Week 10 Last week of Vegging, switching the lights on 12/12 cycle. Xmas is in 8 weeks now 😄 Stretch should start in approximately 7 days. I might have 2 plants (Lemon Cream Kush) finishing on the side, will see how they stretch, I didn’t expect such a Vegetative growth. Adding some pictures of what an excess of Nitrogen looks like and when the EC level of the soil is too high for a plant. Keeping an eye on the new growth of the week, the leaves aren’t clawed, meaning I can add some Nitrogen again by the end of next week to give them what they need for the beginning of the stretch. Took off some few leaves, the big fans leaves, recovering the lower shoots to give them some light. The shoots will become buds sites during flowering. Remember last week, when I spoke about the case of working in a Grow Op and the need of another week of Veg ? Day 55: I have finally moved the girls inside the tent :) On 1 of the 2 girls I see some brown spots, and some yellowing and are thinking something is wrong here? I think it might be a Mag + Calcium Deficiency and I think I should up the PH a bit, but what du you guys think? The other girl looks healthy and fine, although I see some light-green color, but not too much. It might be a beginning of what the other girl is suffering from. I have not measured my run-off water for some time, as I am having trouble with my meter, and are falling back to the color-tester (drops) which are far from accurate. I also got my reverse osmosis system, and I now get 0.08 EC water. My water was 0.9 EC before so I'm happy with that. Also the PH has dropped from 8.5+ to around 7.0-7.5 so I think I am able to make a more stable PH change with acetic acid Thank you for all the answers!. I am now going for ph 6-6.5, and I have also increased the nutrients I use, as I am now using RO water. I am also setting up my lamp from Mars Hydro today, pictures follows tomorrow

GENERAL COMMENT. This week ran nicely for the two girls, of course one is going slower than the other. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO The spotting got this girl hard, lock lock lock and stunt. She is packing the buds slowly, very slowly, patience is a key element with her now. But the good thing is that she is moving forward. I don’t expect top shelf or a huge harvest for her unfortunately. I couldn’t ID the early spotting reason, and the late spotting i attributed to salt buildup and acidic medium, but the correction was a real pain.

This week has had good progress since i have introduced the canna. First dose was at half strength and next was the normal dose. And they blew up over that week. It’s day 27 from seed for all the plants in the photo sea of green. Let’s call it the battle of the strains summer 2025. All of the plants are starting to have visible differences. I’m already starting to tell witch plants are more sensitive than others.

4/15/25 Things are progressing nicely. Some plants dont seem to be doing too much but 3 of them or so that are really standing out. Im curious if some of these are going to be longer flowering time than anticipated with the very obvious sativa dominant plants.

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 8 weeks of veg completed 28th Jan 2020 I performed some high stress training techniques (HST) to my Jack herer Girl during the week. Basically I pinched and bent the stems of the longest branches to make them grow horizontally rather than straight up in the air. I did this to keep the canopy reasonably even giving all the potential bud sites an even distribution of sunlight. Hopefully this will eliminate a lot of the "popcorn" small buds and create nice fat colas. We shall see in a few weeks time 😃 She also got a nice big drink of High tea which the plants really seem to love . Overall I am very happy with this plants health and characteristics.
