Vediamo come va! 01/12/2022 - Le piante sembrano aver reagito bene al topping, oggi ho dato un "abbondante" irrigata a tutte le piante, circa 1 litro per vaso e un pò meno nei tre vasi più piccoli.

D29. We're at the start of the fifth week of veg, and all is well in the tent. I did some more LST to spread her out as much as possible before she goes into flower. ------------------------------ D31. I'm fairly confident that she is stunted since she is extremely compact and doesn't seem to grow much. She will go into flower any day now, but she is still pretty small. I'm adjusting the LST wires daily and today, I did some minor defoliation by removing a few low branches and leaves. Maybe that will redirect some energy and help her stretch out. ------------------------------ D32. Alright, she is now officially in flower. I was hoping for a few more days in veg, but she wouldn't have it. I brewed up a quick compost tea using oat flour as the food source. Some people claim that that will result in a fungally dominant tea, so I thought I'd try it out. I also added humic acid and a teaspoon of myco because why not? Honestly, I'm not sure it is even possible to create a fungally dominant AACT, as the constant water movement will most likely tear the fungal hyphae apart as they form. In any case, a different food source should promote other bacteria than the molasses I usually use. Diversity is the name of the game in living soil. Well, in life in general. I gave her around 1 liter (5% of container volume) of tea @ pH 6.1. ------------------------------ D35. We're on the last day in the fifth and final week of veg, as she is now in flower. All is well in the tent, and there isn't much to report. One thing I did was buy a mushroom grow kit to keep in the tent. I figured I'd test it out and see how it works. The mushrooms produce CO2 that the plants love, and hopefully, I'll get some tasty Oyster mushrooms to eat — two birds with one stone and all that. ------------------------------

Beginning of the 7th week. Watering every ~3 days. Switching with and without fertiliser. Gigi is gar in the flower Production Bella is a bit later, but starting to give a lot of Energy to her Flowers too. I try to keep humidity between 45 and 55%. Temperature oscillates between 20 and 26 degrees . Let’s keep going on the Track ! 🔥👌💪 Update 1 : Bella is starting to have a dark purple Color which makes her Look wonderful !! She has started to produce her Flowers and takes it very seriously. She was Talking her time compared to Gigi but is catching up ! Gigi is giving Energy to gain more and more flower density. I am a very proud dad !

Week 8 - we are getting so close. The bud smells so amazing. It’s a citrus earthy smell that I can’t wait to taste. The weather is cooling down and she seems to like that. I wish I had more hours of light, but she’s as big as she is going to get.

I received some great tips here. For starters by suggestion I have lowered my day-time temps to between 75-78 degrees and my night-time temps to between 65-68 degrees. I had no intentions of trimming/defoliation anymore. So far she's adjusted well. Ive adjusted to only watering from the bottom instead of top watering.

Welcome to week 10 and week 4 of the flowering period of my Zambeza White Widow XL grow😁 Last changes seems to have a possitive effect an the plants. 2 liters a plant a feeding seems to be a little to much considdering that my RH is getting a little to high over 50% now it raises to 60 when the light are off and going to 45 with lights on. She likes the nutes but i gave her a little to much so i lowered it a bit. Now it's time for bud fattening😍 she already started a bit and i am seeing differce day by day. It is getting real bushy in there and i have some thirsty plants. Tent is getting pretty packed and the stretch is on. I might have to water almost everyday, I suspect them to be on the edge of rootbound. Should have went with 14 liter pots or might even 18. Smell is amazing and they are starting to get sticky when i pick fan leaves. Defoliation is coming at the end of next week tho. But it is really bushy i have been picking tons of leaves so far. Tempted to strip them sooner than 21 days into flower but we will see.

Flowering Diary — Week 3–4 (21/06/26 – 04/07/26) The canopy was cleaned up significantly during this period. On 22/06, a major defoliation and lollipopping session was completed, followed by installing the second SCROG net to improve canopy support and prepare for the flowering stretch. Plant structure became much more open, with better airflow and light penetration throughout the lower canopy. The stretch continued strongly after cleanup, producing long internodes and an even distribution of flowering sites across the canopy. Nutrient strength was gradually increased to support the transition into mid-flower. Feed EC was raised from 2.5 to a peak of 3.0, then adjusted back to 2.8 EC by the end of Week 4. pH remained stable around 5.9–6.0, and irrigation volume increased as plant demand rose. By the end of Week 4, the stretch had started to slow. Flower sites were fully established, pistil production was abundant, and early trichome development became visible on the sugar leaves. The canopy remained healthy with good color and no major nutrient deficiencies observed. 1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 I moved #3 into the tent with my DWC rig to veg a little longer. 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-

Hello. This is the end of week 6 and the start of week 7 of flowering. The plant is doing well. I'm seeing some thrips markings on the leaves. I'm spraying with peppermint essential oil around the plants to force them away. Insects hate the smell of peppermint and will hopefully... leave.... I'm hopeing. I've got the hydroponic lines hook up and each plant will get 5 minutes of nutrient on Mon, Wed and Fri. I'll check for dryness through the week and refill the reservoir on Sun. These digital timers give 8 different settings for days of the week I can choose from to come on and the Mon, Wed, Fri setting was best for me. It's wood splitting season and I'm almost done for this year. The garden is doing good too. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

CHOP CHOP Okay so the LST worked, not great but it worked basically. The head tops from Olga and the one on the back where showing 30-40% Amber already so I decided to cut them already. I’ve read about the 2 days of darkness so I decided to give that a try. After 48hrs of darkness I chopped down the selected tops! Because it where head tops they are hanged in the closet in a dark room until the branches snaps. After 5 days the buds where dry and I decide to cure them. I’m curing them with the Boveda 65% and its really easy. Just burp the pot once a day or a while and check the hygrometer. The first day the % was 75max and 3rd already 70%. The rest is still going until I see enough amber spots, this cut will be done immediately after the day so I can see differences. I’m happy with the buds and the first cut is 23g Dry weight ✌️🏼❤️💛💚

DAY 63 THE FINALE !!!!! Howdy all. I hope we are all well and in the green. This has been a very interesting and rewarding journey for me in so many ways on this journal. I have had the opportunity to run a seed of my own which has been a brilliant result from what I am looking at as I type this. It stayed really squat and has produced some somid hand grenade sized buds that smell of a diesel and fruit combination. I also picked up the lemon from her pollen chuckers genetics too. Should be an interesting cure I hope. I did find a couple of bud rot spots that had to be pulled out but with her density I am not shocked at all. I will be using the dehumidifier for their dry for sure. The Northern lights autos have also finished nicely too and I do think could go a little longer with a push but time is up and the next run is looming !!!!!!. She has some great sized spiked colas to enjoy my attention everytime I go in the room . Just like the other girl , she did have a couple of mould spots that had to be taken out but not too much of a loss thankfully. Her mutant sister will also be put into her dark 48hrs along with these as she is also done now. She has a lot less to harvest but looks so sweet and potent up close to the buds now. I took the Gorilla cookies out earlier in the week as they had finished perfectly. After 48hrs dark I used the bowl trimmer to help with time and get her off the stalks as I did find some mould on them too. Recent environmental changing has bought RH issues to the front again. They have given up some great smelling and solid nuggets that are now starting their drying out period in the nets. The rest of the ladies will be joining them later in the week until I can do a harvest report and my opinion of this amazing light unit from viparspectra. With new projects afoot and lots of re jigging to accommodate them , I am looking forward to the next few runs too. I hope you will join me for the fun and always welcome comments and ideas too.
