Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

A white christmas for me after all! 😂 Week 13 harvest! Plant 1 = 67 grams/2.3 oz Plant 2= 55 grams/1.9 oz overall= 4.2 oz (5-7 day dry) The Gorilla Cookies are soooo damn frosty and stinky…i’ll be drooling at them for a month until I can taste them!!!! Photos mostly of plant 2..1 was coated in resin but plant 2..the frostiness can be seen from far away! My first top shelf grow 😈…hopefully more to come! My glove was literally sticking to the stems and getting stuck with plant #2 The stench reminds me of thanksgiving dinner LOL..sausage stuffing and gas is what comes to mind..very savory aroma! One plant flushed partially the other not flushed and I can tell you that the flushed plant has much more flavorrrr..if this didn’t prove to me that flushing is absolutely essential IDK what would! LOL

Ok, so it's slowly getting thicker and frostier. At week seven my girl could be ready in anywhere from two weeks to four weeks more. The light was dropped closer to the top of the canopy. I decided to try 15 cm of distance, as well four 50W LEDs are not as powerful as the 600W HID or LED panels that are usually used in grow tents. I will of course keep an eye for signs of light and heat stress, but I suspect that won't be a problem. Update Day 89. Today I decided to turn the plant around to see the back colas and their growth. Then I found some mites under the leaves after examining weird spots in a couple of leaves. It seems to me that there was not enough airflow to deter the mites from making home in the back leaves, when compared to the front leaves of my plant. Lesson learnt, rotate plant often, ensure good and even airflow. I didn't find any webs beside a really small one seen on the video (most affected leaf). So, I think I found them mites early. I only found this kind of damage on very few leaves, and each leave contained less than 8 mites (at least that I could see) and a couple of eggs. So it seems that paying close attention to my leaves saved me from an out of control infestation. Anyhow... I removed all of the leaves that had even a single mite, or a single mark of discoloration. Also, I disinfected the grow tent, top of soil and lower part of the branches by spraying them with a 1/4 tbsp of bleach per liter of water. After that was completely dry, I mixed one part rubbing alcohol with 9 parts water and misted both sides of the leaves and even the buds directly (ethanol evaporates easily, so there shouldn't be residues left after it dries completely). Prevention is key, and some aspects I could've considered before are: 1. not grow any other plant next to my cannabis 2. Don't come into my indoor growtent after tending my outdoor plants. 3. Ensure even and plenty airflow. So, I attacked back strongly. I cut more leaves than those that showed damage, to increase airflow. I will be on the watch for pests and will rotate my plant often, as well as spraying a few times every week, just to make sure they don't come back. I also am going to build a kind of metal wire cage to separate the colas further and make it harder for any pest to spread. Its only my second grow, but from what I've read online about mites, it's way more costly (time and money) to deal with an infestation than to strike them hard early. I guess that specially now that I noticed them before they even made webs. Look closely at your girls growbros ! Update day 90. So this morning I. Becker the trichomes and they seem to have gotten more cloudy. I am not an expert at that, but they are starting to be fewer clear and more milky. I will keep an eye on them, but it think harvest might be here very soon, probably closer to the 9 week mark than to the 12 week one (I'm about to finish the 7th week)...

The girls have survived another week ❤️ I did a light defoliation and have been monitoring the RH closely. We have had a very damp week here, and the RH kept climbing and had my fan working hard. They are starting to plump up and fill in 😋. They have also started to slow their drinking habits, instead of watering every three days, it has moved to every 4 now. Just a couple of weeks left, I think I will be harvesting these over Christmas 🎄, and will have some great bud ready for the new year! 🎉🎊🍾

2.4.25: Plants have totally dried now. I watered each plant with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 containing the following nutrients per 6.5 litres: ♡ .25g Greenleaf nutrients Bud Explosion PK booster ♡ .50g Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Part A ♡ .25 Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). Everything is looking good, just waiting on ripening and then the much anticipated harvest. 6.4.25: I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ Greenleaf nutrients Bud Explosion PK booster ♡ Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Part A Total PPM: 1010. GORILLA COOKIES: Is looking super frosty and close to harvest. She's still drinking well, so checking her daily. BUBBLE KUSH: Is looking very good, still waiting to check buds, as I don't think we're there yet. She's drinking very heavily still. It won't be long now. Maybe a week. So many buds! 😍 PINK MIST: We are not developing very quickly. All of the deep orange pistils are sticking out and aren't curling in. This is week 21 now 🤯 Hopefully I can wrap this up here very soon 😅 DO-SÌ-DOS: She is looking phenomenal 😍 really large buds. One is very ready, but the other buds are still not there. For the most part I’ve been letting this lady go natural, pulling the lateral branches down as the reach the edges of the pot to create two “rings” of even colas. She already smells like gas/chemicals/burnt rubber, and she’s not even partway into flower yet. Ended up stretching vertically so fast I had to adjust my lights due to light stress, she’s the tallest lady in the tent. Major defol already done, waiting for her to get juicy!

Buenas a todos! Esta semana solo regue con trico más por última vez, aguardando que estén listas para cortar, solo se regara con agua. Utilice 1gr x litro de agua de trico +(Con un ph 6.8) , las ppm no las controle, lo que si debo reconocer que la planta al estar controlada en altura si noto que la cantidad de flores no será igual que su antecesora del diario anterior. Pero para alguien que no quiere que la planta no se haga alta, es una buena alternativa, ya que con la malla a 70 centímetros del suelo, en altura total no debe pasar los 120 cm( la medi y tiene en su copa más alta, 116 cm)
