Very variable weather, summer is at the end, temperature drops quickly, even 60 °F. I was out for 3 days, on my return I found the three girls who were starting to wither but they were promptly watered. No damage to report. The yellowing of the lower canopy has started. Acceptable weather forecast until 10 September. I bought 5 transparent PCV tarps to protect them extemporaneously from the rain. Very Indica bud structure, well formed, perfect filling. Plant is suffering now from mild rusty fungus infection probably attached by tomatoes. For now only 3-4 branches are affected and only fan leaves. In any case there's nothing to do at this stage and luckly my Special Kush is resilient and is growing very nice. Outdoors it happens. Expected harvest time September 4th week.

Fattening up nicely. 1200 ppm 6.4 pH 23 Liters If anyone is wondering why I switched to Blackstrap Molasses I put up the Nutrition Facts.. in 20 grams you have carbohydrates, potassium, Calcium, Iron, B6 Vitamin, Magnesium, Zinc.. and that's only the "significant" nutrients (Human based for that picture) It also contains micro traces of copper and more. pH is quite nice too, with the nutrient regiment i'm on, it finishes itself at 6.4pH so I don't have to manipulate it with pH up/down... Loving everything so far. Humidity in basement was 39% today, SO damn close. Tent closed at lights on (highest residual humidity point) was at 48% ... woo hoo 3% more to go!!! ------ Day 32 ------ Wow. Wedding Cake larger buds I can't even wrap my hand around.. Both plants are amazing, great genetics so far regarding bud structure building/plant size. ----- Day 33 ----- 47.5% residual humidity Fed at 1150ppm 6.4pH 23L Everything's perfect, 30~ days left. ----- Day 34 ----- 48% humidity in tent, i'm a happy camper. Everything's perfect. Bulk has started, front right Tropicanna Glookies had double in thickness and diameter top buds of most stems. Wedding cake 14 inch stem I've named Big Bertha. Excited to watch her fatten up on the couch so-to-speak. I'm now on autopilot. Fed yesterday while half asleep, didn't even remember doing it. Thank god I take pics of ppm/pH before every feeding for data. One more feeding this week before week 6 happens tomorrow. Hi everyone, Last week I harvested #2 aswell, #1 is dry already and in fermintation. #3 and #4 just receive pH regulated Water from now, #5 still receives fertilizer. Its still sad that I cant adjust the light properly, due to the height of #4 and #5 Compared to #3. Nevertheless I have to pay more attention on the trichomes and be patient. Maybe I can harvest 3 and 4 at the end of the week, or next week. #5 still needs Its Time, as it is 2 weeks behind. I noticed that the size of the Buds increased slighty cause of the more Watts, the Most impact is on #5. I am very excited about the yield overall, but it is less than I thought itd be (as always). Oops! Well, the two days in the 80s and nights in the 70s sent my girls into high desert flower! That and two out of season rain days and BOOM! We are now a flower farm! To be honest, I wasn’t sure at first- then, yesterday morning, three bees bee lined and flew to each of the bud sites. My hand wringing (was it or wasn’t it flowers?) was answered - by Mother Nature herself without muss or fuss. No more salad! Flowers! Also, a shock to no one, I bought a ruler yesterday, and while I listed my plants as 29 inches, I sadly have no idea what 12 inches really is. They are about 18 after supercropping. Needless to say other measurements were, sadly reconsidered…. 7/31 transferred banana mango to a 30 Gallon pot 💪

Now that I see how these girls turned out it was probably a blessing I had some herms to cut out because there would’ve been no room. Especially in the pc/ssh tent because Pcrit and Sundae Driver were looking to be the biggest plants before I found balls and cut them down. The humidity has been surprisingly high but we’ve had warmer, wet weather for this time of year. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep it down with a tent packed wall to wall. I’m just thankful for how everything has worked out. If I ever do two plants per earthbound again I’ll make sure to veg for less time. I’m hoping to give these girls another week but the weather once again is going to be warm and wet so I will probably need to cut them down

This week I added Alg-a-mic to the mix, hopefully this will help to revitalise the plant. It seems like the tacoing 🌮 hasn't worsened since last week.

This was an easy cycle with some average problems, dealt with the gnats by topping the soil. anyway it was a plant that was easy to grow, a very pleasant non weedy smell around. and was ready within 70 days, i left it a couple of days more till first amber trichomes The most strains taste far better after curing, with this one i don't agree with that rule. This strain actually tastes better when it's fresh. The curing brings back more of the kush, and makes the smoke stronger, but the taste of fresh dried sugar kush is close to undescribeable.

Grew very well not a single problem

Coming along well, Day 43 Flower, I've dimmed the lights 10% using a Kill*A*Watt meter. Nutrient wise I've changed it up for the final stretch, to the gallon of 180ppm city tap water, I've reduced Maxibloom to 1/2 teaspoon, I've began adding 1/4 teaspoon KoolBloom powder and 2-3 teaspoons of Diamond Nectar Humic Acids. I don't need to add ph up or down as this mixture puts my ph @ 6.3, EC is currently 1.7. each plant receives a minimum of 1 gallon per day, more often they receive a gallon and a quarter or half, applied with a garden sprayer a quart or 1/2 gallon at a time throughout the day, usually about every 3 hours. I keep about an inch of water in the trays below the plants, roots have penetrated the bottoms of the pots and are in the nutrient solution below-I drain this off completely every 2-3 days to keep it fresh-I've followed this routine many times before with no ill effect, as a matter of fact the plants seem to thrive even more-so I stopped fighting it.

On the 15/10 it was my fifth day in a row without any more signs of pollensacks or nanas! It really is worth the try is you think, you got something special on your hands. If you can, better isolate it anyways, I just didn't have the room for this. Everything else also going great and the Double Dunked is starting to show why this run is called "Purple Beauties". From now on every week was going to blow my mind on just how beautiful this grow could turn out. Also did some defoliation again

Nice start of flowering

Well guys it's week 8.. I think lol. I'm 100% certain (Not really) that I took clones from 2 different mothers again... like a real cotton-headed ninny muggins. I'm at a loss when it comes to harvesting early what seems to be done, waiting, and how to do it all with flushing. So any help in that practical aspect would be dope. I'm really excited to be rolling out of this one, to be honest. with all the mothers big and clone ready I can finally just ease back into something more beginner level, shorter, whatever you wanna call it haha. The plants all look healthy though. I don't think I really made any big nutrient mistakes. I used LST to get those big colas away from the light and they seem to be fattening nicely making me wonder if I should just leave everything for 2 or 3 more weeks. I decided to throw a PK booster in there. I read online that most in hydro will use it throughout the flower cycle if needed and I was getting weary about the other plants not fattening up. I just keep hearing these things should yield crazy and I'm not seeing it. Then again it has been a bumpy ride. The nutrient change was done on the 14th and the photos are from today. Stay safe yall

These plants are getting huge!!! I supercropped em down tonight and gave em a full blast of feed! I'm trying to keep leaves on but i did give them a small trim. they seem to be catching up to each other, I hope they will level out! They are gonna be big plants tho fo sho! Going to transfer tents this week probably. ____________________________________________________________________________ Moved them into the big tent! its snug, but they should be happy! Getting HUGE! ______________________________________________ I felt like they were in all their glory tonight! I got in there and gave em a big ol haircut and pulled out all the lower garbage. With the use of several spacers I really feel like I opened em up nicely and primed em up for some big buds to form. Two plants are def gonna be purple. We'll see about the other 2.
