Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. 20/03: most of the plants are very near the end - there has been an issue with two kush - severe nute burn - I have hung them up to dry before the burn killed off any of the buds - will cut later this week and add the weight to the overall harvest. 1 more week nutes - 1 week flush and 1 week to dry. The white widow colas are blooming so that the stalks are unable to hold them up - added cable ties to keep everything in place

This plant is growing well, I transplanted them this week into 3 gallon pots from 1 gallon pots. Structure on this plant is pretty nice and visually pleasing to the eye lol.

This week wasn't as bad as last week 😊 Nights were cold 😰, but not to much rain 😿 and a few hours of sun 😍 Temperatures in the greenhouse were medium : during the day 20°C 💀; min temp 3.5°C ; max temp 31,7°C 😤 Cookies Gelato has turned completely purple 👍👍👍 I defoliated the plants 😙 and had to remove budrot (especially in the Cookies Gelatoes)😨 I took the prettiest Cookies Gelato outside for a photo session in my garden 😍 Probably these will be the last pictures of the plans, before harvesting ! 👍😄

12/9: Fed today. Plants are looking much better now. I'll switch them to 12/12 and add extra reds tomorrow. Will also begin UVB stressing immediately. 12/11: Flipped to flower. 12/12: Fed today and sprayed with boom boom spray and axiom harpin proteins. I also added a tablespoon of Happy Frog Cavern Culture to the pots before watering it in. Got the DIY CO2 generator going with a fresh batch of sugar and yeast. 12/16: Fed today. The weird little lava cake just wasn't keeping up with the rest of the crop and I decided to remove her from the garden. For now, she's in my wife's office with our overwintering pepper plants, but I'll take her out to the greenhouse and hide her amidst my broccoli and cauliflower plants tomorrow and see how she does in the cold. 🙏

What can I say this was my largest single yield harvest to date - The BlackBerry OG from Emerald Triangle Seeds are worth growing and just be prepared to have a load of bud to trim, there are other strains that are east to trim than this one, it was laced with sugar leaves and took a while to trim up,, it was in the dry tent for 15 days, honestly I was worried and should have trusted my instinct and left it in longer, this may have made it easier to clean.. If you do not buy this stran and give it a try you are missing out!

Hi guys Been so busy but heres the update on the grow from today, so the stardawg is well into flower, the cheese is doing well although I have snapped the lst cheese twice and taped it back together, the blueberry is doing well and is going to be a beast, potnoodle grow off isn't going to bad, I will get some nitrogen into them as very pale. There is 3 new additions by the name of big budhas blue cheese that I will veg off the back of the autos for the next scrog run. Happy growing guys

Stopped the PK booster and reduced nuets to get ready for flush next week. She will go over a few days (46 -42=4) but its all good. 3/22 D38/F Pics Tricones all milky white and full Flush Tuesday Last feed Monday at half strength 3/23 D39/F Last feeding at half strength but tossed in a dose of Recharge just to see if it matters. doubt it would but it needed using as it hitting its effective date. Utilizo macetas altas de 1,4L que riego con abundante agua, antes de plantar las semillas. Cuando germinan las planto bien etiquetadas y pulverizo agua, sin regar. Así evitamos movimientos indeseados de las semillas. 18h de luz 6h de oscuridad. Los balastros ajustados a 250w. Durante la semana, van saliendo los cotiledones de todas las plantas.

LAST WATER 6/4 6/5 The sun has been relentless and has caused some bleaching and burns on some older leaves. It seems that the gmos ate having the hardest time (except one). It's been extremely hot though. It's overcast and we are supposed to have thunderstorms and a few more mild days. Plants loved tje water yesterday. I hope it does rain. Plants are growing and seem to be surviving. Burns are on old growth. If I notice more I'll put my back tarp up which will block the sun in the afternoon and put them in shade. I wish I had done that earlier. Oh well. With what these girls have encountered and overcome I think I'll be OK. EDIT: IT WAS IN THE 80'S TODAY. PROBABLY HIT 90. I HAD TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND WAS GONE EXPECTING IN THE MORNING THAT THE THUNDERSTORMS WOUKD START. INSTEAD WE HAD A VICIOUSLY SUNNY HOT DAY UNTIL 4PM. AT 4PM SHIT HIT THE FAN AND IT RAINED SO HARD I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE. I LIVE IN MAINE SO I KNOW HOW TO DRIVE IN INCLIMENT WEATHER. THIS WAS ANSOLUTE ZERO VISABILITY. I WANTED TO PUT A TARP UP TO SHIELD THE GIRLS FROM THE SUN BUT I WASNT ABLE TOO. WHEN I GOT TO THE GROW RIGHT BEFORE THE STORM IT HAD RAINED A LITTLE AND IT SMELLED SO GOOD. LIKE SOIL. I THINK THIS DOWNPOUR WILL REALLY HELP THE GIRLS. ONLY TIME WILL TELL. 6/6 Plants faired ok through the storm. The 3 earliest transplants and what WERE the nicest looking gmos are getting some burns and bleaching. It's all on old leaves though. I think they're pulling out of it and will grow through it. Some plants seem to not be stressed at all. With tje elements being the way they have I'm suprised they aren't far worse. I was going to put up my back tarp to block sunlight later in the day but I didn't. The burns are on the other sides of the plants and it's supposed to be overcast with showers for a full day. It's clear right now but the new growth and tops of the plants seem fine now. When I got there a few were limp. As soon as the sun came up though they all perked back up. Only time will tell. 6/7 Showers today. It's good to have a break from that horrific 80-90 degree weather with 90% rh isn't run for me or the plants. Plants are recovering from the burns quite nicely. Obviously the burnt leaves won't repair but they did a good job of shielding some of the others. Things are going. 6/8 Still overcast with showers. I removedc a couple burnt fan leavesxand accidently ripped off a bud site. 6/9 Another overcast day. Rained last night. Soil is saturated from all the rain we've gotten. Plants seem to be settling in nicely. The 3 GMOs that WERE the best looking plants are the ones in the worst shape. The got transplanted a day earlier in a lot of sun and wind. They're coming back though. I've noticed that after it rains and they get even a little sun they grow significantly. Those event horizons are tough. The toasted toffy is a reveg but it looks like its going to be a huge plant. I have the 3 seedlings still in small pots. I'll transplant them soon. 6/10 Overcast and a chance of showers. I removed a few bleached fan leaves on a few of my GMO'S that strain took the most damage. They are bouncing back though. We've had a few dayscof rain and milder weather. Few more days with a chance of showers then back to the sunny days. Plants seem to have come out of shock and out grown the light burn. After the rain, when the sun comes out they grow a noticeable amount. Things are still going fairly well. 6/11 Rained and I didn't do
