This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night.
Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday.
Friday:
Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925.
Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often.
Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller.
Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more.
Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent.
Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already?
Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph.
Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node.
Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.

Main news of the week: we’re saying goodbye to #6. She went straight to compost.
Sounds dramatic, I know. But honestly, it’s pretty simple: she wasn’t growing, had no real buds, smelled like wet coco — literally the same coco she was sitting in — and on top of that, she decided to go hermie. Well… happens.
If it had been a worthy plant, I’d probably bother picking the nanners off and trying to save her. But this one was clearly some kind of outcast from the start. Plus, I still hadn’t tossed #1 and #2, and suddenly a proper pot spot under the light opened up.
So #6 got chopped, and the little ones were moved into one pot. They had been living in 0.3L cups this whole time anyway.
What else, what else…
At the beginning of the week, I sprayed chitosan for the second and final time. For the next three weeks, the only real stress they should get is UV. Well, maybe the main light too, to some degree. It feels like there might be too much light… but also maybe not. I don’t see any clear downside yet, so I’ll keep it at full power for now.
That’s 320W main light + 40W under-canopy light + 20W blue during peak hours.
Development is steady. Bud sites are swelling, leaf tips are slightly burnt, so we’re clearly riding the edge here. Vertical stretch has basically stopped — maybe just a couple more centimeters added.
That means irrigation-wise I’m switching back to a more vegetative strategy: keeping the substrate as wet as possible, with a small dryback of around 15%. Of course, every plant drinks differently, so it’s easier said than done. In reality, one sits closer to 10%, another one closer to 25%.
The feed is almost unchanged in terms of EC and pH: EC 1.33 / pH 5.8. But potassium and phosphorus are slowly going up.
That’s it for now. The fun part is still ahead. For now, we sit, rub our little paws together, and watch the buds get fat.

hi, the plant seems to have recovered after the dog nibbled on it last week, I decided to try an experiment, I asked myself when you make a clone it creates new roots that emerge from the part of the stem that is buried so I decided to twist the plant until the main stem touches the ground and then covered it and I want to see if the whole part produces new roots in order to have a plant with more roots, in the video I hope you can see where it is burie

its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first
because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days

guide of the week :
i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave.
indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner.
my dry and cure style is this:
3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month.
im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. You will feel really sleepy and when you wake up you will feel really hungry. Anyways, thank you guys who have been following my journey. Next grow will be seeds from Sunkentreasure seeds

Plants started growing very fast. 20 hours light a day and 140 ml water for 2 plants so 35 ml each plant. (70ml -35ml one plant- morning, and 70ml -35ml one plant evening). From Monday I will start giving 200ml water 100ml in the morning and then the rest in the evening. Ventilation almost 24 hours, They are getting bushy and the color looks healthy green. I am excited. Purple Punch ( the right one) does not have the smell but the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe started smelling from the 3rd week, it is not strong, it is smooth, enjoyable. I still use trigger spray but I stopped triggering directly on the plant to avoid any fungee or toxicity, I just keep the soil moist. I surrounded them with kitchen foil around the lamp to have a more effective light. It reflects the light and the light goes everywhere. This step has been done because I have only the 60w LED each plant so I try to provide the maximum strength this way, and by keeping close distance also. The lamp is not hot so it ain't gonna burn the plant I had checked it before. I just purchased today a 600w LED because these plants look so good so I wanna provide the best circumstances for them. 4th-week 4th day I a just waiting for my delivery my 600 W grow LED light will come. From today I started watering with 50ml each plant 2 times a day so all together 200ml a day. Plus I always use trigger spray for the soil to be kept wet. They are looking better and better. Nice color and bushy appearance. Wonderful. I realized some holes on the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe's leaf but there is no insect I was checking. I do not really know the reason for that. Tonight I will set up the new 600 W LED so I am changing the current 120W. Big Step forward! It is not that easy that I thought, the lamp is great but the temperature raised up a lot, so needed to buy a fan also and the humidity went down. It is not easy to find the proper solution to be acceptable, good temperature and humidity at the same time. So I decided to program a 6/2 schedule, so 6 hours light on and the fan always with 15 min more, and 2 hours off so I do provide 18 hours light and 6 hours darkness but it is divided. The plants can rest after every six hours and use the energy they received. Last day of the 4th week, LST has been done with the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe, both are growing rapidly, let's see what the 5th week brings! End of he week Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 25cm, Purple Punch is 20cm😇

Hello,, fin de semaine 6.🤟
Les plantes ont très bien récupérées de leur défoliation de la semaine dernière. Le feuillage est redevenu bien dense.
Je les passe en floraison aujourd’hui. J’ai donc fait une défoliation pour laisser pénétrer un maximum de lumière. En espérant que cela leurs soit profitable. 🤞

Week 10 | Late Veg | Coco + Perlite
SCROG net is now installed and canopy is being trained into position 🌐
Branches are being tucked and spread to create an even canopy 🌿
Plant is filling the screen steadily with strong upward growth 🚀
Structure is wide and controlled, setting up for optimal light coverage.
Some areas still need final topping to even out height ✂️

Adding week 4, as I had it in "germination" in the diary a week too long. Brings it in line with it's size/maturity. Messed up my lighting for 48ish hours, left on 24hrs a day, due to flip flopping on going to flower.

British Delight - Wizard Trees
Day 70 - Watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients, mixed individually, in order and then pH'd to 6.3. Shes pretty much finished her stretch phase and has developed her flower, but she is extremely bushy, so I had to remove a lot of foliage from her this week and she'll require more next week👍🏻

Week 4 of flower in the books, transition over and cotton balls forming. All told and albeit a week late, they’re still doing real well in terms of overall health. Health (and stretch) in general, have been hallmarks of this Spicy Bitch cross project. We’ll see how she stacks through flower. Ultimately - I’m leaning towards this being bred against some sort of stunted strain to draw down the size. Either that or a scrapped line altogether…
Here’s hope’n for a strong finish

Week 6/7? Effortless grow. Got the plants alternating on ACInfinity Self watering pots. These things are the best. Saving my butt when I'm unsure when to water, plants only take in what they need when they need it. Will be flipping to flower next week. Waiting on the rest of the 4x4 to fill out. Going to top dress 50/50 of gaia green all purpose and the power bloom before the 12/12 switch. Also plan to defoliate a bit as well. Taking some snips in the event we find a fast flowering finisher or something extra piffy from the Holy Communion pack.
