170419 week 12 flower week 6 - okay so I thought Zkittlez OG was ready in the next week but after examining trichomes again there are still a lot clear, because she is an Auto on 12/12 she is gonna take longer than usual and with less yield, she is still carrying a lot of dense looking nugs but I know under 18/6 she would of blown up!! my plan now is for this to be the final week of feeding nutrients and then the next 2 weeks will be just 7.0ph water. I want the girls to start taking in what they need from there fan leaves etc 🍁 It’s been hard gettting up close to the girls at the back to see how far they are from harvest and I can’t rely on breeder flower times as they aren’t that accurate, I think I will harvest laughing Buddha on week 15, cookies kush and zkittlez og on week 14. So far I have been very impressed with the quality of these strains, cookies kush has a baker type of smell reminds me of cookie dough, laughing Buddha has a very citrus like smell and Zkittlez OG smells of berries! Haven’t had any major issues throughout the whole grow cycle which is an achievement for me but I always find the last few weeks the hardest as I can never tell when to harvest 😂 Day 77 flower day 35

Sep 7: Gorilla Cookies is doing great. It’s the biggest of the four plants with the most uniform manifolding job, it’s also the furthest along in flowering and will be the first one to finish. Hopefully by later this month and that we get lots of sun to drive trichome production. Still doing the 730 nm far red light at dusk as a bloom booster, and I’ll keep doing that until the end. And don’t take flash pics of your buds unless you’re then immediately using a far red light to put them into dark mode. Sep 9: bit of defoliation of lower branches and buds to direct plant’s energy upward and to maintain good airflow especially down low. Used my last bit of Cal-Mag as a few leaves on each of the plants was starting to show a minor calcium deficiency. Sep 10: beautiful weekend is probably the best one all summer with nice sun, no smoke and perfect room temperature sort of weather. Sitting here a minor gust of wind blew her over. This the fifth time a plant has blown over lately but first time for this one. The 5 gallon bags are big enough for what I want but still easy to move around to maximize sunlight. A drawback is the small pot needs to be stabilized by filled buckets. Sep 12: these buds are forming quickly and she is ahead of the other three plants by at least a week. Raising odour level to normal which is probably pretty loud for other people who can still smell most things. The tops are starting to look white when viewed from a distance so that’s pretty cool.

Wow she is getting bigger and bigger she is in the start of 11th week still have some time due to a mess up earlier on the grown I snapped the main branch lower part will post pick how the recovery took but slowed her down by two weeks or so. I really like how she is turning out 1st time using theseedconnectusa from AZ money will spent with the nice recovery and she still got bigger.

Added side lighting on day 10, 2X30 true watt thin led panels. So now I got 2x100 watt, 1x70 watt and 2X30 watt LED lights for a total of 330 true LED watts. Its very bright. I introduced them too a very light feed solution yesterday when they woke up. They seemed too perk up right after. I have been working on trying to get a time lapse working. I have been testing it and trying to get the bugs worked out. Maybe next week I will have some time lapse footage for you all...Maybe.

Experiment explanation see week1 This week the two living soil pots got one big shot compost tea...otherwise only water No1 plagron experiment (gelato auto...other diary) got each two days some plagron plus one from aptus nutrients mixture...same as last week but added alga bloom....thow grow of this plant is the best from my trio so far. End of this week ppfd increased to 550-580

She seems to be adjusting back to indoor life. Have put the net in now and it’s let the lower bud sites really catch up so I’m excited to see how it turns out.

Week 20: Flowering Week 3 – Lollipopping, Climate Control & Heavy Water Intake 🌸🌸 Relax! Hey, it's Week 20—Flowering Week 3 is officially underway! We are entering the final stretch of the stretch phase, and the canopy is looking dense, lush, and super active. The Screen of Green (ScrOG) net, which was installed at the start of Week 18, is doing an amazing job keeping everything level and evenly spread out across the tent. Environment & Climate Adjustment 🌡️💧 With the massive canopy and high transpiration, humidity started spiking. To keep the environment safe and prevent any mold risks in this critical phase, we installed a dedicated A/C unit with a dehumidification function. Day Temperatures: Ranging steadily between 21 °C and 27 °C. Relative Humidity: Kept under control between 54 % and 78 %. Plant Training & Maintenance ✂️ Lollipopping & Defoliation: This week, we performed a thorough lower-canopy trim (Lollipopping) in the main tent. Removing the weak lower growth ensures the plants divert 100% of their energy to the top sites. Combined with regular defoliation, airflow through the ScrOG net is top-tier. Canopy Height: Total plant height is sitting right around 1.40 m (including our 30–35 cm pots). Light Distance: The lights are dialed in at roughly 40 cm from the canopy. Strains Progress 🌿 High Society: Absolute monster growth! It has reached impressive height and filled its section of the ScrOG screen completely. Zupernova: Catching up nicely, building compact and dense bud sites across the screen. Side Tent (Mothers): In the neighboring tent, the two mother plants are chilling under reduced light, growing slowly and steadily at a manageable pace. Feeding & Watering 💧 Water consumption has surged massively this week—the plants are drinking non-stop! Total Volume: We are currently going through roughly 100 Liters of plain water per week, plus an additional 20 to 40 Liters (2–4 10L watering cans) mixed with nutrients. pH & Stability: After a short temporary fix with citric acid (which drifted up to pH 7.5 after settling), we are back to a rock-solid, stable setup using phosphoric acid to keep our water dialed in at a steady pH 6.5. Nutrient Mix: The flowering tents are receiving Hesi Bloom Complex, Root Complex, and SuperFit to keep up with the heavy demand during this key phase. Welcome to week 6 y'all. Things continue to progress nicely, this little lady has started to grow flowers and at present I count about 11 bud sites on the canopy. The flowers are developing nicely and it looks like they have some dark purple colouring around the flower... neat. In addition to the LST I've been doing some light defoliation. Nothing major just a leaf here or there to expose flowers to light. She's really low but really flat not the prettiest plant but strong. Looking ahead to this week I ordered a new grow light from Mars Hydro which should get those buds to fatten up nicely. I might increase the water a bit and continue to feed with Dutch Science Nutrients' Bloom Baby Bloom and adjust LST not much more defoliation should be required until later on like week 8 I think.

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

It's been a wierd week. Found evidence of herming but some of what appears to be balls have pistals? Anyways, have ensured all light leaks fixed, removed any suspect balls and pressing on. This is bagseed so maybe genetic. I've ordered some seeds for the next round to ensure solid genes going forward. Worst case this becomes bubble hash. :)

Yeah well this orange cookie is a beast , stretched like a beast and full of bud sites she’s smashing thru her feeds and loving the Plagron feed you could fill a 4x4 with just this girl . I have some exciting times coming up hopefully she’s nearing end of stretch coz it’s getting crowded . I can see this one yielding a pound the way she’s going . Cheers Dutch fem and Plagron

They seemed to drink a lot this week, the environment is stable, and the girls seem to be having a blast. I've checked them throughout and all appeared to be female. Happy growing growmiees
