got it right with this strain. Dense, frosty, smelly, Big heads literally everything i look for in a strain. Not too mention the high is the best! I love a good cheese smoke and harvesting this strain just as the trichomes fill with milky cloudy colours I fell gives the best high. Energetic and uplifting and just all around amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

The Tropicana Cherry hasn’t suffered from any of the issues the three Triple Cheese in the room have. I’m guessing it’s something to do with those hybrid properties. It’s bred from Cookies, which was developed under high-power LEDs, while the Triple Cheese line is so old it might not be as stable under this kind of intensity. That’s my stoner thought, anyway. It’s also possible the Tropicana Cherry just has a more aggressive rhizosphere! Who knows. You can see the anthocyanin influence deepening in the calyxes and sugar leaves and I think she looks stunning. The smell is sweet and fruity. This plant in particular is making some serious frost; I’ll never know if it’s the UVB unless I run two rooms with a control, but that’s not happening so I’ll just keep going with it. Beyond the protein stimulation, it’s also pretty good at killing bugs and pathogens. The calyxes are swelling and starting to tower on top of each other. They look like they might burst—really chunky and still a way to go. o/ I’ve spent quite a lot on the environment this run. We’ve had horrid weather in the UK and high RH is a daily fight. I maintain a steady 1.1 kPa lights-off and ramp to a target of around 1.35 kPa for lights-on. The main thing I learned this week is about immobile nutrients. Calcium being immobile is actually quite easy to spot when you’re watching for it. Since I have that Calcium Benchmark to look back on I have plans for the next run to make a source of CaSO4​ available in the form of ground Gypsum mixed into my 40% amendments mix. Since I'm using the Biotabs water-only method having that slow-release Calcium should help prevent those rusty spots from showing up when I drive them hard. There is more I’m sure but I can’t remember right now... lol Grow well.

This week in thailand is very hot. temperature about 34 - 37 °C ( 93 - 98 °F). 😵😡 and my grow tent about 35 °C and if i don't have exhaust fan (size 8 inch) it's gonna be bad thing happen on my plants.

Blue Shark is still super happy, aside from bugs munching on her (I pulled an inchworm off in the video!) so I sprayed with more Neem oil, and I'll be watering in some Big Bloom and Molasses later. These photos are filling out the tomato cages nicely! Sunday- I'm out picking snap please and look down and hey... wait, what?! I have a female cannabis plant growing out of my pea bed using the trellis for support! I laughed so hard. Not only because I didn't plant it but also because I didn't see it before. The thing is it smells just like Blue Shark. I'm wondering if it's the seed that didn't germinate before and I reused the soil. Thing is I put the peas out EARLY. Quite resilient.

Be in flush within 7-10 days on all but the sativa FF2 Vids up 9/25 Adjusted nuets slightly 9/26 Like where the plants are so leaving nuets as is 9/27 And the tricones have over ruled me they are getting ready, 80-90% white 10-20% clear so taking the nuets to our ripening doses. Jun 10: Getting droopy. Watered less than half gallon of Ph 6.7 water. Jun 12: That watering really gave a growth spurt! Gonna bump the humidity up to a max of 81% til we get further into veg. Jun 13: Plant is tall enough to tie some good looking limbs down and also the main stem to the side. Jun 15: Buckets are getting lighter, but the soil is moist, meaning my humidity was too high. That lead to some mold and algae that I will treat with spray Neem oil. Smells terrible, but should do the trick. Lowering humidity to 65% for a bit, then will probably get closer to 75% over the next few days.

Die dritte Blütewoche ist vorbei und die Pflanze hat im Stretch bisher nochmal 4cm zugelegt, daher wird in der Höhe nun nicht mehr viel passieren. Das heißt auch ihr Stretch ist insgesamt sehr moderat und super handelbar! Die Pflanze hat nun eine Höhe von 115cm erreicht. Sie hat eine wunderschöne und homogene Wuchsform. Die Stimmen bilden sich nun langsam aus und es sind schöne und immer mehr glänzende Trichome erkennbar. Das untere Drittel der Pflanze habe ich nochmal ein bisschen ausgedünnt und die Triebe rausgeschnitten. Die Bedingungen im Growschrank sind für die Blütephase aktuell Top! Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement.
