03/03/25. It’s flip time! Day 1 flower let’s go This runtz definitely gotta have this name because of the candy. Nothin small about this girl. She’s a wild beast. I did use some lst clips on her to move her branches out a bit because her leaves are just huge.. and sticking all over everywhere. I didn’t keep following up with more lst clips as I’ve done with some others this grow. I kinda like her being all wild and doing what she wants. If she could talk she’d say -can’t be tamed! Okay, okay..so she’s skipping watering day today. Her soil is a bit damp still today, so I will wait until tomorrow. If we’re going based off last watering, she will be drinking a bit over a gallon, with run off. I was going to skip watering because I normally feed every other watering, but with as crazy as she’s going, and the fact that she’ll be putting in some extra work now, I’ll be feeding her again. I’ve kind of been showcasing plant #2 most recently just because I feel she is probably more standard in appearance. Plant #1 (Mellow Yellow) was born a pale color and through her life she’s always had yellow new growth, and as she pushed out more growth, the leaves would green, and the next new growth would come out yellow. It’s a crazy sight to see now that the whole top looks yellow. I initially thought something was wrong with her, or her nutrition, but she’s just always been this way, and has grown perfectly fine. I guess we will see if she seems to have any problems in flower. Should be interesting. Oh, and, her feedings/waterings are the same as her sisters. Let’s get ready to see some beautiful buds!

Diese Woche kam das Automatische Bewässerungssystem von Mars Hydro mit einem 50L Tank. Ich brauchte alle 8 dripper weil ich im anderen Zelt auch noch die F1er hatte, deshalb hat mich das genaue einstellen 3-4 Stunden Zeit gekostet. Am Ende lief alles gleichmäßig bei 1 min 20 Sek 500ml aus jedem Dripper. Daraus konnte ich mir auf die Sekunde das Benötigte Gießvolumen ausrechnen. Der Tank roch übrigens nicht mal annähernd so schlimm wie ein Pool oder sonstige Hydro Schläuche, was oft in den Kommentaren negativ bewertet wird. Die Pflanzen habe ich weiter ins Netz eingearbeitet und ein letztes Mal mit B-52 und Break Thru Foliar behandelt. Sonst stand nur weiterhin Erholung auf dem Plan, damit die Blüte bald starten kann.

Week 6 is flush week for this amazing girl Snow Panda she is very frosty an dense and super sticky smelling amazing an looking just as good this is one of my favorite girls so far

12/28 - Day 43 / Day 15 Flower - Feed Day Pots were mostly dry on this day. It has been about a week since I last fed them. I've only had two small waterings since last feed, about a half gallon of water for each of my 5 gallons and about 8oz of water for my bonsais. My plants are drying out within about 48 hours of each small watering. For today's feeding I decided to pull Grow Big out of the solution and focus exclusively on bloom nutes. My solution consisted of: - 1 gallon distilled water - 4ml CalMag - 2 tsp of FF Big Bloom (2/3 dose) - 1 tsp of FF Tiger Bloom (1/2 dose) - pH: 6.7 - TDS: 582 - EC: 1.2 The pH of my solution was down around 5.3 when first mixed so I pH'd up with baking soda to get to a final pH of 6.7. I gave each of my 5 gallons about a half gallon of the fertigated water each which wasn't enough to produce runoff. I gave them each about another 1/4 gallon distilled water to generate enough runoff to test. I tested the runoff of my Z52 which gave me readings of: - pH: 6.4 -TDS: 1620 -EC: 3.3 I gave about 12oz of fertigated water to each of my bonsais. My ZB2 runoff posted readings of: - pH: 6.8 - TDS: 718 - EC: 1.5 **************************************************** 12/30 - Day 45 / Day 17 Flower Pots were close to dry so gave each of the girls a light watering. Gave about 1/4 gallon of de-chlorinated, pH'd water to each of the 5 gallons and 6oz to the bonsais. Everything looking good aside from the fact that my girls are getting too tall for my tent. I've ratcheted my lights up as far as they'll go but the tops are now starting to get within 12". May need to take action to lower the canopy. **************************************************** 1/1 - Day 47 / Day 19 Flower Happy New Year! Pots were getting pretty dry again so provided another light watering with no nutes. **************************************************** 1/2 - Day 48 / Day 20 Flower I am officially concerned with the the distance between the tops and my lights. After reading a few forums to see what other growers have done in my situation, the consensus feedback is to do some supercropping. I ended up supercropping both of the main stems on my 5 gallon pots. I counted three nodes from the top, massaged the stem a little bit where I planned to bend and and then bent each branch to almost 90 degrees. Luckily, the stems didn't snap or show any signs of breakage. Had to remove the shelf in what should be a second compartment of my tent and attempted to do a little LST to widen my plants and lower their canopy.

2nd week of flower.... Stretching well and very even thanks to the scrog as one branch will always seem to go crazy with its stretch so just weave it back through the net and bring it back down to canopy height. 3 ml 3ml grow n bloom were now up too and no burnt tips so I think were in the sweet spot at the moment and reading her very well!! A field of tops is what we like and a field of tops is what we see thanks to all our lst bending and tying down and then the introduction of the net has given us our desired result and I would give it a solid 8 out of 10 for execution this time round so I'm really happy with how it's going so far. The genetics are resilient and resistant to alot so if your harm your wedding gelatos you really need to think about dialing it back a touch and giving her the freedom she wants. Smell is amazing and we ain't even got bud yet!!! @rqs they really have done wonders creating this strain and I reccomend to all gardeners high-ly 😉 The rqs easy boost organic nutrition: (only using on one plant as a test run) Has worked brilliant so far throughout these first 7 weeks but have noticed some fading on a couple fan leaves.. I had the option of topping it up by sprinkling more granules on the top soil or using the easy booster and I chose the latter and within a day or so I'm noticing the health is fully restored and all new growth is a lovely healthy green.... half way through my verdict is it's a very good product and makes feeding time easy and quicker for the gardener so at this moment in time I can say it's something worth investing in.. This week went real well ! Today is day 50 an these girls are doing 😀! Switched up the nutrients a little bit , instead of 3tsp of Floragrow they get 1 tsp now, and on the Florabloom they will get 3tsp instead of 1 ! Not much changes at all just those an that’s all! 2 of the wedding cheesecakes decided they were gonna stretch out a bit but no problem raised the up the other girls a little bit so it is all growing the same size an they are all loving it! They are starting to smell real nice can’t wait till further into to flower but we are getting there ! Day 35: This week I was busy again with work (60hours this week) + Christmass days with family + friends(4days every evening). So you can gues, i asked my friend again to take care of them. Well he did kind off, but he forgot to adjust the lights and dance the plants arround(shuffle them, sorting by height). What happend? They stretched out because of the heat and he gave them to much water everyday, he tried to do his best this time but he did the imposible, he overwaterd cocos soil. As you can see the leafs dropped downward indicating overwatering or pests. In my case, luckly, the first one. Luckly easy to fix. Also spotted some stress in stems due stretching, something i cannot fix. Look at week 4, pictures of day 28, thats my work after I fixed it for days and now look at this week.... For f**k sake lol. Because of this stretching it looks really crowded now instead of a beautifull equal cantopy. if you look at picture one to the plants in the right corner, those are the heights I want them to be. There are still some plants that fell behind and barely recoverd since last time. For the new week I will have to make a choice to eighter keep them and hope they still grow some while flowering or I will need to get rid of them in exchange the others will have more space. I might thoose the last option. Thats it for this week, see y'all in the next.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Well! It's been a week here! We've cut down two girls so far and have to cut the third down tonight. She literally fell over lol. Trichimes are looking good. Sour diesel autoflower from SeedsMafia 🌱 Dropped the seed in the water on 20.08.2021, it was in water for ~24 hours, then transplanted it to damp paper towel and kept it in a dark space, wasn’t too warm in there though 😕 The seed popped in the next day, I kept the seed in the paper towel for ~48 hours and then planted it into the pot with the sprout headed down 👍🏼
