Week 2 went well. Plant 1 kicked off the bloom cycle with a bang, plant 2, still asleep I guess🤷‍♂️ finally showing a flower formation on day 14. Plant 1 was showing after 34 hours of dark, day 2. As far as the canopy goes, 74 out of 81 squares filled. I'm guessing one more tucking session in a week and we sit back and watch. Cranked up the food to, again, what general hydro recommends at this stage aswell as some bud start I had a sample of from a buddy. I dont intend on buying any magic potions this time around, just the future harvest samples I have. Setup needs a reformat, at that point I will settle on a nutrient line for the next grow. The root mat seems to be working as I hoped. How this affects yield/quality vs extra veg who knows🤷‍♂️ but more roots more buds right? I'm also zeroing in on the dryback cycles which I believe is causing more branching and less tap root entanglement. Hard to capture but the root mat is a crisp white for the most part. In the photos, the dead yucky brown rot looking portions are actually only slightly darkened. Hopefully light leak, not fungus as the brown is only on mature roots and not slimy in the slightest. What can I say about barneys ayahuasca purple. Its purple already😅 I must add, flower set is a beautiful thing. The anticipation is building, fingers crossed🤞

January 16, 2019 Everything is moving along nicely now. Bud sites are building day by day. This week I fed some Recharge and some Espoma Organic Bloom (available at most big box stores). I’ve had it kicking around since last season and figured I should use it up before it goes bad. I’m looking into more organic nutrient options for the future. I’m not sure I’m ready to start making my own organic compost teas yet. But BioBizz seems like they will take care of what I’m looking to accomplish without needing to make my own teas (fingers crossed). I removed the house plant that brought in the bugs and everything is back to normal now, no new bug damage. I finally received and read “True Living Organics” by The Rev. Its a good book, but growing the “TLO” way is vastly different from other growing methods I’ve read. I’m going to have to read this one again before making any comments. Thanks to all of the answers on CO2. Seems like its more valuable with larger setups than I’m running.

Thought I'd show you guys some root growth. The 3 plants in the video are all gorrila zkittlz.... Non of which look the same or are growing the same way lol. No complaints its just interesting too see such difference characteristics from the same strain. GS#3 The tallest isn't as busy but has huge root growth and strong branches (thinest leaves darkest green) GS#1 The smallest the probability the most symmetrical but shortest in root growth (widest leaves and lightest green leaves) GS#2 The Mid size plant is basically a mix of both all round

Pure Ice cream close is doing great. I hst her canopy early week. I switched her light time to 12/12 today to get the flowering process going. I also trimmed out a lot of bottom growth and started defoliation on the dense canopy. I will be doing more in about 2 weeks. Mainly I am concerned with keeping her stretching down. So she don't get too close to the light. Every thing has been going well for most part. A few Challenges ahead, but I think I will get through them. Feels like energy drinks, positive, 100% youre high and lit, extreme ripped. Smell is slight citrus, this is very sweet tasting and smelling because of my methods of growing. Oozing sticky like an industrial adhesive. Daytime smoke, ripped no couchlock. Wenn sich diese Genetik von Traphouse Genetics ähnlich verhält wie die erste Permanent Marker, erwarte ich hier am Ende zwar keine extrem fetten, schweren Einzelbuds, dafür aber eine Vielzahl an sehr langen, dünneren Blütensträngen. Da die Triebe jetzt schon recht lang und grazil wirken, gehe ich stark davon aus, dass wir hier später im Verlauf der Blüte definitiv zusätzliche Stützen oder Jo-Jos brauchen werden, um das Gewicht der Masse zu tragen. Aktuell konzentriert sich die Pflanze voll auf die Harzproduktion, und die Trichombildung nimmt von Tag zu Tag sichtbar zu.
