Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. Start of a new week, week 12! I was originally going to cut this morning but with using the flushing additive I am using it does contain sugar etc so just to make sure the lady uses up everything, I'll be doing an extra 3/4 days of just plain PH adjusted water to finish her off then pull her down and get her ready to dry n cure ✌️

Day 92. Girl went down. Very easy trim job. Day 101. She brought wonderful result ! 161 g of sticky, smelly and sweet on through weed !!! Happy Growing !!!

Fed once this week with a weak feed including top max. I use kombucha vinegar as pH down. Water from my tap is ph6.8-7.0 and 38-42ppm so I might start using calmag supliment as the ppm at my old house used to come out of the tap at ph7. 2 and 200-220ppm. I had 2 plants that didn't like the light at 30000 lux and started bleaching so I took them out. I've defoliated today day 35 as humidity was getting over 80% and also to let light to the lower bud sights. Pre flower pistils showed on some plants around day 33 (some still have none) so I'll consider this the end of veg start of flower. The kalimist indica pheno is still not showing pre flower pistils but is always hard to force flowering when it's not mature for some reason. It's always 7-14 days behind everything else 🤔

So far so good just suck the weather getting colder out . Praying it stay warm for just a few more weeks

2020-07-24 (Day 129) So this thing is just way bigger than I anticipated! I think within the next two weeks I’ll have to add another level to the SCROG. Right before I add the next layer I will do a heavy defoliation To ensure I’ll have good airflow come fall. No water, no nutes, this is the easiest grow ever! Less than a month and this net of purple donkey dicks should start forming! 🍆 🍆 🍆

The plant is growing very good i dont see any problems. I started with the LST training and cut 1 branch of wich wouldnt get much light.

I am still on holiday. My irrigation system seems to work. I can only show you a video from my Blink in the greenhouse, showing 24 hours from Friday to Saturday. Tropical Mirage is the cannabis plant in the front; she seems to be well. You can also see Euphoria in the back and right in front a giant basilicum hybrid and a Lila Luzi chili plant. Next sunday, I will be back with a more detailed report. Meanwhile, I am testing a few new strains in coffeeshops in Den Haag and Amsterdam :-).

Overall she grew good. No harsh reactions so I'm happy to put some bud in the jar. She vegged out 20cm and got to 35-38cm and finished with a lovely fade. Amazing scents. (More to come after some review next month. This pheno gets 9☆ the other 10☆ as the yield on my last Highcloudz was like 3-4x. But the buds are of a much higher grade. So, its a very high rating. Just sad there's not much of it. In saying that, now that you can change the rating I've no doubts I'll be giving it a 10 upon my smoke review.. I've fems left so ill be doing a SOG soon and this fem will defo be in it. 15+3-4 grams i quick dried. This defo needs a cure. The taste is so confusing, I get the scents of watermelon, typical zkittlez smell with a twist, the confusing part. Is f there's different smells coming from different buds. Smoking there is a very light panty taste. Very stoney, uplifting, very happy with when I harvested. Has much more of an energetic buzz with a nice mellow high. Very strong but not couch locking so things can be done. It kinda puts me in the zone. Been one of my smaller harvests. I have 2g left to keep out for 2moro day, I'll be putting this on 4-6 week cure. I'm gonna leave it out for another 12hrs or so. The stuff that came off the stems just now is very very slightly till wet. It would be able to put into the cure jar, but would need a lot more burping. So, id rather leave it to dry out properly and I'll burp every 12hrs, leave lid of for 4-5m and after a week, I'll slowly start burping it less. Knowing how weed dries you really can't set times on curing you go with how the weed feels. There is no hay smell. (I didn't have any worries about a hay smell. My drying room is 15c and 60-63% RH.

The stretch is finally over and now she is starting to stack. The bud formation is beautiful and there are so many bud sites. The colas are ging to be huge

Ok so I've moved these babies into flower already noticed the flowers forming and starting to bud this strain is just full of surprises so keep posted to see how these progress through the next 7 weeks of flower let's see if we can out do the last harvest of Barnys farm lsd been a good strain to grow however this will be last crop has have alot more new genetics I wanna give ago

These have come on leaps and bounds in the last week. I have struggled with temps been way to high, outside weather hasn't helped, so much so I have bought a bigger tent today to try and combat the issue and also transplanted into bigger pots.
