Week #10 Baby Boom By Kannabia Week#10 Dec.30th-Jan.6th Baby Boom Week #10 she had started to get trichomes on her this week as well as her buds are starting to become dense and tight. She definitely has more of the sativa bud structure and growth as compared to other Indica plants!!

31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water). ==Update 4 Sept== By mistake, I adjusted the pH twice, once to 7 and once to 8, and obviously the plant immediately showed symptoms of incorrect pH. At the next watering, I'll give Biobizz Grow with a little Biobizz Bloom since the plant has entered pre-flowering. I'll adjust everything to a pH of 6-7 and a ppm of 450-500.

It is a fantastic plant, very strong in its growth, easy to cultivate, root system is not comparable to the others I have here...💪 It has an incredible fullness predominating over the others 😏 The productivity is really great being the heaviest I have harvested 😎 Now it's waiting to try it out 👌 Thanks to everyone who enjoyed this girl... Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 179 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! Shouldnt be long for her!*** **Mar 26th- added a few more photos , purple plant is getting close, she's on a water only diet till harvest *** *25th- Added a few photos using a phone app, gonna try this till the computer is back up *** Everything going well so far still, still Trying to get my computer and Adobe program up and running right but gonna get some more photos during the week. So far the purple one is moving well starting to thickin up, and the other jusy stopped getting length and hopefully will bulk a bit. Buds are crazy dense. Can't wait to show a good video of them once closer to Harvast. The SMELL is intense off the purple one already. I can't wait !! It's been ALOT of fun growing out these runtz can't wait to see how the smoke is!! Getting closer tho, got another week before I'll check out some lower buds trichomes then see their progression. added a layer of coco soil (1l) mixed with 80g BioBloom at the beginning of this week now every other day following combination: - 2ml CalMag + 5ml Bio Heaven + 200 ml water - 4ml Mono Trace + 5ml Bio Heaven + 200 ml water @PH 6 therefore removed 800ml of water that week applied nemathodes and a little bit of leaf coat, because flies take over

Easy as from day one , the seed was up in 2 days and never looked back . She loved the heat mat for the first few weeks and then responded so well to being tied down . Less than 90 days from seed to smoke and plenty of it .

Training on the net and maybe selective defoliation on week end. Week updates: 20-26 Nov. 20/11 day 43 Girls adapting well to net😁 21/11 day 44 First watering for this week. 2.5 ltr each pot. Runoff approx 200-300ml from each. Runoff Ph Xena 5.9 Athena 6.0. 23/11 day 46 It's seems that they stretched at least an inch overnight 😁 absolutely love my 🍌💜👊 girls. 25/11 day 48 Second watering for this week. Approx. 3L each 🤤 runoff 150-200ml. 26/11 day 49 Athena was stretching so much that decided for sort of heavier selective defoliation and cleared good bit under the net. Xena is at the same stage of flowering as sister but she is still much smaller, branches are shorter and tinner, will wait bit longer before go any heavier on her. Was able to nicely relocate longer branches of Athena all over the net. This lady has grown up quite a bit now! Absolutely beautiful plant, looks very stable, looks stunning with those big leafs, looks like she's ready to start growing big, I can't wait to transplant this lady and start training her, the medium she is in its just a light mix soil without anything else, they'll be fed once they're in their big pots, because remember I have 21 plants fpr this 2021 outdoor season!!
