The bananas are quite progressive, they were like this from the start, they are one node ahead of their sisters. Planning to top them at the 6th node this time and give around 5-6 weeks of veg.

They're coming along really quickly they're on week 2, the custom strain I have in here I crossed the sherb tree from the plug with EL chapo and this plant looks amazing and smells like cherry refreshers platinum Z is also looking very nice with a lovely sweet watermelon with a hint of diesel and they really do stink even though they are weak 2 getting excited already haha, they all look very good so far,, I did have 25 but a few of them looked quite sick and a few abnormalities and they really didn't like the feed I was given them so the one's got eliminated and I am now left with 15 of the ones I like, this small room is just for my testers before putting them in main room, the LED that is running is lumatek zeus 600 pro, this is my first try with LEDs I've always been HPS but I'm definitely turning my head towards them as these ones are shooting up and look very healthy, once this run is done if I feel that it comes out better with LED I will swap out all 6 lights in the main room and replace them with 4 LEDs, I have some sherb tree x meringue from Dutch passion, running concurrent I will try and get another diary going with them they are awesome. Tops galore. Again not stretched as much as I had hoped but putting that down to the amount of training she has had. She has a lovely even canopy and I'm looking forward to lots of dense nugs! Looking forward to seeing this girl develop. I've never smoked this before but i have had the chance to smell a fellow growers plants that are currently in late flower and it smells unreal!

Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and flushed her with 2 gallons of water and 40ML of FoxFarm’s Sledgehammer. I’m hoping these last two weeks she’ll really fatten up and start her leaf fade. Went ahead and removed a couple of dead fan leaves from the bottom as well. Day 66 - Nothing much new today, she’s definitely still fattening up. Had to remove a couple more dying leaves but all good other than that. Will give her straight pH’d water next watering and then will do one more flush with the Sledgehammer after that. Day 67 - Nothing much new today, gonna end up needing some water tomorrow. She’s still plumping up nicely and smells amazing. Day 68 - Gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water today to try and get all the nutes out so she’ll start eating from her leaves. Looking at the trichs, I’m looking at a chop happening next weekend. Day 69 - She definitely swelled up quite a bit over the last 24 hours. She looks to still be on track for getting chopped this weekend. I’ll give her a bit more water and sledgehammer in a day or two and then let her dry out till chop day. Might try putting her in complete darkness for 24-48, just to see if I notice any difference in her. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and everything is still on track to be chopped no later than this weekend. I don’t really see any clear trichs in there and starting to get some amber. Will probably give her one last flush tomorrow and let her go until the weekend.

This week went great, the ladies grew and filled out a lot and are stretching a little now. All healthy and happy. One Afghan kush plant went from veg to flower to veg and monster cropped with crazy growth. Can’t wait to see how that one turns out. Happy Growing y’all 🔥💨✌️🏼💚

Wow these girls have fatten up nicely over the last week. I am giving them at least 10 more days. They have some golden hairs and they are starting to get milky. I can't wait to try this strain out. 4/28 they each have grown an inch in a day and a half. Lightly defoliated a few large fan leaves to get light to the smaller buds underneath. This grow has been so easy. They have loved the coco and clay 50/50 mix and my nutes. I haven't increased anything in a few weeks. They have only had a few spots that may have been sun burns from a few light leaks that I noticed and covered with black crayon to fill the spaces, mainly around the zipper seam. Next grow I will increase from 6" pots to 8" self watering pots. They work like hydroponic without the bubbles. Watering twice daily keeps the buildup flushed out and with fresh nute water in the bottom of the pots, I have huge root balls under the inner pot. One or two weeks to go. Pink seems like she will be done first, followed by blue and purple. Green is huge so far but hasn't started to turn golden at all. 5/1 Had a friend stop by who actually works at a grow center and she told me that my babies were ripe and ready to pick. I'm not sure how everyone does it but she told me to pluck as many leaves as I could get to before turning the light off for 24 hours and then chop. She also said to hang the whole plant since they are small autos so I didn't harm the buds in the trimming and drying process. She said once they are dry to trim the remaining leaves for butter and oil for edibles then collect the buds from the stems. Pics will be added tomorrow of the drying setup. Last grow until September because we will be traveling for summer!!
