The end of week 8 is here! Harvest just around the corner! Sad to say I found sign of hermy on one of London mint cake #1 on day 54 due to heat stress again. Had another very warm 93⁰f day. (my fault). Should be fine. I hoped to have chopped both London Mint Cakes on day 56, but due to not flushing enough water through first time at flushing its about a week behind. When I do it again I'll remember to flush at the end of week 5 and do it properly. Hopefully will have RO water set up for then. I'm going to have some very nice smoked on hand can't wait!

6rh week of Flowering is over. Still observing some darkening and pink color changes on the leaves of the Yellow Orange. On the other hand, the plant seems still very healthy and it’s growing frosty flowers. Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 23 Celcius Target Temp. Whats up? sorry for no post last week, I had dengue. feeling much better now but plants sure suffered a bit trought the week, ran out from nutrients and did not have the strength to care for them. Gladly, I had some assistance with my own health issues, so the little energy i had i spent on training the girls and watering them, as you can see there was a deficiency that led to some bleaching and discoloration of new growth and old, water levels started to change and it stabilized in 145 PPM and 6.1 pH. I was worried about not giving them anything to eat, but when i spoke to Howweedgrow about it, he recommended me to only water them without nutes, although i think he did not read my message properly as he answered with a "its better to water them than not at all", when my original question was in regards of making some food without FloraMicro (the ONE nutrient i ran out of), luckily i was able to get some and in 5 days time it arrived. Firls looked like this for the week Lvls in bucket where as follows: EC 283 uS/cm TDS: 141 ppm pH 6.02 Temps 23.3 C 73.9 F

Let the girls do their thing for the most part this last week. Started to stack up real nice, started to notice white pistils coming in. After 2-3 days there were more popping up and some beginning to flush to orange. Decided to LST and defol one last time, watered without any nutes. Today marks week 5 with the ladies, and I will officially say they are ending their veg cycle and transitioning into flower. Cranked the fans up tonight to circulate more air, tapering humidity down. Been pretty easy going so far

Esta semana los nutrientes siguen de la misma manera, es notorio el exceso de Nitrogeno por ende se disminuira en los próximos riegos, se realizaron podas apicales en los clones que no les hice anteriormente para que alcanzaran más altura. Dentro de esta semana instalare la malla scrog Kanovi para guiar los vigorosos brotes. Además esta semana ya esta retomando el crecimiento la planta madre variedad Tangie la cual cumplió su ciclo de propagación por esquejes y porfin florecerá. Mainly the orca though ;). I will minimum give her 1–2 more weeks max until I flip her, as it feels like she should have a fairly short flowering phase. No joke, the small plant last week blew up. It grew almost 10 inches in a single week! I had to put the Vulcan pinch on this skinny beast! I know it’s taboo to let train a plant in flower but she was forcing my light up.

10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.
