WEEK 2: The plants are now in the second week of the growth phase and appear very vital. Plant #3 has recovered significantly and appears very vital. Plant #1 is not quite as lush green, but at the same time it is the least developed. I think it will make up for the slight nutrient deficit. I repotted the plants in 6L pots and added 5% FLO (Living Soil Fertilizer). I let the soil develop for 14 days beforehand. Clear mycelia have formed and the soil has a very pleasant forest floor smell. - Light Power: 40% - Soil: BioBizz Light Mix + 5% FLO (Living Soil Fertilizer) - Additives: Dynomyco mycorrhiza granules

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Update 11/04/2022 (Day 57) Hello All! the start of yet another week!! it's been 2 weeks ago since I Flipped to flower but I have a feeling they are really slow in this process. it's only today I really start to see some pistols forming! Since these are my very first Photoperiods i am yet again on unknown territories. Might be that at this stage my TSW2000 just isn't juicy enough. lucky enough I've got a new FC-4800 coming in from Mars hydro. this will have a much better coverage and and some more wattage I might have to do another Lollipopping session once I really see pistols all over the place. The stretch on these girls is crazy at almost an 78CM as of today. I only have +- 80 CM left in my tent and that also means I gotta figure out a way to get my lights up tight against the ceiling and rearrange my extraction fan. 1 plant is kinda on the slow side I accidently topped that one in the early stages and it feels like it never really recovered from that. Having a look at my clones well 4 out of 8 survived and are now starting to develop some nice roots. Thats it for today. hope too see some nice buds forming this week. Update 14/04/2022 (Day 60) Yesterday the new light arrived so I got busy. in order for the new light to be hang as high as possible I had to move the extraction fan outside the tent it now sits on top of the tent. the driver from the light is also placed on top of the tent. I must say this new FC4800 is a very welcoming upgrade it really has a much better coverage in my 4x4 and more wattage :D after the switch I got busy with some scissors to apply a final lollipop session. also transplanted the clones in some bigger pots gotta keep them under the Secret Jardin Tneon 2x55watt lights 6500K till beginning of may than they will be moved to some friends garden.

This week was marked by stable climate control and healthy plant response after the recent transplant. The SCROG net was maintained, and light defoliation was performed on the larger plant to open up the canopy. The smaller plant, though bushy, was left mostly intact to avoid over-stressing after transplant. Both plants showed daily leaf movement — reaching for the light during the day and relaxing at night — a sign of good turgor and rhythm. Environmental conditions stayed well within target, with VPD averaging around 1.14 kPa during the day and 0.92 kPa at night. On Sunday, a corrective action was taken to address minor color variations: the feed was adjusted to include the full bloom-phase nutrient mix at 75 % strength. Spoiler: within 24 hours, the color balance already started to improve. Reason for transplanting the smaller plant: The smaller Special Queen was transplanted from an 11 L fabric pot into an AutoPot system to ensure more consistent watering and nutrient delivery during the bloom stretch. The original pot was starting to dry out unevenly, which risked fluctuations in moisture and root zone health. By moving it into the AutoPot setup, we aimed to stabilize its environment, promote steady root expansion, and allow it to keep pace with the larger plant under the SCROG. The transplant was carried out carefully to minimize root disturbance, and the plant showed no signs of transplant shock in the following days.

Here we are again Bros&Sis! During my first indoor grow with Bubblegum XL I've had took some cuts to keep them alive and have some good plants to play with and exploring a little more the vaste world of growing cannabis... Long story short, 5 of them has radicated (some with plain water technique, some in rockwool cube) and then I started to play with them and tested my chinese Meizhi R300W LED panel (real wattage is 136w) it was full of dust, so why not? 😎 Now, the plants. They are in good conditions, some are in the same pot by weeks now (soil and coco), and try to keep them alive, so maybe they shows sign of suffering. Except for the One: In the video you will see my REALLY HIGH SCIENTIFIC METHOD (😂) wich I use to choose the best clones that will goes directly under a Scrog net (i am a DIYer) to fill the entire area lighten by the panel, it's a bit ambitious, but it will be fun for sure! I choose that one because she is the only one that gives me really good vibes and shows me she is strong enough to pass through hst, crop, supercrop and so and so... even if my original intentions was to keep them as a bonsai mothers, I've decided that this project have priority! 10weeks old Bubblegum XL clone Pot 11lt NetPot Coco brick with mycos Canna Coco A+B Liquid silicon from Growth Technology- guys, this thing is magical, besides the great effects on the plants' roots and system, after a couple of apply the plants were much more flexible and resistant to mites (yes, they are still there, fu**inmotherfu**ers, but this time they will die. forever gone, bye!)- I will never stop to thank @Mr_Di for his precious tips😘Higly basic product, it will raise your solution's PH, so watch out! They are starting to grow fast and healthy . (Ayahuasca plants are showing good and healthy growth more than i expected. Wile the stardog ( the bigger ones are still suffering a little), just added 2 co2 bags just to try out how will it work , ex-el foilar spray aswell is working fine)

Great week this week, inside the tent and out. Carl 2 is doing great, and has mostly acclimatized to the winds and heat of the outdoors. UKBS 2 is seemingly recovering (knock on wood) from whatever was degenerating it's stem. It must have been mold or something similar as about 1/3 of the stem became dead wood and had to be removed carefully. I've been trawling the internet and all sources of horticultural forums I possibly can, and yielded somewhat inconclusive results. Everything from ants, to mold, to stem borers. None of which seemed to have been the case here. In any case, I took a whole ton of cuttings from UKBS 2 and am attempting to root them. Great genetics, and not to sound like a broken record but I'd hate to lose such a vigorous pheno. =-= Inside the tent, things are also going quite well. UKBS 1 is getting quite chunky, seems to be an interesting pheno. As for Carl 1, oh boy. I came to find out that this strain is a real interesting one. According to the breeder, it's a cross of C99 grapefruit x "D" Haze; pheno hunted and backcrossed in the 90s and stabilized over nearly 30 years. Loooooooong flowering times. In other news, the timelapse is out as well. Updates as usual. -6/3/2021 - Busted out the Rebel T5 and took some real nice budshots. Carl 1 is quite frosty, UKBS 1 is quite chunky. Also got a cool upskirt shot. -6/8/2021 - First orange pistils showing for Carl 1, looking real good. The clones of UKBS 2 are all doing well apart from one of them.

She has a sweet, berry, fruity aroma. Smells great, and is loaded in trichromes. I did not get a purple color morph, but that is okay. She grew great in the small potter, and there was no major issues during the grow. Strawberry Amnesia is growing well. She has show another mutation in one of the branches. Curious if she will continue to show more as the grow goes. She is becoming my little fat leaf mutant.
