This week was pretty standard, I found out with the help of a friend the amount of magnesium I was feeding my plants was way to much. about 4x as much as they should have had. so they will no longer be getting any extra added magnesium. I read that it can stunt plant growth in excess but I don't know if that happened here, Plucked a few leaves off that where blocking other bid sites and removed some in the middle to help airflow. I was thinking about purchasing a 2nd fan for the tent but the ones I want are out of stock so I feel its best to use a regular none tent fan and just rig it up to a tent pole for now. Starting to see more frost on the sugar leaves and some good bud development on this one. The sister Blue Cindy is doing better but not as tall. Maybe in time they will even out or switch sides. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 31cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 64cm for week four of flower. +1cm from Last Week "pretty much slowed down now almost to zero" The clones are doing well considering I have ignored them mostly. Some yellowing in the leaves but nothing to worry about just yet. Have not lost a single clone in this project. I'm impressed with my self for that. Could also be this strain is really easy to clone as well.

Day 58: Scent has stepped up again and I'm noticing some of bud sites starting to develop frost. Day 58.5 Flushed with 20l of PH & CalMag. Day 59: reorganised tent Day 60: Fertigated 3l. Karen has put on a load of frost in the last 24h. I mean seriously. Smell stepped up again. Height 44cm. Day 60.5: I have had a really good look at other KKA grows. I think Karen is going to need a few extra weeks. I think she will be ready for harvest in about week 14. So I think we have about another 4-5 weeks to go. Day 61: Adjusted the LST a bit. She's frosting rapidly now. 😍😍🤩 Height 45cm. Width: 60cm x 70cm Day 61.5: It is only 8 days since I *heavily* defoliated and I think I probably should do it again already. Things are progressing well at the moment though so I am trying to resist doing it too soon. She is still stretching. Day 61.75: Right, I have done some research and I have made a decision,. I'm going to give Karen 2 full weeks from the last defoliation on day 53, so on day 67 (i.e half way through next week) I will defoliate and perform final LST just to space out the colas a bite more at the "top" of the plant. Another week has brought more new growth. She is drinking 4 gallons of water every 2-3 days now. I think I will likely transplant her into a 20 gallon pot this upcoming week. I can’t wait for this plant to start to flower. Although I am mildly worried about her stretch. I have grown this strain before and it can double in size when flowering starts 😬. But I can always do another round of lst to spread her out and keep her low. I will also be taking off a bunch of foliage in the coming days. Stay tuned 😎🍿🍻🌱

'Not all those who wander are lost' What started out as an experiment, turned out to be an adventure of epic proportions. What hangs here behind me smells like the weed I knew in the 80's, skunky and full. But look at those buds. DAAAAANG.... These are the biggest buds Ive ever grown, I didn't know what darkness precisely did before.... now I know... My god after a few days they oooze cristal liquid from all its holes. They are greasy and sticky, full of weight and I think well hit the 300 grams per plant with this one, taking our total to 600 grams what would be 2 grams per watt used. If that's so, Ill never use another light again! Thank you Mars Hydro for letting us try it. And by god so should anyone wanting to up their growing game. Pour préparer votre solution, dans votre réservoir ou arrosoir : Mettre en premier la base (Iguana) Ensuite Ancient Earth Et enfin les bactéries ASSUREZ-VOUS D'UTILISER UNE EAU DE BONNE QUALITE (EC < 0,2) POUR DE MEILLEURS RESULTATS. J'utilise un substrat non enrichi pour permettre le meilleur départ à mes plantes. Il s'agit du Promix de Plagron, il a une EC proche de 0, c'est pour cette raison que je commence les engrais assez fort dès le début. Les plantes sont très gourmande sous LED haute intensité et l'enracinement est rapide. J'arrose tous les 3 jours environ avec 2 arrosages à l'engrais et 1 à l'eau par semaine. Je n'attend pas que le substrat sèche complétement sinon ça réduit l'efficacité de l'arrosage, ça détruit la faune et éventuellement facilite la cristallisation des minéraux. Au niveau du volume d'arrosage, il faut prendre en compte 1/3 de la taille du pot. Pour un pot de 1L je vais donc arroser environ 300ml. Pour un Pot de 10L je vais arroser environ 3L. Il est important d'arroser doucement pour éviter que l'eau ne coule tout de suite au fond. Il est important d'avoir au moins 15% de drain pour s'assurer d'évacuer tous les nutriments non consommé et faire la place aux nouveaux. IL EST PRIMORDIALE D'EVACUER L'EAU AU FOND DES COUPELLES, c'est une eau qui est chargée en nutriments non consommé et on ne veut pas qu'elle remonte dans les pots car cela risquerait de créer des blocages. Au niveau de la technique de taille de formation, je réalise tout de suite une FIM que je reproduirai dès que l'apex aura repoussé. La première FIM est la plus longue mais les suivantes sont très rapide car la plante s'habitue à la technique et cela la stress beaucoup moins. En général il faut reproduire la FIM tous les 3 à 4 jours en fonction de la vigueur. C'est une technique très facile à mettre en œuvre et ne demande aucun matériel. C'est aussi la plus rapide pour obtenir des buissons. N'hésitez pas à me contacter si vous avez des questions concernant la FIM! Je retire également les feuilles supérieur (pas toute pour éviter de ralentir la plante) qui cache les secondaires pour augmenter l'efficacité de la FIM sur la croissance des secondaires.

It's seems that they weren't happy in the small pots, I decided to transplant and see if the recovered. A new seedling appeared. Raised power of Mars Hydro TS 1000 from 50% to 100% I'm not sure if the leaves are yellow because of lack of nutrients or excess, I'm experimenting with Bio Bizz All Mix. I decided to lay back on nutrients for the moment.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now almost halfway through flowering which is 4 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster last week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also switched the Medic Grow light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of last week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 44" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 40" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 tent is starting to really fill up and they are just now starting to smell. I was out of town all weekend so I was unable to make a time lapse video but I will update next week. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. Just after 4 weeks from being cut from there big sis, and there in there new 5 gallon cribs!🙄😂. I couldn’t be happier, everything’s looking well, lovely shade of green, few pre flower sights starting to show, might have to throw this in the questions about when’s best to flip! But can’t wait to get these going!
