The tent smells good 😊. 8/2 The goal is to have 6-9" through the scrog at the end of week 3 flower I'm pretty close the taller ones are 6-7" through the scrog now. 8/3 took 7cuttings from Acid Dough "C" for clones. 8/5 could be more level but I'm happy. 8/6 another round of defoliating lots of branches just below the canopy opened them up.

10/29/2023. Defoliated on Flowering Day 21. Nutes at full strength, CalMag at full strength. Given every other watering for next few weeks. Flowers looking pretty cool. 11/02. Posted vid showing massive trichome production.

8/22 - There has been some explosive growth among my 4 purple Microdots. They are growing by leaps and bounds each day, 8/23 - So far everything is going smoothly. Just watering each day w/ RO water and organic black strap molasses. 8/24 - Brewing up some compost tea. This will be there first! As they start to get a little bigger I've made a prediction for sex. I think A238 & A239 are male and A240 & A241 are female. We'll see! 8/25- Fed the ladies with the compost tea and used it as a foliar spray as well. They responded very well and continue to have crazy, rapid, growth. 8/27 - They have gotten so big and bushy. I'm going to start a little LST on them today! 8/30 - They are starting to show sex! Still can't tell whether it's male or female...but it should be any day now!

I did her second tie-down on day 22 actually. Day 24- I’m okay with the fan leaf laying on the surface for *now.* Just because I live in a high, dry desert with a consistent RH at around 20-25%. And also, because the top quarter inch of soil is dry. However I will probably be propping it up with something tomorrow morning. Day 25- finally I decided to fold down the rim of the pot for more light!

Here we are at week 7! During Week 6 Noticed earlier on in the week that 1 of the 5 White widows has a slight magnesium deficiency. Amended that with tsp of Epsom salt per 1 gal. PH'd water at 6.7. Noticed new growth looks okay! I think I should have added nutrients a week prior. Light defoliation on the bottom leaves under the canopy Added other 1/2 dose of down to earth 4-4-4 (I decided to half dose on the dry amendments to see how the plants respond) Added 1/2 dose of GEO Bloom 3-12.5-9 Watered dry fertilizer with compost tea brewed for 24hrs Started PH testing the soil. Reads around 6 Week 7 plans Going to try using white distilled vinegar as an organic PH down option. I have been using phosphoric acid and read that it is an inorganic. Hoping to not kill any good microbes with future watering. Tap water in my town reads at 7.6-7.8 Keeping an eye out for light stress and adjusted the light accordingly Light LST on bud sites Going to PH test run off to make sure soil is at okay PH level. New clip on fan is on its way to help lower RH in upcoming weeks. Aiming for consistent 40-45% So happy with how well this grow is going so far. Hoping it continues this way! (last alkaline irrigation, last dose of rootbastic) -The stains seems to be drops of water from the humidificator, probably they're falling there when i move the deposit to refill it. Next week i should put the light closer, make apical pruning and pull in the tent a scrog web to put a limit to the plants height because they're starting to grow willowy and the tent is only 1.80m tall. I should also make an abundant irrigation to check earth's Ph and PPM again and get the A/C ready to be plugged to the tent because temperatures are rising up exponentially outside and some local growers are starting to have issueswith that. Howdy folks 👋 8 weeks (well 9 technically) finished. Flush begins today. I will try to give her more darkness than usual towards the chop time to force the trichs more. I have already tried a small sample from a lower area with 5 day of quick dry and no cure. trichs were mostly cloudy I just had to....😳 It was outstanding and cannot wait for end product. This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun.
