After you found some good sector and clone it you let the mycelium grow and fill almost all the petri dish like I did last week. So now you're ready to move forward. Making grain spawn!🍄🍄 For grain you can use Organic Rye Berries, but you can also get away with wheat berries, or brown rice or even corn kernels(which I used myself) ! And you'll need some mason jars or honestly I used some jars that I had home just clean them very well and sterilise before using Making a grain spawn can be broken down into 6 easy steps. 🍄Hydrate Grain By Soaking 🍄Make Specialized Lids 🍄Simmer, Drain and Dry The Grain 🍄Sterilize 🍄Put your agar in the jar 🍄Colonize 🍄Soak the grain by placing it in a bucket, covering in water, and leaving it for 12 -24 hours. Easy. 🍄Drill 1 hole on top of the lid. Right in the center and cover with a small dab of high temperature silicone sealant, and leave it overnight to dry. And your jars are done. There other diff types for different methods like liquid culture etc. But I'm just going roughly through what Ive done. 🍄The next step is to simmer the grains on the stove. This will thoroughly hydrate the grains, and will soften them to make them easier for the mushroom mycelium to consume. Cook soaked grain on the stove for about 15 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long, because eventually all the grain will crack and you’ll get some mushy grain spawn. We don't want that. 🧐After the grains have simmered on a low boil, you’ll need to drain them off. What I did is I drop them in the sink with the drain cover on. The grains will drain over an hour or so, after which you can go ahead and fill your jars. 🍄Once your jars are filled, they need to be sterilised.This kills off all the other nasty contaminants in the grain cover the lids in tinfoil (to prevent water dripping into the lid) and then just pressure sterilise them for about 90 minutes at 15 psi. 🍄After that let them cool down. Get your SAB, wipe down the walls with some alcohol wipes and place the jars inside. And wait untill they will be warm to the touch... not hot and painful 😤patience is key. Bring in your plates that had been stored by you in a dark place. And what u have to do is sterilise your scalpel and just accurately and efficiently decide your mycelium into about 10 pieces and quickly place them in your jar. And complete for every jar u make. You have to be very quick. The more you keep you're jar and your agar plates lids open the more cans they will get contaminated. There certain technics you can see online.. 🍄Ones you're done close all your jars lids tight and Jake your jar so the mycelium pieces will mix around the jar and place them in the dark place to colonize. And just keep waiting... 😅 Untill the mycelium will conquer your grain. Keep your eyes on the jars, any weird smells or colour during the waiting time.. because that would mean you got a contamination going on. Oh yeah and when about 55% of your jar is filled with mycilium shake the sh*t out of it so it will break the mycilium inside and make spread more faster.

Or not, I'll leave that down to you but either way good luck with your grows, stay safe. 28/4/22 Have started these on the voodoo/La Calvera. These versions are from the ppl who hold the pattens and make a lot of ANs formulas. They have just improved upon most of the AN line up but they kept these the same. As they are tried and tested. You can check these out on led-grower.eu/terra-power/ and read up on them for yourself. Going to be running this one differently. As I can only use Terra Power Nutrients that match what AN products I have to make it fair, as it's a comparison grow I won't be using the 50 billion microbes per 1ml enzyme and a few other things. Have to make it as fair as I can. Everything will be the same, (only thing that will be different is the feed charts and how some of terra Power Nutrients can be applied as a foiler spray, I'm going to be following AN/TP grow charts to the letter to make it as fair as possible with decent results). Pot size, transplant/feed/light time Will all be the same. Hopefully soon you'll be able to click on them and look em up when they join GD in the next wk or so. As soon as both plants start to show leafs I will then apply nutrients in a very small dose. Like .5ml/l to start off with and of course I'll use the same amount of nutrients ml/ml. Hopefully the PPM won't go too high in TP as if it is I'll have to use less TP to match the PPM or get it close but if its not off by too much that it won't hurt the plant I'll be running with it. Maybe I'll add the nutrients solo when they start to feed. Both plants have been given 100ml of voodoo/La Calavera 300ppm 6ph 20c temp. 100ml and will apply again in 2 days. And when leafs start to show I'll start them on a weekly base nutrient feed but for waters in between I'll most likely be adding enzymes and root stims on every feed as they have very little EC and won't cause nutrient/tip burn. This is 1 of 6 so far that has been planted. 50% of the strains I have doubled up on, for this 1 though there'll be dif ph/ppm and that which I will add here. Advanced nutrients grow: everything I did above was repeated. PPM was 280 PH was 5.7 temp was 20c. When leafs show I will apply base nutes. I've laid a damp towel down around the pots on the ground to try and bring the RH up to 70+. (Don't fully wet the towel as it won't dry fast enough to make an impact on RH.) 30/4/22 Veg started on both ladies. VD1, both look very nice and just 38hrs in the ground they are both up. When I checked last night they weren't up but I had a feeling some would pop while I was sleeping, so I decided to turn on the grow light. I know it doesn't need to be on until they are up and showing the 2lil fan leafs but hey, 65% it is set at and 45cm away. RH is holding at 67% wet towel is just about dry will be wetting it again. Will also give both girls a feed after they come out of their rest period. As they are all so new I have turned the light on a 7/7 meaning every hrs it comes on and off. Will hold off on nutrients until I see both plants holding out hands. Will introduce some enzymes later today also. 1ml/L of Piranha and tarantula for both of them with voodoo. Both nutrient brands are the same, it's the same formula. Decided to make up the mix. Each custom terra P nutrient has a corresponding Adv Nutrient underneath. I'm going exactly of each of their grow charts and using as guide lines. Adv Nutrients says to use Tarantula&Piranha in weeks 1-2 of grow but terra Powers versions say to use these on weeks 3-4 So that's why I'm going to do. Ive used ml/ml in each nutrient. Adv Nutrients PH was 6.4ph and the EC was .94 TERRA POWERS nutrients were more stable and more potent PH 6.0 EC 1.19. So it looks like the PH balanced nutrients aren't controlled by the amount of ml you use as when you use 2ml/L of both grow A+B of adv nutrients the PH is in the range of 6.2. Water used was 6.7 our tap water has gone up must be because we coming into summer and the ppm jumped up from 78 to 105ppm. I use a charcoal filter for all my water doesn't change PH but lowers PPM from 78 to 105. I'll be using this 1L mix throughout it's 1st wk on every feed. As it's such a low dose I have no concern about salt build up. When I up the ml/L I'll use 1L of mix feed of each nutrient. So if the dose is 1ml/L they'll get that total amount in 1 week and as they get bigger and will be able to take 1l at a time they'll only be getting 1 feed of nutrients and water/enzyme feeds and root stims with no EC/SALT. 2/5/22 Both plants doing well. Fed again today. 100ml both plants their own nutrient mix. Both held the same EC but AN PH went up to 6.6 from 6.4 (still fine, and reasonable for a 3 day old mix) and terra power no change. 4/5/22 Made new mixes for both plants adjusted AN PH to 6, the same as Terra Power. (Needs no PH-+ ).. to make it as fair as I can, I've added a biobizz calmag agent to both mixes. 2ml/L was added to all 8mixes. 400ppm 2ml/L PH was 6.4 had to use PH - To bring it to 5.8. Didn't have any affected on the PH of terra power or the adjusted AN. I am guessing I only need a PH - now is cause I'm using so little of the PH perfect solution which is normally 6 but when mixed normally AN holds 6.2-3...Terra Power holds on 6 on everything so far. 6-7 nutrients all 6 PH. La Sirena is sooooo potent. Decided to add La Calavera aka voodoo juice. So, since I don't have a lux/ppfd meter. I use this to know exactly where it's most powerful. It really helped. As I had 4 plants is 12000 where I had space where the light was hitting 18500, I know the strength is off, but it gives me a guide as to where to place my plants it is going to help so much. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly. In the beginning of flower in going to seal my 150x150 and I'll add 2 co2 bags into it and seal it up with the dehuimifier set at 45% 12/12 and it'll be superhot and I'll then put the photos into a negative pressure environment that'll be 8-10c lower and will have 45-50% RH, hopefully this will bring any terps out, the autos will get a 6hr rest in a negative pressure environment also this will bring the temp down by 8-10c and giving me a sudden drop in temp, let's see what happens. Same Day. Decided to brace AdvNutrient plant so she grows up right, she started to bend, had bout a 30degree bend. Simply braced her with a clamp to a stick a few cm away from the tap root with stem inbetween, should keep the ADVNUTE plant up right. Terra Power plant growing straight and healthy, she was only started on the root stim yday and no enzymes yet and she's not too far behind. I can see TP take the lead in the late veg-pre flower stage. Idk. But there's 2 major nutrients ADV plant is getting was 3 all week and then I added La Calavera (ANs voodoo juice) last night. Going to be running another AN/TP grow this time I'm not only going to match Nute for nute but the same time and ML/ML will be given also. Check out CBD CA for results. Flipped last week, starting to tretch a little. Worried about the stretch Been watering until runoff each time and seeing better results. The girls sometimes end up really hungry because I an really being careful with the nutrients, but a day or two after feed they darken right right. Slowly turning up the lights up 1-2% a day to harden them off. Giving transition formula for the nutes - supposed to be 2ml per gallon for all three base nutes - I add a little less bloom until about 2nd week when I start to really enhance the P and K.

Experimenting with extended light source after sun down…solar powered lights. The goal is to prolong the veg and so far it’s working no signs of pre flowering.

Random bagseed I found, was my first plant. Even though I messed up a lot and this plant didn't turn out as I had hoped, it was an invaluable learning experience and I look forward to using what I learned to make my future plants greater. Wet Trimmed and placed in jars in the mini-fridge to dry.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Harvest day 60 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Florganics is a living soil starting fertiliser the earth is this time plagron light mix the lamp is at the start at 25 watts and 20cm above canopy i will start to remove water from the system by placeing a spongecloth on the waterslide i think the earth is a bit on the wet side Also want to add nutrients at some point and fresh nematodes to make sure i dont get the damn flies again i move the controller to the other side to make sure the sensor for temp and humidity is close to the plants I had to change the soil mid week as it was too hot. It was made from last year's FLO Florganics and too bad... It switched to biotabs NL And put ZK 1 and ZK 2 in the fridgegrow system. I removed ZK 3... WHATEVER FLO Florganics is actually a great product and as soon as it is available again we will use it again... There was trouble with the factory and Flo learnt a lot. Now the fertilizer gets tested in and independent lab.... END of week all looks great the plants are growing the one that had too many nutirents for a while is now ... bigger of course

The gg#4 twins seem to be advancing well, been feeding them ffos recommended dosage,etc...In the transition into the weekend, I added 4 bamboo sticks in the corners of the pots. I also bound all 4 bamboo with additional sticks in the middle, in a shape resembling a square. This setup is kinda modular. Using string too. My goal is to maximize my lights penetration by slowly bringing the cola's/tops, into the maximum flowering area provided by my led light, tying them with string loosely and without cracking them. I brought them 4 inches closer from all directions. But the left and right sides still need another 4 inches each to come towards the center. Because of this manipulation, the top canopy is nowhere near flush anymore, with the outer-edge buds reaching 4-8 inches higher, being slightly bulkier, and more mature(a week part), then the center lower colas. Its end of 5 week flower, with 4 to 6 weeks until harvest.

El ambiente del secado se mantuvo en 23 grados de media y la humedad estuvo por debajo de los 45% en todo momento. Poco más la verdad estuve encantado de poder cultivar una genética tan potente . Day 5 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone ☺️. Finally the time has come :-) The lady moved into the flower tent on January 6th, 2021 😁. The day before, of course, a cutting was taken 👍. In the flowering tent, the distance between the plant and the lamp is 40 cm so that she can get used to the strength of the lamp. After 3-5 days I go down to 30 cm. This week it was watered twice with 1 l per plant. GHSC enhancers were added to one wash :-). Flower fertilizer will only be added in 12-16 days as soon as the first blossoms are there :-). Otherwise the tent was completely cleaned and the humidifier refilled. For the next few days I have filled fresh osmosis water in canisters again :-). Next week I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up going into small popcorn buds 😉.
