12-16-2024 - Plants continue to do well. Found some rust spots on several of the leaves for the Granite Runtz...could be a bit of over-feeding as I top dressed recently despite being on Grow Dots...not too worried about it though. These guys are drinking like crazy so there is plenty of time between feedings where they're getting a little flush action. I'm going to guess that we're about 3-5 weeks out from chopping these down and I'm impressed with their size so far. Now I'm really just waiting for the buds to continue developing and see what kind of size we can put on these gals. This grow has gone unbelievably well and I feel like I have the tent dialed in pretty good. More to come! 12-17-2024 - Well this morning the girls got a bath in Recharge and Sweet Berry. They were very thirsty! The nuggs on these plants are getting massive and I'm expecting to see branches start to struggle to carry the load. At this point I'd say they're probably 3-4 weeks out from chop...but that is a very loose estimate. I'll keep a close eye on them as we go. Having so much fun watching these girls grow huge. CANNOT wait to weigh these things dry. I really think I'm gonna be close to a pound with this tent. 12-19-2024 - Got some nutrient burn going on with the Granite Runtz...just the top leaves and other than some orange speckles on the leaves the flowers look good and overall the plant looks healthy. The GR's have by far the thickest/most dense flowers of the three. The Frosted Cherry O's look very balanced and is the most attractive plant in the tent. The Mystery Seed, which is the only one I topped, is just growing in every direction and has tons of flowers but is clearly behind the rest in terms of maturity. I'd say in a few days to a week it'll be much thicker. Today I watered each plant with 3 Liters of dechlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.5. I'll take a look at them on Saturday morning and see how dry they are. Basically they're drinking a half gallon of water per day. Probably 4 weeks out from harvest is my best guess right now.

Our Test #4 have just been revealed to the public with the name of Slurricane, a genetics with a full Californian style. Our Slurricane have germinated at the speed of light, I put one first that you see big now that it will be worked with the topping x16 buds and another small one just germinated, freed from the placenta and beautiful as ever. Let's learn to solve placenta problems, if the plant remains too long in the condition you see in the photo it dies or gets permanently damaged it is essential to recognize this problem just in time and solve it with the utmost delicacy. Just remove it being careful not to remove the plant from the soil by stretching it delicately and/or helping yourself with something precise to remove it from the cotyledons and let the leaves open as you can see in the following photos. When the seed remains attached it is nice to take photos and reels, very cute but do it quickly and remove the placenta with the utmost delicacy you can in short. It always happens so learn to do it it is not an enthetic defect I recommend not to confuse things, it happens in percentage to the plants that you do to me at 2/4 out of 20/25 seeds more or less. We do not let them die it is a small skill to have though. This is my first grow with WeedSeedsExpress, I've only heard good reviews about them, so the first week seems to have gone well, I'll be using Biotabs fertilizer for this grow - for the first time :) so I prepared the soil according to the pre-specified norms on the Biotabs leaflet, according to it, the girl will now only receive water for 4 weeks :) Good luck to everyone.

Additionally, we have discussed several new aspects, such as the combination of grafting or MF with nanotechnology, combined inoculation of arbuscular MF and rhizobacteria, melatonin application, and the use of natural and synthetic chelators, that possibly play a role in B uptake and translocation under B stress conditions. Apart from the data obtained from agricultural reports that prove the involvement of B in plant growth and development, B often results in deficiency or toxicity because it is a unique micronutrient for which the threshold levels of deficiency and toxicity are very narrow [12]. B deficiency and excess are both widespread agricultural problems for higher plants in arid and semi-arid conditions. B deficiency was primarily observed in apples growing in Australia in the 1930s and subsequently reported in more than 132 field crops grown in sandy soils with low pH and organic matter from 80 different countries [28]. Depending on the age and species, plants manifest a wide range of deficiency symptoms, including stunted root growth, restricted apical meristem growth, brittle leaves, reduced chlorophyll content and photosynthetic activity, disruption in ion transport, increased phenolic and lignin contents, and reduced crop yield [1,8,20]. The prevalence of symptoms depends on the severity of the B-deficiency condition because plants show uniform deficiency symptoms on entire leaves but sometimes in the form of isolated patches. Given the immobile nature of B, it usually accumulates in mature leaves, whereas young leaves do not receive sufficient B for proper growth. Thus, the deficiency symptoms first appear on young leaves, including thick, curled, and brittle leaves with reduced leaf expansion; corky veins; interveinal chlorosis; yellow water-soaked spots on lamina; and a short internodal distance, resulting in a bushy plant appearance [14,29,30]. In severe cases, leaf apex necrosis and leaf dieback occur [12]. The expansion of stems and petioles leads to hollow stem disorder in broccoli and stem crack symptoms in celery [1]. However, in tomato, cauliflower, apple, and citrus, scaly surface development with internal and external corking of fruits is a typical feature associated with B deficiency [13,28]. Amino acids improve plant nutrition by affecting soil microbial activity through the production of a beneficial microbial community and nutrient mineralization in the soil solution, thus enhancing micronutrient mobility [84]. Seaweed extract contains several ions, growth regulators, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and polyuronides, including alginates and fucoidans. These polyuronides can form highly cross-linked polymers and condition the soil, thereby improving the water retention and ion uptake capacity within the soil [89]. Kahydrin, a commercial seaweed component, acidifies the rhizosphere by altering the plasma membrane proton pump and secretes H+ ions that change the soil redox condition and make the metal ions available to plants, leading to improved crop production [90]. Turan and Kose [91] applied three seaweed extracts, including Maxicrop, Algipower, and Proton, on grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. cv. Karaerik) to check the ion uptake efficacy under optimal and deficient ion availability. Maximum micronutrient uptake under optimal conditions were observed with no significant difference among the three kinds of extracts. The alteration in uptake of one ion influences the availability of another ion [85], supporting the idea of B uptake through biostimulator application, but this requires further investigation. The application of biofertilizers opens new routes of ion acquisition by increasing nutrient use efficiency in plants. In this regard, mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal fungi, endosymbiotic bacteria, and plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria are important because of their dual function as microbial biostimulants and biocontrol agents. We explain the functions of these biostimulators and their possible relationship with ion acquisition in plants. Indeed, grafting and AMF inoculation improve plant physiological and nutritional aspects and a number of studies have proved their pivotal role in B uptake [74,75,79,105]. Additionally, nanotechnology is an emerging technique to solve plant-nutrition-related problems. The combination of these techniques may improve B uptake. For instance, a combination of grafting and Cu NPs improved growth and development of watermelon by increasing ion uptake [129]. Melatonin application improves plant performance by inducing resistance against stress conditions. According to a report, melatonin application reversed the toxic effect of B by moderating B accumulation in leaf and fruit, increasing photosynthetic activity, and improving dry weight that ultimately enhanced plant growth of Capsicum annuum [138]. Similarly, in watermelon, melatonin application enhanced the N concentration in roots by improving root elongation, root diameter, and root surface area under limited N availability [61]. No podia dejar pasar mas dias puesto que se corria mucho riesgo de botritis y los tricomas estaban ya suficientemente maduritos, igual demasiado. Jamás me habia encontrado con unas jack con tanta cola de zorro pero de oler huelen a gloria. hasta el último dia estubieron siempre dentro del armario y posiblemente por la extracción no pude percibir el olor tan agradable que desprenden, intenso . Algo mas terroso de lo que pensaba. Cogollos duros como piedras, algo exsagerado. Con 74 dias al secadero, calefactor 80w más un par de ventiladores con ventilacion indirecta, extraccion, intraccion pasiva

She is now at the peak of her purple leaves, and her buds have also really grown again. The light green buds are covered with tricomes which are now all milky but not yet sufficiently amber-colored. This is my last seed. Sadly I let a few fail by letting them get too cold at night. I've had too many failures for it to be anything else. All seeds fully gave taps. So, I've adjusted so the light stays on throughout the night and thr 6-7hrs off is during the day Already I'm seeing it in the middle of the big pot. She will be kept there. Everything else around it will be moved into bigger pots later Larry Bird Kuh will be an undertaking. A grow I've not done before. A 4-5 month monster. Of utter attention to her and focusing on a fully soil and its affects positively will be harnessed like never before. .its my grownaton she'll be given ample space. And attention growing a very nice THICK structure that will hold heavy colas or branches full with shoots. Will be doing watermelon candy auto also its been started.
