Buds keep growing! However, the two Mandarin Punch (Auto) buds grow slower than the two photoperiod plants. Watering as usual, see report in the pictures for more info. The tips of the leaves continue to slowly getting brown so I increased the dosage of the Biobloom. I'm now adding nutrient as advised by the datasheet compared to past weeks where the dosage was reduced. Let's see if it helps. I continued to remove some leaves here and there. Plants heights at the end of the week: Honey Melon Haze : 120cm (+0) O.G. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. Really happy with what's going on. I don't want to over do her on the nutrition so keeping it on the lower end, watering every 2-3 days. Lots of new growth under the 2nd bigger fan leaves. Looking forward to seeing what she has to offer. Another watering planned for tonight, she is feeling a little bit light. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Already a nice smell filling my room. Nice new growth from underneath canopy growing into the light. Also leaves are getting much bigger on top. Happy growing

Aug 23: Sunday Punch EV is very fast and is getting close to ready. The buds are getting quite big and are weighing down the branches. Without the Scrog net she would be too floppy for all these buds. Plants are a bit too green lately so maybe there’s too much N still, but she’ll grow out of it. For pH adjustments I use apple cider vinegar normally but I ran out last week and was using malt vinegar. That must be one of the sources of excess N so I switched to regular white vinegar. Anyway, she is a very impressive plant. Aug 27: getting noticeably frostier. Hot again today. Increased water volume to about 9 L per day done as three 3 L waterings in morning, afternoon and finally in evening. Adding potassium silicate still to water and adjusting pH with vinegar and then adding a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent (surfactant) and the smell supposedly keeps bugs away. Unfortunately there are hardly any insects around any more, so, yay. Aug 28: flash pics before using red light. Don’t do flash pics of your plants if you don’t follow it up with a red light. Still seems a bit risky but this is the fourth year doing it and it seems fine.

Back with a new week, the beginning of week 6 and wow, the girls are really starting to show off their fall colours and frosty colourful buds. EC has been slightly lowered and I have dropped cal-mag to ensure a good flush later on in the grow. PK has been increased and the girls are fattening up. pH has been drifting so trying to keep a close eye on this to enable the correct uptake of essential nutrients at this critical stage. So the at the start of week 4 the girls have taken a beating from the pesticide that I spray on them, had to take off some dying fan leaves. the one plant is recovering nicely while her sister on the other hands need a close eye. This week the girls will get their first watering with actual noots

Hi growmies, thanks for visiting my diary! This week I'm happy to share my plants are in full bloom. Up until now the buds were growing slowly (or not as fast as I wanted 😜), but now they are really fattening up! The smell is strong and the aroma sticks around for hours after opening the door of the growbox. It's not that visible yet on the photos, but the trichromes are growing abundantly on the fan leafs as well. I saw a few HighCloudz diaries where the leafs were completely covered in white sparkles and I'm hoping this lady will turn out just as frosty. As temperatures begin to rise, so does the humidity. I keep the airco running permanently in the room, not so much for climate control but it keeps the air nice and dry. I will share more pics and updates as the week progresses ✌️☘️ Stay tuned and stay high
