Jack herer is doing alright for a cold space grow. She started showing her first pistils. So her preflowering stage has started. I imagine she will start to stretch soon. I don't see her getting really big with the cooler growing temps. I could be wrong though. Day 56 of70 flowering: I was going to harvest during this week as she has hit the 8 weeks i read is her cycle. I then read another that had her as a 9-10 week flowering strain !!!. Looking at her now , she looks like another week would be possible for her as she doesn't quite look ready. Her buds are fairly loose and airy butshe doesnt have the size or bulk of her mother at all. better looking to a pint but nowhere near the size on her mains. She smells nice and fruity up close and had a few trichs starting to sprinkle around the leaf sets now finally. I dont think inwould grow this strain again as it has been major dissapointment both times i tried now. Lets see what she yields ?. UPDATE DAY 57. following good advice from Silky smooth , i have nipped the top few pistils of the main buds to encourage some girth hopefully. Thanks Silky

This week went real well! All 5 of the Twenty20 Ogreberry Autos and the 1 Fastbuds Bruce Banner have successfully germinated and sprouted up from the soil!! This upcoming week we will start giving these girls a heavy feeding of nutrients PH d at 6.5 an see how they react , most likely will love it!! Temperature an humidity has been on point, through out the day we reach 70-75 degrees an a nice humidity of 65%which is always nice ! Hope you all enjoy an keep them eyes peeled for next week !! This plant is exactly what you would expect from it gets orange and yellow all around when fading smells just crazy of 🍊 got some good sized buds all around it this plant just reeeeks it’s so gassy but straight orange super strong can smell the orange before even getting close very sticky but not to frosty on sugar leafs at all had some nice calyx development was always a happy plant even when under fed fully organic 444 and 284 Gaia green Had tons of calaxs when I trimmed it up it was kinda crazy thick buds all dense and smell sooo good very sticky plant would definitely recommend this as a orange smelling bud always needed more calmag on this one

So Runtz auto is still hanging in there. I was feeding strong as it is my first time using Plagron. I cut back on feed amounts and have increased irrigation. She should snap out of it soon. I have still been having issues updating. So hopefully this goes through. These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. I could moniter the humidity through my Inkbird humidity controller.

Week 3 Veg - Thus far running accordingly. No signs of stress or deficiencies. Introduced a Co2 bag (Exhale 265) to run into early flowering. *End of week recap* (08/27) User error during LST for both - Gave heavy nutes to assist on the rebound - Minor chance of stunting Besides the LST error - Running smoothly - Light flower will begin in 2 weeks.

I planted the seed on March 31 Easter and 8 days later they all sprouted . I literally throw em in the soil. Didn’t use paper towel nor let it soak in water. I had this strain yrs in freezer and grew previous strains before from Elev8 like Granny Apple Fritter, HeadCake , Magic Monkey etc last harvest was Birthday Runtz. I be wanting to clone but I am still trying out diff as well looking for a keeper. Now willing to show my work on their discord plus on here diaries to seewhat I can do with their genetics.

This beautiful girl got the chop. All I can say is Wow. It went full on beastmode in the Cannpot system which is a self watering pot through a wicker system. The pungent sweet and sour smell, followed by dense colorful flowers it's a growers dream. The total wet weight came to a whopping 1014g. Over all was fun to grow especially watching the flowers swell in the final weeks before harvest. Did very little besides a defoliation and lollipop and started feeding Athena Blended line around week 2. Happy Growing.

Start week 7

Finally got round to getting this diary finished. Sorry it took so long to update, I’ve been really busy 🤷‍♂️😸 I harvested these plants just shy of two weeks ago. I took some pictures just prior to harvest. The buds came out extremely dense even though they both foxtailed. The pictures of the dry buds don’t really do them justice. They look a bit rough trimmed, not quite as well manicured as to my usual standard, but it smokes smooth and that’s all that matters 😸 The taste is thick and lingers in the mouth, you can almost chew it! It has a really strong OG Kush taste, not had much wedding cake in my time so can’t tell if that’s coming through at all 🤷‍♂️ Yielded pretty good this time round, got around 3oz per plant. All the buds were solid so not much trim to use for Rosin, but what little I did get gave me some 🔥 Rosin in return. I’ve uploaded a video of what I made.
