10/18 - A Third seedling has broken soil. RH was too high causing droplets so I removed the Humidity Domes. Ambient RH is %35. The Rockwool is still moist from a watering so nothing added.
10/19 - Today is the first day entering the 18/6 light cycle. Front left seedling is breaking soil with its leaves open. Looks like some damage on one leaf from the seed casing coming off to early.
10/20 - Front left isn't looking so hot from the seed coming off to early. All Ph's between 5.8 and 6. RH was 40% lowest 48% highest. Tent temps at 72-77. Rockwools are still damp.
10/21 - Water Reservoirs Ph'ed. Aluminum added to stop light from getting into reservoir. Back left and right roots have broken into water.
10/22 - Water added to each reservoir. Another seedling germinated to replace the Front left. Temps hitting 82 during day.
10/23 - Ph'ed water in reservoirs. Seedling still germinating to replace front left. (removed pics of old front left)
10/24 - Temperature ranges from 73-82. Reservoir Change. Final Day week one 7-8 more left!

10/25 - Seedling put in rockwool to replace front left. Light increase to 562 watts. Nutrients increased to 1/2 strength. All Ph's adjusted.
10/26 - Nutrient water added to Day 1 new Front left seedling at 1/4 strength. Temps going from 70-93 Average with lights on is about 84.
10/27 - RH is sitting around 40. I need to get this much higher to alleviate temperature problems as I increase the light. Flowering should help a little.
10/28 - Possible root rot. could simply be Nutrient Stain on the roots. Which is very common with GH trio nutrients. (update on 10/31: Root Stain from the Nutrients)
10/29 - Had to remove the External venting. Now venting into same room as intake with house AC set to 72 and house fan on.
10/30 - Temperatures averaging around 88. A four degree increase without external ventilation. way to high - MUST get an AC unit before increasing the lights to 750w.
10/31 - Received more Hydro-ton. Now the plants will have stem support and no more Foil to block out light from reservoirs. Tomorrow begins week 3.

Many things happened with this grow since it was last updated. Including a harvest and smoke!
My personal camera (in phone) broke so I stopped being able to update as easily. That combined with 12 hour work shifts made it hard to keep updated. I did however manage to use someone else's camera throughout the process to collect some pictures. I will post those all here, unfortunately I don't have the dates for the pictures. I DO have harvest photos that I will post here this week hopefully. Sneak peak: final weight on one plant is 5.7 oz ;)
Disclaimer: Somewhere in between week 10 and 12 the timer for the lights switched to 24/7 causing a light burn and decreased product value. Not too disappointing really I am happy with the final product!

SEE/SMELL/SMOKE | 9/10
Green Crack has a dark green bud color accompanied by vibrant orange pistils, a tangy diesel smell, and a taste the reminds you of citrus. Some portions of buds have traces of purple and extremely condensed Trichomes. From a distance the smell of both the buds and smoke have the classic tang with a hint of earthly citrus, but as you get in close you sense its powerful diesel aroma sneak up on you. GreenCrack has a flavor that compliments the high quite well hitting you with an zesty citrus flavor that simply stays through the entire session. Its has an above average appeal that's primarily driven by the sticky visual and uplifting smell! I can see it being very easy for this to be a go to daily smoker strain. (Smell/Smoke test done via a bong)
HIGH | 8.5/10
The high from this GreenCrack strain hits you quite fast and gets your mind going. It may be a hybrid, but this has a serious Sativa dominant high. It packs a euphoric sense of energy that seemingly comes from nowhere. If you are having a long night and are looking for the strain that will keep you awake this is the one for you! The drive to eat food is greatly increase with this strain as your energy levels increase. Green Crack provides one of the best uplifting highs.

「 GROWER REVIEW 」
BUDS/YIELD | 9/10
With medium/large size buds grown on very tight node structuring the Green Crack strain doesn't waste any canopy space. They weren't kidding when they said XL yield from this strain! FastBuds has proven their namesake with these extremely fast genetics. Green crack has some very high yields for very little time spent under the light. The total yield was 16 ounces in a 4x4 tent under a 750w light. The strains has moderately dense buds with a short Trichome maturity time, becoming cloudy fairly fast.
GROWTH | 9.5/10
This strains overall growth was very persistent. The early growth was aggressive and after nearly doubling in size from the flowering stretch she still had tight nodes. These genes withstood a topping/Supercropping without any sign of stress so building an even canopy with these genetics to maximize yield is as simple as it gets! Defoliation never became an issue so I wasn't required to do so and i'm fairly certain they would have powered through it. This strain posses the iconic sativa leaves medium size stems and loves calmag!
ROOTS | 9/10
This strain demonstrates resistant genetics and that extends all the way to the roots. After being grown in DWC for 11 weeks this Green Crack strain showed no signs of root problems. Vigorous new growth in its roots throughout the entire growth cycle made for some very thirsty girls! By the end of their growth the roots had filled the base of their 5 gallon reservoirs!
I highly recommend these Auto-flowering genetics. The harvest was above expectations and slightly behind schedule, but I have very little negative to say about this Strain or this grow cycle. I am looking to develop a top down drip system to speed up the seedling/clone stage a few days for even better results. Because of these great results I am looking forward to my next FastBuds strain. This next grow I will be picking up local clones here in California perhaps this time a purple theme. 😎

@JUNGLE_B4RNS,
@That_Potent_Puff,
Seeds finished germination today after just 32 hours. Went into the rockwool/Hydroton with humid domes. Pictures have been updated.
@HighTV, I'm not running autos right now. I've got a couple of clone runs I'll be finishing up by the end of November. I've got 8 different genetics from FastBuds that I'll be running through the winter months.
I like that pump like it was made for this job specifically, I should be able to find it here in Costa Rica somewhere, I’ll look around if not I’ll get it from amazon.
Do you clean the reservoirs at all or just change the water and that’s it?
What do you think about this approach below?
“My DWC's are SCROG when we run them. I drilled 4 holes in a square pattern through the netpot lid and with washers at the bottom, then used eye bolts and nuts (locktighted) with 1/4" nylon string tied to the screen. The screen is in a frame and I just lift the whole thing up with a line and pulley system. Swap out the bucket and lower it back down. BOOM - DONE!
@HighTV, yes that’s what I was thinking, that thing on top of the light the fan and the filter, poor tent!
Ok yes I like that jack idea a lot better, you planning on implementing it? Please share pics if you do, I’ll let you know what I did when I’m there.
The best in all your grows man 🌱🍁!!
@PuraVidaG, yeah that would work! Its going to put a LARGE strain on your structure, if you are using a tent I wouldn't suggest that method. I have been thinking of something similar for this but instead of a pully putting strain on the tent above It would use a jack from below.
Essentially - All 4 of the Lid/netpots are ontop of a table/surface. Then you jack up that table/surface while the buckets stay on the ground.
You did an amazing job on these Green Cracks man they’re gorgeous!
I see now what you meant when you said that my set up reminded you to yours.
I hope mine yield nicely given that my light isn’t that strong, I am using a P4 XML2 Platinum LED, it’s a 400W that could replace a 600W HPS, so I hope it doesn’t fall too short.
Also, I’m planning on scrogging and was also thinking about topping but I’m not sure if doing scrog only or if topping and scrogging would give me better results?
Thanks man I’ll continue following your nice grows!
@PuraVidaG,
I find it annoying but not the end of the world to reservoir swap with a scrog. I use an battery powered siphon like this one below. I do however suggest aerating your water by stiring for a GOOD bit before using. The Ph naturally rises as the dissolved carbon leaves the water, so doing this will make your small 5gall reservoir be at a stable PH for longer.

@HighTV, thanks man I hope I do get some nice looking/tasting/smelling buds .
These are not auto-flowers so I believe they should be fine with the topping, I’ll go for it.
Another thing that keeps me awake at night is the combination of scrogging and reservoir swaping, I’ve been cleaning up the reservoirs and changing nutes mannually but I’m conscious that is going to be almost impposible with a scrog setup, I don’t think that I can be lifting the scrog netting everytime I need the clean the reservoirs or change nutes. Did you do yours with a water pump? How did you handle this situation? Thanks man 👍🏻!
@PuraVidaG, Thanks man =) These genetics were actually amazing!
You should get some nice looking buds with that light, 600w is nothing to shake a stick at. Generally Topping+Scrog gives best yields, but I would be careful if you are growing with Auto-flowers because they dont like the stress as much. You can Still top them however you just have to be more aware of their health beforehand.
Really just make sure you top the plants, SCROG if you can, but for your first grow be sure to Top and you will get a decent yield for sure!
@BigDaddyK,
Thanks man 😎
I'm using a 1000w Radiant 8inch enclosed light. I use two ballast's one is a 750 watt dimmable and the other is 1000w.
To change out the reservoirs I use an electric siphon

@MokiPNW, Due to the canopy space being completely full I did not weave into the scrog. I am also not defoliating due to them being Autoflower, so this method allows for more airflow. Thanks for the comment I can always accept help! Stick around for the harvest
Hi mate. Your plants are looking so great, well done. I want to ask you something, believibg on your experiences. I'm growing plants for the first time. My plants are at 4th week of flowering. But I'm feeling that the buds are so small. Is that normal or do they have to grow up more. I will be so thankfull if you look at my diary and leave me a coment. Have a good harvest.
@hiciste, After a quick glance It looks like the first two weeks of your 'flowering' were still in vegetation. Your week 7 looks like vegetation still. Week 8 is also vegetation for the first half at least.. Its hard to tell from those pictures, I would need a close up of what they looked like. Overall I would say you are looking ok for 2 weeks of actual flowering. Looks like PH problems are slowing your growth down like it did mine.
