56 days!!!!! wow this week it really rained a lot, there were storms during which we had to bring the girl inside so that she wouldn't be broken by the strong wind:) but all that stopped, and the nice weather has already started:) The girl's flowers are starting to grow a little, which is very pleasing:) good luck to everyone:)

Hello Growmies, We're in the third week of vegetative growth with our Epic Buzz plants by Anesia, and they are a sight to behold with their rich green leaves signaling strong health. The growth has been consistent, with new leaves unfurling and the central stem gaining girth, ready to support future flowering. The root development, while not visible, is indicated by the stable and healthy growth above ground. Our watering schedule is on point, with the roots expected to be expanding in kind to support the lush foliage. Feeding these plants has been a regimented process. We've been nurturing them with a mix of Orca, Rhizotonic, and pH-ed water, providing 100 ml of this concoction every three days. The plants are responding well, showing no signs of nutrient burn or deficiency, which is exactly what we want to see at this stage. There have been no issues with pests or environmental stressors, which is a testament to the vigilant care they've been receiving. As we keep our environment stable, we'll continue to see such positive trends in their growth. Looking ahead to the fourth week, we'll keep a close eye on how the plants are reacting to their nutrients. Adjustments will be made if necessary, and we may start to think about training techniques to help them grow wide and ready for a bountiful flowering period. Hello all and welcome to the much anticipated beginning of vegetation for these five Epsilon F1 Autos from Royal Queen Seeds. Allow me to introduce Ally, Normani, Lauren, Dinah, and Camila. All five girls have pushed put their 2nd node (3 fingers) and node 3 is on the way out. I expect all five girls to take off from here, and so the next seven days are going to be big. I will start fertigation today. For comparison purposes the Day 1 here means Day 1 of veg. For Ally, Normani, and Lauren this is day 11 since breaking ground, for Dinah day 10, and for Camila it is day 9. For the rest of this grow I will increment days from here but it's really easy to work out days since breaking ground as it is a simple matter of day + 10, 9, or 8 respectively. Day 1: Fertigated 2l. Day 2: Right ok. Can you actually believe this response in 24h? The poor girls were STARVING. Wow look at the change in color! Wow look at the growth!! Ally is most advanced, Camila least. It is fascinating so see them develop! They are growing faster and faster now. So let us talk about the elephant in the room a little bit. Phenotypes. At the moment there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that this crop will be anything other than uniform. Nevertheless there are some clear differences in some of the girls. So let's have a look shall we: Ally (center), Normani (closest to the middle purple basil), and Lauren (opposite side to Normani): These three girls are not quite identical, but it is a pretty challenging game of spot the difference. Dinah: Okay so Dinah is coming in noticeably darker than her sisters, with a little more tendency to claw, and with quite a bit larger and more angular serrations. Her first leaves are also a different shape. Camila: Little Camila had a twin, but I killed her with some overzealous tweezing before I realised what I had. She came in with only one cotyledon, and she came in last. Her first leaves are quite different to the rest of Fifth Harmony. She is also showing slighty more narrow leaves. She is lastly also very slightly more pale than her sisters. Are these phenotype differences? I mean in terms of the environment, feeding, watering, substrate, temperature, light, airflow... well these girls are all in the same pot, so unless I am particularly haphazard in my mixing and fertigation (which I can assure you I am not) I do not think it likely that these ladies have significant enough environmental difference to account for these quite clear visual differences. I am absolutely fascinated to continue to witness this, and it has only now occurred to me what a great privilege it is to be able to grow the world first F1 cannabis hybrids, and what an astounding honor to be one of the very first hobby growers to do so! The fact that RQS made this happen by not only supplying the seeds and other merch and goodies, but also sending expedited international shipping so as to fit within my arbitrary timescales is almost unbelievable. When these guys (on their website) say that it is their belief and mission to forge the path to worldwide legalisation, they are not hollow corporate whispers, it is their core of being. Cannabis everywhere is truly blessed to have such a worthy and proactive ambassador. Bravo RQS! I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 3: Well look at this growth again!! These ladies have responded to feeding really well. Fertigated 3l. Day 4: Growth is accelerating fast, these ladies will be ready for their first training soon. I am starting to formulate an idea what to do. I am thinking of topping Ally and LST on the rest. Day 6: Fertigated 3l. Ladies growing fast now. Will soon be time to start training. However! The secondary nodes are developing strongly. Hmmm Day 7: Fertigated 3l. Defoliated the three fingered leaves from Ally and tucked the five fingered under other plants. End if week summary: Well when they said "hybrid vigour" they were not joking. Look at day 1 and day 7 side by side after approx 6 days into veg growth. Wow.

Day 43 12/08/24 Monday Feed today, it was warm again so they drank the whole 300ml each so I have topped up another 150ml to see run off to prevent salt build up. Day 48 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Orange bud is tall!! Top her next time. Critical orange is lovely and compact. She has performed very good with the lst method, nice plant, fast growth, quality flowers, it's a very good choice for everyone who's looking for a good quality strain at affordable prices. We've made it to week 3! (10/12/20) I'm very happy with how the girls are going, they have definitely put in a HUGE amount of work over the past 7 days. Plants 3 & 8 are very similar(extremely fat leaves & extra bushy) Plants 1 & 5 are similar (smaller phenos reacting to nutes slightly differently) & Plants 2, 4, 6 & 7 seem to be a cross between the previously mentioned phenos(not too small and not too big/bushy & reacting to nutes fine) Feel free to compare Week 1, 2 & 3 to see the differences. Nutes are staying the same this week, although I will be spacing feedings out a little bit further(18 hours-ish), as well as feeding straight PH'd water once a fortnight. I am contemplating hooking my simple drip-to-waste irrigation system up, although the girls are pretty close to the medium still and the halos sit 5-10cm above the medium, meaning fan leaves would be drooping onto the wet halos, so I'll give it another week and see how they're doing :) Update 11/12/20 - day 22 The girls have beefed up quite a bit over the last 24 hours, I'm really looking forward to seeing a stretch soon :) No feeding today & will water plain ph'd water tomorrow. Update 12/12/20 - day 23 Gave the girls straight ph'd water today with little run off. Veg growth is really starting to boom now, looking forward to seeing where this grow goes! I'm gladly accepting any tips or tricks, as I'm still only a beginner to indoors. Update 13/12/20 - day 24 Girls are looking great today, not much to report. They didn't get a feed or watering today as the medium was still wet after a pure watering yesterday. Update 14/12/20 - day 25 There's been a big increase in growth over the past 24 hours. All the girls besides the 2 smaller phenos look 100% happy, the smaller ones have looked a little weird since day 1(Weird as in colour of the fan leaves look deficient of something, but I'm not sure what. The girls will be getting a full feeding today. There's still no signs of sex but they are feminised seeds. Update 15/12/20 - day 26 Girls are looking happy today. Temps are back to normal after a heat wave in my city(its only going to get hotter from here on out). No feeding/watering today, pots are heavy/wet enough. Started using iphone for photos now, my only lens for my DSLR is useless for most grow related photos. I will upgrade my lens before next grow. I received my new silenced fan today! I couldnt be any happier :) It is a silenced Sigilventus SE-A150J, which I have set-up with a brand new Can-lite carbon filter. I went from a rocket loud eBay fan to a completely silent inline EC fan :D I hope the girls like the silence! Update 16/12/20 - day 27 The girls are continuing to boom! and I'm over the moon about it :D I gave them a full feeding today. I have seen white pistils coming out of calyx's on most of the girls, so i'm hoping they start to flower soon. I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine at 40-50% for 70% of the day, but the remaing 30% of the day it goes up to 60-65%. Temps stay the same in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day. Thanks for viewing! :)

Hello world! It was the last week before the harvest for my strong and hardy bush dark phoenix. I continue to clean the substpat with water with the right level of ph Today is the last day of the purge. At the end, the water off plant was close to 200 ppm, which corresponds to the level of my drinking water. I'm watering the last time today and turning off the lights for 2-3 days, making the flowers extra stressful, and directing the remnants of fertilizer and salts to the root system. Please watch photos and video of the last week. The flowers turned out to be very dense and medium-sized with about a tangerine. Smell with northern notes, menthol, citron, earthy smell. 🍀😇🤗👌

She’s still building I think and her trichomes are currently mostly white (~75%) with 25% clear and still 0% amber. When do you think I should start fading?

I've only been trying this setup for a few weeks with 2 nutrients keep it simple with my top soil admenments once every 14-30 applied with ?worm casting then water only for days when im busy. Keep growing gardeners out there!!!

So not really much to report this week either, buds started filling out abit and end of week 3 all plants were defoliated to expose the lower buds to more light penetration. Unfortunately I didn't get any many videos or pics this week.

14. Woche, P1 fällt morgen, die ist soweit gut denke ich (ca. 20% aufwärts Bernstein Trichome). P2 braucht leider noch ca. 1 woche länger. 93. Tag ist für P1 das Ende, sie wurde heute vorgetrimmt und zum trocknen aufgehängt. Ergebnisse gibt es wenn die P2 auch geerntet wird, denke nächste Woche um die Zeit. Aber eins kann ich euch versichern, is mit Abstand die schwerste die ich ist jetzt hatte😊🍀🍀. Gebt euch auch mal wie viele Trichome die gute produziert hat, Duft is noch sehr pflanzlich, Blüten sind ziemlich fest gewesen hoffe das es nach dem trocknen noch so ist. Alles in allem super Run. Hoffentlich is die gute bei den Top 10 das wäre ein träumchen, wobei ich es wirklich jedem gönne zu gewinnen und bei soviel starker Konkurrenz geht ich wahrscheinlich unter. ABER was ein geiler Contest trotzdem, hier ein dickes fettes Dankeschön an Zamnesia und Plagron für die Möglichkeit hier überhaupt mitmachen zu dürfen 🙏💙💜 98.
