Another week and a half later I believe. The tentacles have started to take more of the baby nuggetito form. Slowly you can see the flowers starting to make little bud-nuggets. Same 12/12 lights, 3 day water cycle, LST, and removing any extremely small looking buds on the lowest nodes branches. The fan leaf stems have gone a little purple in colour, and the trichomes are starting to show up (Wazzzaaaaa). I presume the purple because of the drop in general temperature because of winter.

Picking the odd leaf off but it's pretty much just doing its own thing other than having to feed her . She smells really nice with lots of bud sites and has some visable trichome production now .

A great week. Included a diagram so you can better tell which plant is which. I will be changing that up come flower to better fit the plants so I'll label them later as well. Gonna flip to flower I believe to try and save space. Gonna be tight but wasn't planning that this time. I got some BT var israelensis or something close to that for the fungus gnats thanks to @resimax and will test that. Lastly, you might catch a glance at the upcoming diary...

A lot of rain and wind, continuously. Temps have dropped as well. I’m reading another week or two to chop this plants. Sativa dominant hybrids did the best, the Fastberry and the banana purple punch did not really develop as the other two. In specifics the cbd crack developed sizable buds, and the blue dream as well, the flowers are not as developed tight and dense as in the indoor grow. A bit of fox-tailing nothing too expressive. Minimal work, as per the setup chosen, an no extra nutes this week.

1/23/2023 Started my 48 hour flush and my 48 hours of light yesterday at 8:00am EST. I provided a picture of the Tricomes from the last day of Week 8 for reference and have put pictures of the first day of Week 9 after 24 hours of flush and 24 hours of light. I will do the last set of picturestomorrow after the complestion fo the 48 hours of light and the 48 hours of Flush.. And then TIMBER!!! Cut it down get it into the Freeeze dryer and then start enjoing my harvest Wed afternoon. This has been a fun grow but really excited about the one right behind this. I have a new tent, a new light and gonna be a lot of fun. 1/24/2023- Started Harvest at 2:00pm and after wet trimming and cutting it all down I got done around 1:30am. First round into the Freeze dryer for dry trim tomorrow. 1/25/2023- Dry trim, Second round into the Freeze dryer, Time to also clean up the equipment for the Yoda Soda Grow. Come on 1 Feb

Everything is looking good so far. They’re all done stretching and the cheese and black garlic have stretched the most. I adjusted each plant with boxes to create a more even canopy. Buds are swelling up nicely. The two black berry breath plants are looking swollen and fantastic. I don’t like the structure and bud size of the black garlic plants and will not be running them again. Although, they’re getting quite keify and the breeder claims they have a genetic trait that make them put on most of their weight late in flower. So far I’m not too impressed by their size. The seedsman Badazz OG cheese has got good node spacing and structure but has very little trichs and smaller buds. I was just running the cheese to test old European genetics and my bias is starting to confirm my bias. Dutch and Euro genetics are shit. The slurricane #4 is looking fantastic in terms of frost but the buds are lacking a little in size. I’m going to do the 21 day strip today. I should have done most of this defoliation earlier in veg but right now is still fine. Ice cream cake #1 hermed which isn’t at all surprising so I scrapped her. At least it gives me more space to get in and tend to the rest of the plants. I got a pump sprayer to get in a bit closer to the plants as well.

This week, we enter Week 4 of Flower, and the energy is shifting — it’s subtle, like a foggy winter morning where everything is still, but alive with quiet anticipation. Our beloved Runtz girls — phenos 1 through 5 — are beginning to reveal themselves fully, forming those early floral structures (the “ears,” you know the ones 🌱💚), and each one is expressing her beauty in unique, yet strikingly similar ways. This kind of uniformity only proves how stable and powerful these Zamnesia genetics truly are. They are fulfilling the scrog like queens — compact, bushy, and ready for the next phase. This week, I noticed a slight decoloration in the leaves — just a whisper of pale green — and it felt like the perfect moment to adjust the feeding to bring out that lush vibrancy again. We’re now running the following dosages in our reservoir: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • System Clean: 0.25 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-In-One Liquid: 2 ml/L • Plagron Green Sensation: 1 ml/L This blend brings us to an EC of 2.225 and a pH of 6.07 — right in the sweet spot. Let’s see these ladies rise up and glow 🌞 Since it’s been a little cold — temps started the week around 16°C and are now slowly climbing up to 23°C, with a humidity of about 50%, this gives us a VPD of around 1.50, which is still looking great considering the lower ambient conditions. CO₂ is sitting at 1000+ ppm, and light intensity is cruising around 550-600 PPFD, which we’ll increase in the coming weeks to match their needs as they bloom. The Autopots keep our medium at 53% moist like clockwork, but I’ve added a water heater to the reservoir — aiming to gently raise soil temperature by warming the solution. That 16°C in the substrate wasn’t doing us any favors, so let’s bring the roots a little cozy love. Everything we do, we do with intention and care. Visually, this week feels like a quiet fog has settled — like watching the garden through a soft lens. This one is definitely taking her time but its looking like the end product will be worth the wait, im getting an almost lemony aroma from the tent now. Edit: 5 days on I've just started the flush since trichs are turning cloudy.

Hola amigos! Buenos humos a todos! 🌊🤙 La semana anterior no hice actualización, pero he estado haciendo lavado de raíz casi en todas las plantas. La humedad acá es todo un reto, 3 ventiladores, 1 deshumidificador y 1 extractor no es suficiente para 1.5m2. No hay forma de bajar del 70%. Hasta arroz he puesto en la base de las macetas. He tenido nuevamente problemas con botrytis y tuve que cortar algunas colas o parte de ellas. Esto es lo peor que puede pasar ya en la última semana. También tuve otro problema, pues a pesar de nunca haber tenido un macho en casa, ni haber detectado alguna hermafrodita, una de las AK47 apareció polinizada y está echando semillas (ya al final de la floración) . Tuve que cortar varias ramas y flores para detener esa producción y así la planta termine de madurar. No sé cómo irá a quedar esa marihuana con ese problema, pero por el tiempo que queda, no creo que termine de formar por completo las semillas. Otra opción pudo ser estrés por exceso de PK o por exceso de calor (más de 27C). Leí que esta sepa es propensa a crear flores macho por estas causas. Todo lo demás anda bien. Les dejo unas pocas fotos y un video rápido. Hoy estoy limpiando un poco y esta un poco desordenado.
