Runoff ph is a bit high this time. Don’t know why. Around 6.8. Average ph going in is 6.0. Also the big fan leaves on ice cream cakes are kind of strange shaped. Will see how they are going to look later.

Day 64 - Starting week 10 and she is getting sticky and stinky. I did a pretty decent defoliation tonight, just to try and get some of the undergrowth going. The way she’s going, she might only have 2-3 weeks left but I have plenty of meds right now so I’m not in any sort of rush. I see ZERO signs of any sort of nute burns so I’m really starting to like the new nutes and so easy to mix. Day 65 - Looking great right right now and went ahead and lowered the lights a bit, they’re now about 12” above the canopy. I had 3 other grows going on but for the second time in a couple months the wife left the tent open this morning and didn’t check before she left the room and one of our cats was in there and they destroyed my 3 little ones but left this and my Sour Raspberry Kush alone so deciding what to start next. She’s good on water until the weekend sometime. Day 66 - Ended up having to give her about a gallon and a half of water tonight, she ended up drinking up what was left I guess. The lights being about 12” away seem to be doing her good and not bothering her at all. Day 68 - Man oh man, she is frosty as hell and smells really sweet. By the looks of trichs and pistils, I’m probably gonna give her two more weeks until she gets chopped. If she needs longer, I’ll give her more time but I think 2 weeks should be plenty. She drank a ton of water so she might need more either Sunday or Monday. Day 69 - She’s definitely ready for some more water but gonna hold off for another day, just to let her dry up a bit more. I’m gonna do another defoliation tomorrow as well and she should be good to go till the end. Day 70 - She was ready for water today and gave her another feeding of nutes. This will be the last one and next watering I’ll flush with the Sledgehammer and she’ll just get water until she’s done. She is so damn frosty and sweet smelling, she’s gonna be a pain in the ass to trim.

Week 3 of flower has come & gone without too much stress. Gave the ladies a big last defoliation to help with light penetration and airflow at end of week as they were pretty leafy Runoff was a lot lower than feed so have upped the nutes for this week. Blumats got blocked and have been a pain so whilst I'm not too busy with work over holidays will just hand water them. Day 21 : I had planned to do a 21 day defol and strip her out to encourage her to grow below more but in retrospect , this is not in her interest while she is working the buds . The transfer of energy needed to regrow what I take out will be pointless as she isn't tight for space at all. The height has been kept down well with the LST and supercropping which has allowed the strongest secondaries to become the vertical mains. I am going to be taking some lower scrap out and won't be letting half assed buds take her energy to create popcorn. She has gulped the feeds down with no issues at all and shows signs of being a good yielder. Her budlets are fairly loose structures at present but her node lengths are ripe for joined up big Cola's. She isn't smelling of anything yet and at 21 days I am pleased with her progression. nice chunky stems and plenty of mains. be safe and sane Growmies

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. I started flushing yesterday. With this heat around here they were fairly dry and took a lot of water but there was 5 gallons of run off water in the barrel when I was done flushing. A few days ago I picked all the dead and crumpled leaves off. there was a 1/2 bucket when I was done. Plant's #3 and # 1 are finished and could be cut down now but I will flush for 2 weeks more. Plants #2 and #4 will be finished soon. Plant #5 is the only plant that will be ready at 10 weeks. I took some Taster/Tester clippings yesterday. They will be able to tell me which clones I will want to keep and which can go. I'll talk about me for a bit. At the end of my Purple Paralysis diary I had a swollen tonsil removed and it was sent away to be tested. The test said it was cancerous and the tumor was right up to the edge of the cut so they (the cancer doctors) want to cut more of the area around where the tonsil was and give me radiation to kill the cancer virus. The thing is, I've had 3 tests done: a CAT scan. The one they inject you with radio active isotopes that stick to the cancer and the magnetic imaging test. All tests have showen No Cancer in the upper part of my body. I'm over 60 now and have read about this guy helping people with cancer and said to myself if I ever get cancer I'll try this Rick Simpson Protocol. So I'm on my 2nd batch of RSO. The doctors don't think the cannabis oil will work and still want me to have surgery and radiation but I'm holding my ground and have told them, you get the same rules as I give the dentist. If you can't show me on a test or x-ray what the problem or cavity is I'm not going to let you do anything. With faith and hope I'm putting my life into the cannabis oil treatment. The doctors will see me every 3 months and check my neck for lumps and put a camera down my nose and throat hoping to see something they can cut out and make some big medical bucks (You know the comic The doctor says to the nurse "This will pay for my kids braces") They will consider the cancer dead after 5 years. Wish me luck. Chuck.

This week wasn't as bad as last week 😊 Nights were cold 😰, but not to much rain 😿 and a few hours of sun 😍 Temperatures in the greenhouse were medium : during the day 20°C 💀; min temp 3.5°C ; max temp 31,7°C 😤 Cookies Gelato has turned completely purple 👍👍👍 I defoliated the plants 😙 and had to remove budrot (especially in the Cookies Gelatoes)😨 I took the prettiest Cookies Gelato outside for a photo session in my garden 😍 Probably these will be the last pictures of the plans, before harvesting ! 👍😄

D67 removed ScrOG and repeated LST on left plant so lower buds will get more light. There is not enough space in tent to do the same with the right plant.

These girls are looking like they are sprayed with fake snow...lol so sticky icky to play with. Took off a lower outside branch for scoping and these girls are looking close. They have signs of some amber and we are gonna let them go a bit longer to harvest closer with the alien tech hopefully. They definitely didn’t like being neglected a little bit and ph/Ec swung a bit in the middle of flowering and cause some issues a bit, nothing major though. Definitely not for the beginning grower that’s for sure, very finicky...lol got the nutrients lowered for the last week and then there getting the chop! Critical x Animal Cookies is doing well now under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She did have 2 neem oil treatments this week when the neighbor plant showed mites. I think I found a way to treat them without damaging the leaves a lot. She got some training today, and hopefully a lot of growth to follow. She has some catching up to do. I’ve kept almost all the fertilizer, light, and environmental parameters the same. I did a good defoliation to improve airflow, since I was having a bit of trouble lowering the humidity. This also helps the light penetrate better through the buds, allowing them to develop more fully.

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. And lastly, I have to address the 'elephant in the room'. Yes, it looks like she's got some seeds in her flowers. She's in my 4x8 with seven other ladies and, unbeknownst to me, my Do Si Dos #33 developed some male flowers that were EXTREMELY small and well hidden. As a result, she got fertilized. This happened so late into flower that I decided to go ahead and finish her out. My hopes are that I get some viable seeds which should be an interesting F1 cross between these two. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's just starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which, according to the breeder, will be here in around three weeks +/- but nothing is cut in stone so I'll let the trichomes determine when she's ready...ya never know, could be a lot sooner! 🤪 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this 11-12 Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 77-84 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder for best taste/yield and will probably go closer to the 9 weeks +/- which is the minimum recommended flowering period for this strain, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. The one plant that has always been under the cobbs is a couple of weeks ahead. They are all fattening up and the smell is great. Humidity in the tent has dropped, this is due to the outside weather changing and running a 6" fan 24/7. I may start the flush on the one plant, will decide in a few days. Cheers

Divine Seeds 2025 Auto Contest AK-47XL Auto 👉Sponsored Grow👈 W9 F5 I wish I could share this week’s weather with you. It was sunny and comfortable in the 70-80s with 50% humidity. This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My AK-47XL is short under 3 feet and has good node spacing so there is space for air flow. The buds forming don’t have many hairs yet but the trichomes forming on the sugar leaves are visible. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are tight throughout. This may be a concern for bud rot if the rain and humidity return. I’ll keep a close watch, but so far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. Good week so far !! On to my last strength of nutrients !! Then the flush begins. Girls are starting to bulk up. Had to purchase a dehumidifier to keep the humidity down this week. Wish I knew exactly how long this strain went.. any idea ?
