It has developed so far and is now slowly starting to develop its flowers :-). As soon as the first forms of buds can be seen (I think in 5-10 days) 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom per liter of substrate are added. In the third week, 1 g per liter of substrate is added so that it lasts through to the end :-). This week it was poured 3 times with 1 liter each 👍. The entire tent was also cleaned and the electronics checked for functionality. The humidifier was refilled every day and fresh osmosis water was drained into the tank for the coming week ☺️. The plants have all been checked for health and pests 👍. Next week the bamboo sticks are inserted towards the end for support and the lowest shoots are removed so that at the end the energy is not wasted in the lower area 👍. Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Yo yo yo what's poppin It's day 2 in week 7 some more pics incoming this week Triple G and Wedding Gelato is fire. North Thunderfuck has the most weight and doing also great Hulk Berry is a sativa and will need a little bit longer. It smells already gasoline diesel berry like. The smell of Triple G is the best I've ever smelled. It's so fruity and has trichomes everywhere Day 46 today and I started feeding water only. I guess 14 to 16 days and they are ready to harvest. All plants do really good. Day 49 every plant got flushed today. 30 Liter clear water for every plant.

I give her only pH water as She has already the nutrient in the soil and she's thriving. The buds are really starting to fatten up. The flower stretch Is over.

Just steady growing. Day #84 1.5l of water with nutrients. Last time we gave watering with nutrients. Day #87 2l water without nutrients

This grow was fun.. I did 12/12 from seed and grew it in a 32oz McD cup.. Wow.. These are some super fat, super dank, and super citrusy colas! ETHOS FTW! Will be updating!!! 24 Hours Drying... Relative humidity in the dry area is between 68% - 72%.. I have been running the little computer fan off and on within the last 24 hours.. About 8 hours constant then off for another 8 hours then kinda blah not knowing whether I wanted it on or off the last 8 hours lol.. But hours 24-48 I'm going to leave it off and the hours 48-72 I havent got that far into the process in my head yet.. Lolol I'm sure I am WAAAY over thinking this.. But I dont want my first mold experience to be with ETHOS.. and I dont want my 3rd too dry too fast either with this strain.. The dankness is so incredible with this one.. My mind is blown by how epic ETHOS is.. If anybody knows of any other breeders that are as good as or better.. Please let me know in the comments!.. Anyways.. ZzZzZz... 72 hours of drying... Leaves are a bit crispy.. Buds are still moist a bit.. Small branches are still pretty bendy.. There was an 8 hour period that I did run the fan... The smell is a little hay like.. But this bud is so dank I'm sure the dank smell will come back.. Starting to notice that some strains smell like hay, but come back.. Some never smell like hay ever.. Idk.. Just something I've noticed.. It could just be my shitty environment tho.. Ugh.. So far so good with this one tho! Should be at least another 2 days.. But I'm shooting for a week at least.. Then into jars!!! Dried and beginning of cure... Took 5 days.. Not bad I suppose. Trimming only took about 45 minutes. It was almost difficult to WANT to trim alot of these sugar leaves because they were so incredibly covered in trichomes! But I can make a nice little bit of bubble hash with the trim so I trimmed her nice and close.. Gonna let her cure for a week or so then I'll get the weight.. I try to get them into the jars a little early.. Its easier to just burp them alot if they are too moist.. But impossible to get the up to 62% if they are too low.. I'd rather them be about 68% - 70% RH because thats technically just adding more "drying" time if you really think about it.. Then once they get to about 65% RH I slow the burping quite a bit.. Like only once or twice a week.. I've found this really helps terps and whatnot.. But anyhoo.. They have been in jars for about 24 hours.. They are already reading jar (2) 68% RH and jar (3) 64% RH.. Oh.. Let me explain the weird numbering. Lol.. My jars were already numbered.. Jar (1) is currently unavailable lol.. So jar (2) has all the nice, big, top shelf nugs and jar (3) has all the smaller, but still nice and dank as fuck nugs lol.. So excited for this! And normally I would have already started smoking what I've dried.. But since I cannot smoke, this will be perfect to actually give them plenty of time to cure nicely! So happy with ETHOS Genetics.. Fucking EPIC!!! Lol... Beginning of cure.. I tried a nug lol.. So smooth.. So fucking tasty too.. You can literally taste the citrus.. I love this strain! I can't wait to see some other ETHOS strains and see what they are about... Week one of curing.. Ive been burping daily.. Sometimes twice daily. I went ahead and put both jars into one.. Fuck it lol.. But 37 grams dried.. After 1 week of burping jars it is now reading 62% - 63%.. So now Ill stop burping daily.. Im gonna try to just go weekly.. If I can resist getting wiffs of it.. Lol.. It smells so fucking amazing

These two plants were germinated and planted and then I caught Covid! So I haven’t seen these girls for 3 weeks. But they’re looking healthy. A feed of FishMix should help boost them. I did notice a bit of thrip damage on the leaves. Looks like these little bastards are back. So I have sprayed with canna cure and I will continue too every few days to try wipe them out before they do too much damage. But full steam ahead now the plants are the focus of my attention from now on!

We are at that critical point where timing comes into play. BB reversal is like 5 weeks in. Fem donors to be pollinated went in feb 16 and 20.. did two rounds to make sure something worked. Reversed BB is just full of male pollen sacs, they are beginning to open up and show bananas. There’s a point between when they open up naturally and when that pollen is easily used, and it’s a couple days at least. So if I pull a opened sac off now, try to open the bananas it’s somewhat difficult and often not much pollen in there... it’s just not quite ready. In a few days I’ll grab one and it’ll just like turn to dust damn near when I apply any force to it. That’s the time to start really trying to pollinate. You can see tho, I got several pulled off and opened up and placed right on top of fem flowers. We’re almost there! Now let’s just hope the couple fems I got going in another room don’t get much of this from it.. I got a couple in week 2-4 right now that would definitely be ripe for pollination. Bravo Genehtik! They did an awesome job with this strain! She has been extremely vigorous and resilient (only auto that didnt stunt from transplant) we began LST this week as she has enough spacing between nodes and strength to withstand the stress. I managed to get her main branch bent to almost 90° and exposed 90%of her branches( ones is stubbornly hiding 😡) without stopping this is the best I could do🤷‍♂️ She is also starting the very beginning of a stretch she is drinking a bit more and her lower stalk is hardening up.She also popped flowers, earning her a name officially!
